Ideally located between many cities and therefore excellent base, however, this is already somewhat dated for all NH.

This hotel has one of the worst customer service. I booked this hotel from Friday since I was arriving early Saturday. I called hotel to let them know that I will arrive only Saturday morning so that they will have my room ready. Upon arrival on Saturday morning after 10 hours flight they cancelled whole booking for not showing up on friday and charged a room for no show fee. They rebooked and told me room will be ready only saturday after noon. GREAT. After staying there for 15 days they didn't allow me to checkout an hour later the checkout time. SO much for customer service!! The only good thing of hotel is BREAKFAST.

This hotel was really super arranged, booked through mystery hotel, but totally super, nice breakfast, nice room, good check-in times really only around 3 p.m. :) my compliments to NH.

I've only been here one night, even though the beds are a little firm for myself it's overall a nice formal hotel.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with good beds and also a spacious bathroom. The breakfast is also great and offers a lot of choice. Not within walking distance of nightlife or shopping, except the Alexandrium.

Room is OK. Bathroom is in need of renovation. Hotel looks a bit old. The breakfast is good, but the price is not justified.
No air conditioning in the room. Parking is sufficient and free.
There is nothing to do in walking distance.

Excellent location, easy access parking, cleaning has improved a lot, we have no complaints except for the refrigerator that did not work.

Great hotel. spacious room, good bed. Can eat in the bar in the evenings. Breakfast is a party with lots of choice and fresh products. Also considered are children, and diet patients. Great location to visit Rotterdam quickly. Weekend package was very affordable.

Great hotel, excellent beds and extensive lunch. Not 5 stars because you have to shower in the bathtub. According to the reception, this problem is being tackled. Nevertheless a nice hotel.

Good kantine for conservations easy car access from the highway

The hotel room had thin walls(could easily hear the neighbours) and the room had some dirty/unfresh interior. There was black spots on the curtains.

Visited this location for a workshop. Tasty sandwiches and soup eaten. The rooms were hard to find. A sign with an arrow to the right place would make it easier to find.

Good hotel. The rooms are spacious, you can park in front of the door, staff friendly, everything is clean. The prices are also very neat and it is next to the highway so also very favorable.

Top location top hotel. Even with dog but for an additional charge of 20 euros.

The hotel is located in a small residential and commercial area and is relatively quiet, despite the convenient location. Free & sufficient parking.
Rooms: Generously cut, armchairs, laminate flooring, overall comfortable, if not new. Mattresses absolutely fine. Kettle (tea / coffee) and hair dryer available. Our non-air-conditioned room on the 5th floor was very warm. Windows can be opened wide. Great view of natural, large waters out back. However, also potential mosquito danger.
Service / Reception: Very nice, helpful staff at check in / out in several languages.
Tip: Well-stocked supermarket 'Dirk' in about 6 minutes by car. Likewise the train station for downtown visit Rotterdam.
Conclusion: very good value for money, clear recommendation.

Hotel located 15 minutes from the center of Rotterdam by car and 45 minutes by public transport. Spacious and clean room with a nice bathroom, very friendly and available welcome and the breakfast buffet is superb, by variety and choice.

Free parking (rare in the Netherlands!), Comfortable but without air conditioning (sometimes needed), courteous service, good value for money, tough policy (like anywhere in the Netherlands)

Excellent place to stay, quite, near to malls and parks. Kind people on desk, and breakfast has as many options as u need: fruits, bread, yogourt, meat. Great!

Poor service and communication. Night security is really an incredible bruise .... what a pop jopie ..... he really thinks he is the owner of the hotel while he really has a pathetic job ......

Bit dated. Standard rooms do not have air conditioning, only the superior rooms. Menu is limited and has not changed yet.

Hotel and rooms are great. Only this hotel has absolutely no nice location if you want to take a detour in the evening. Large plus point dogs are allowed on request.

Our stay at the NH hotel was great, spacious clean room, good bed, and a rich breakfast buffet.

Hotel charged 25 extra for a dog for one night. I find this out of proportion.

Ice cold room, you will be told in response, sorry we cannot heat up your room, all heaters are centrally heated, my heating stays ice cold

The bottles of Chaudfontaine are refilled and offered as 'real' Chaudfontaine water. The food seems ready food to be ready. As if it is canteen food. The hotel itself is incredibly atmospheric. This is due to the staff, if they have received a speech ban. An average crematorium has more atmosphere than this hotel. Am much more used to the NH chain than this.

If you don't have much to expect, this is the right place, what an old mess.

Excellent place to stay very quiet and tranquil and nice bar and restaurant with ample parking facilities. The food dept is a let down, restaurant doesn't have a variety menu and the breakfast is almost basic...scrambled eggs is not good enough... additional food for example beans or even omelette or hash browns would definitely improve customer experience and expectations for the breakfast menu

Not same as NH hotels I felt it was bad all NH hotels that I've been there were great except this one.

The rooms are awesome , the locartion is ok and the service there is very nice.
The brakfast there is also very nice

Been for a course, nice reception and lots of refreshments and a good lunch buffet.

Recomended if anything don't need to taste the middle of downtown Rotterdam.

Big downside that we could not have dinner, only in bar! Next time I better watch what time breakfast starts ... only at 8 a.m. on Sunday!

Good hotel, friendly reception, rooms were OK and clean, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for those with allergies.

You can book there but they appear not to be open yet.
