Well located hotel to visit Brussels with an excellent extensive breakfast buffet! Downside the rooms are not isolated so you hear everything, conversations you can follow effortlessly.

The hotel is nondescript except its perfect location to visit the historic center on foot and the presence at breakfast of Francesco who is the friendliest member of the staff otherwise generally very efficient.

Very welcoming staff, quiet room at night and breakfast rich in choice and quality. The sanitary rules are perfectly established and followed. Our experience at this hotel was very satisfactory!

The hotel announces a car park available ... Nay. 10 places - not bookable - for 155 rooms !! 22 a day, in the end we are better off in the public parking lot!
Checking: "I do not speak French" ... What? If I'm not mistaken, French is an official language in Belgium, and you are in a top-of-the-range hotel !! In short...
Resa not found, but we will not know until later. And we are offered a cagibis room! Ridiculously small, it has neither charm nor modernity and the shower room is absolutely 3m2 toilet included! Something to be extremely disappointed with. Even at Ibis you can find much better today.
Negotiation company we are offered a room a little more worthy of the announcements made by the hotelier on his site ... Without charm, however, the room has a basic white bathroom in "hospital" style with a tiny bathtub . Is !
The nights were difficult. The bedding is terrible. The mattresses, as hard as you want, are not easy. Too bad for a weekend supposed to be restful ...
Breakfast is hearty. The choice is very important. But, there is a but. Expect to pay 22 / person! More expensive than a main meal dessert beer in a good little local brewery. The bill is extremely salty when you are only able to swallow a tea and a mini pastry! Especially since the price is not announced.
In short, the worst disappointment that we have known ...

Room redesign was nice but room was still dark and furniture chipped floor it s spaced. Bathroom is outdated. Room had bugs and may have had bed bugs. I saw something jumping around. Obviously this is a great cause for concern and the reason for one star.

Stayed in room 5024. Shower not working just a dribble of water. Told staff at breakfast twice. Told reception. Never fixed. It was bad before 8 am but better later. So no good for work and 30 degrees outside. No credit or points given when paying my bill. They didn't seem to care. Apart from reception all other staff were very nice. Just a note while the menu reads very well for their restaurant and the staff are excellant the chef is clearly punching above his weight, so don't expect the sauces to live up to their description. <br/>Hotel otherwise is very corporate and big plus is the roof top garden bar.

Great, the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The price is very cheap, much better than you think. The location is also great. Because it is a train at night, I will help to look after my luggage after checking out in the morning. Later, Brussels will also set this hotel. Praise

Well

Waiting for Check in and no one to warn you that the air conditioning was not working! Small and very noisy room. Lots of noise also with the stock of maids in front of the room and view on 4 walls
Quality price = 0!

Nice

Surely it will have been a 4 * at the time, now you need some improvements, especially in elevators that are only 2 very small. The rest is fine: cleaning, bed, bath, breakfast, friendliness, and location

The aircon in the room was pretty noisy, and the water pressure for the shower wasn't great, but aside from that it was lovely and the location was great. The breakfast waa also excellent with a wide variety of choices on offer.

This hotel is fine for a short business trip. Terrible otherwise. Loud at all times day and night. Stupid doors in the bathroom that light up the whole bedroom making it impossible for anyone (spouse) still sleeping to get any rest while you get ready for work. Way overpriced and other than being in close proximity to the Grand place it just has nothing going for it. The only saving grace was I was able to check in early upon arrival. I could have paid far less elsewhere and stayed a little further out. Sorry for the poor review but I hated this hotel...

Cozy hotel in the center of Brussels. Very well communicated. The room is fine for 4-5 days, however the bathroom is small. The breakfast is complete and extensive. Service very attentive and willing to help.

Although the rooms are small (the standard option) they are clean and the price is very good. The staff very friendly. The best location (3 minutes walk from the cathedral and 5 from Grand Place, and away from the noise) and breakfast buffet. For a few days in Brussels it is a good option

It is very close to the central station, the big square, the plaza de la bolsa, the meon child, the little girl, the best shops, for us the ideal place, besides the hotel is very well and the breakfast very complete, the staff of ten

Great service, good pillows and decent bed. The bathrooms have an odd see through component of the bathroom.... You will be watching whoever you are with on the toilet when you are in bed. Smallest elevators I've ever seen. The stay was overall nice.

The hotel is in a great location, which is one of its main qualities.

If the reception does not suffer from any big false note, it is not very warm. You're a customer, period.
I arrived around 9:00 p.m., and having booked via Booking, and I had specified that I wanted a parking space for my car because the hotel had it.
After 5 minutes of recording in complete silence, the receptionist tells me that I will be able to benefit from this service for 22 euros for 24 hours. Is...
I am also asked for a deposit of 30 euros. Sometimes I feel like taking the rough towels away, or removing the bulbs from the lamps ... (This is the first time I see this ...)
I am given 2 access cards to my room.
I chose to unload my luggage and take possession of the premises. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, although cleanliness is not what you would expect from a 4 star. (Especially the bathroom).
I take my car again, and I have to walk along the hotel in a very small street, to go to a parking lot entrance where I have to communicate my presence to the reception via an intercom. No luck, it's broken ... The door opens anyway (they must have seen me through a camera). So I go down to level minus 2 where a dozen places stamped with the coat of arms of the hotel are available. There is still one available! On the other hand, two cars are very badly parked and prevent parking in the last available space. So I have to walk back to reception amid the foul odors of underground parking. (Urine etc.)
I explain my concern to one of the hostesses present who fully understands my concern. I had the good idea to photograph the 2 cars with my mobile phone and I show him. We say to ourselves: "Search for license plates" and it's good!
Nay! Owners not found. We waste a lot of time ... I'm hungry ...
Hearing our conversation, the other receptionist told me to go and park on a site in another hotel which, fortunately, did not have to have a car to park. Rebelote, descent on foot at least 2, ascent by car at least 1 and on foot on the ground floor, back to the bedroom ...
10:30 p.m., I can finally go to eat ...
Let it be clear here that it is the organization that I condemn and especially not the behavior of the receptionists who had to do with the means at their disposal.
The night was okay. Note however that on Sunday morning, you should not sleep too late, because the "leve-tot" wake you up, so the soundproofing is light.
Really not convinced by this establishment, I will come back to write if the deposit has been returned to me. In addition, in front of my obvious inconvenience, it would have been judicious to offer me a free reduction of the expenses related to the parking. 22 euros is way too expensive for "that".

It's a great hotel for a short stay in Brussels. It's located near Grand Place and near the city centre. We stayed during tomorrowland within a payed package, but the service was always top level. We got what we payed for. Breakfast was incredible good, and the people were always helpful and always very friendly. We will hopefully come again.

It is a 5 minute walk or a bit far from the main station or the Grand Place. But the service is friendly. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the hotel. Most of the hotels near the central station have no fridge in the room.

The hotel is nice, well located and quiet.

The hotel is nice, well located and quiet.
On the other hand we fell on a bedding saggy, we felt that it was a spring mattress. Our friends did not have this problem, their bedding was good, we will say that we had no luck.
The breakfast is very complete, there is something for all tastes, sweet, salty and even vegan.
Flat also on the mini bar so overpriced that it is absurd.
Almost 5 euros for a small 40 gram packet of chips, 3.50 euros for 33 cl of water ...
