Daimler middle east location is in Jafza, you can only reach their place by entering Jafza, on Sheik Zayed Road , Jabel Ali, I guess . You need also to obtain an online board or pass.

Service center quality is really bad, they do not answer the phones and when they answer they promise to get back to you but they don't.
I am trying to reach my service advisor for the past 2 days with no luck.

Amazing department for original parts for branded cars

Hi There,
I am a Heavy Truck Driver and often visit Daimler for delivery.
I have a little issue related Temperature Checking Machine.
A Driver has to walk 400 Meters from the delivery area for temperature check in this Hot Weather.
Why this Warehouse doesn't have 2 Temperature checking Machines???
This is Partiality toward drivers, people or staff who come in cars don't even need to step down from the car but Delivery drivers???
We have to walk half of a KM UP Down from W/H area.
This is Sick.
