Eccentric staff and not even bothered about following up or getting back to the customers.
Simply, they don t care. They informed me that they will call me back but they never call.

I took my bmw there for service, they ruined my abs system and during the 20 days it spent there the car got fined for a radar in fujierah, They took my car for a joy ride. Unprofessional and spineless stealership

Not helpful with my complaint about abu dhabi motors. Non-cooperative regarding the complaint against Abu Dhabi, where contact is ignored and the problem is not discussed with them only the problem is referred to the local agent and the subject is in place. Especially some p staff are far from the level of politeness in dealing with others
Super bad service. They damaged my cars ac evaporator when I gave them my car on account of the company recall for a faulty ac blower unit. I brought up the issue with service advisor and the deptt. only to be disappointed. They did nothing of my complain, just gave a call and said sorry and will get back and nothing thereafter! The service advisor gave me an invoice of 11000dhs appox. to change it. It was shocking as they purposely did it and now wanted money to correct it. These cars have tons of mechanical and electrical defects and don't be fooled by their good lip service at the agency because after that they do nothing.
Beware customers - read tons of Google reviews and check poor reliability of BMW cars.They are ultimate spending machines and the BMW service compliments it and makes it worse every year.
Super bad experience at Agmc BMW middle East with their chilled out service advisors who would do nothing and deny the claim to save their jobs. I wrote to BMW Germany to bring it out but nothing there too. My rear wheel moulding was also gone after I took the car from them as if they took my car for a joy ride as well.
Like and share this if you have been a victim of their bad after service. Left with a broken ac evaporator this summer and ton of expense.
Poor customer service over the phone, constantly talking over you while you are trying to explain specific information. So rude, frustrating and just bad manners. In addition my client profile details not updated for over 3 years!
