the reason why I am rated 5 out of 5 because of the developer working environment, Sir Iftikhar(owner) about to invest money in office resources like heavily quality headphone, free to use YouTube for entertainment/work purposes, fully-equipment computers/laptop after purchasing system old devices denote to government school of Balochistan and new system upgrade rams and HDD wd hard drive apart of that other 70% companies force to a developer just implement the code but in NEXTGEN Sir Iftikhar force the person to use the best approach give him extra time and after every 10 to 5 minutes getting status of which approach you think how do you apply it. Moreover despite the manager developer directly meet Sir Iftikhar and more. I have been realized when I move from this company

They treat their employees very badly. Pathetic policies.

Not a good environment to work. Bad management and pathetic place to.work And stressfull environment
