We were completely satisfied. Top service, both reception and car service. We lacked nothing. The hotel is also very centrally located from where you can explore everything on foot! Top for a city trip.

I didn't actually stay here, but the staff were very helpful and compassionate in helping out my daughter we she got hurt just outside the street. Even though we were not their guests, the staff did not hesitate at all in promptly providing medical aid. I really appreciated their help.

It is a nice place for drinks with friends. It is just killed by too loud music . For food look elsewhere.

Good place to enjoy a drink at the swimming pool. Happy hours between 5 to 7pm.

Hotel was fantastic! Loved the location and service was great. It was very cool being able to control the room with my phone and the pool and bar were awesome! I do however think that the breakfast is a bit too expensive considering what you get, if it is included in your room go nuts but if not I would look elsewhere.

Great facilities, everything you could need. The design is great in public area's such as pool area. Would recommend heading to the pool area and also try the sleep pods out! Complimentary mini bar items were a big plus! The concierge went above and beyond in his duties! Helping my wife with her wedding. Only negative feedback would be the toilet/bathroom design is not very good and if you are sharing a room you will hear what is going on next door and you have to physically close the wall. Highly recommend this place for all travelers but in particular business trips as it would have to be the best hotel for business purposes.

Famous Queensland hospitality at its best. Lovely hotel staff always smiling which is a sign of very good management (in particular Myles). Clean and comfortable rooms with nice MOR amenities. 4 free mini bar items was a nice bonus. In-room coffee pod machine and even a free movie channel with lots of recent movies to choose from. Excellent location right in the heart of beautiful Brisbane city. So easy to walk to South Bank and all the inner city restaurants, bars & cafes. Not to mention the shopping! Everything is at your doorstep. Very nice pool and pool bar with good vibes on a Sunday afternoon. We wish we had time to try the restaurant for dinner as the breakfast buffet was so reasonably priced and delicious. Couldn t fault this hotel. 5 stars in every way. Suitable for singles, couples (gay friendly hotel) and families. We ll be back for sure.

Great location - right in the middle of the shopping strip. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, tidy and modern. Stayed on the 23rd floor and had a great view of the city. Breakfast was ok, not a lot on offer but still nice enough. Staff were very friendly

It's hard to find at first but with the help of their lovely and dedicated staff it great once you get there. Love this hotel, definetly one of my favourites!

Lennons for dining is disappointing. Cleanliness neads addressing. Staff service is bad and not much GF food.

Whoe ever is in charge of the Food and Beverage at Next group needs to be ashamed. You would think a company like this could afford to implement better food choices?? Have been to to other Next hotels and it's the same deal with the food. Staff are friendly and do try their best to help however. In the past I remember this place used to be great.

Beautiful room with a huge television and great free movies. The mini bar gives u any choice of 4 free items per day! We ordered room service and the fries are insane! Great location right in the middle of the city. Great find. Gym and pool look great. Cant wait to check them out and the sleeping pods!

Not too bad, but room for improvement. You will like this place, the beer is cold, they serve my favourite pale ale and the people are casual and friendly. The menu is a bit restricted but I would be sure it changes from time to time. Prices are inner city prices but in comparison to other cap cities it is not prohibitive. You can sit near the pool, enjoy a breeze watch the people below or go inside. The fitout favours heavy wood and I like that. You can look up the prices o Google or lts of other places. The restaurant and the bar upstairs looks to be a fav hangout and might be a good place to start the night.

Love the 4 included minibar items. Great convenient location. Wireless charging for your phone and ability to cast to the TV. Shower was disappointing as water pressure was low and temperature kept changing by itself.

We had a presentation in one of the rooms. The room was professionally setup with adequate seating and a pen + notepad for everyone. The air conditioning was appropriately set and worked well in the crowded room. Lunch was provided but disappointing, minimal amount per person with very poor variety.

Outstanding rooms, brilliant service. If anything goes wrong they fix it immediately. Have stayed there at least 8 times and will return. Great location too.

Found this beautiful pool side bar on the 4th floor roof level of the hotel overlooking Queen St - a lovely inner city spot to relax in the open air with a glass of wine - worth a visit

We ate at the restaurant in the Next Hotel, the service was great they are very helpful in food recommendations. The food quality was good and nicely presented.

NEXT Hotel, Brisbane is a great location for a get away or work stay or even a quick stop over between meetings, they have pods for a quick nap in. The facilities a fantastic and it has a great relaxed modern feeling to it. Most of the food and drink you can purchase with your room key, no fuss just head down and pick it up yourself. Free coffee and tea and a fantastic restaurant downstairs.

Great hotel in a great location in Brisbane CBD. We stayed in a Next More Room although there was a bit of confusion on check-in as this ended up being two interconnected rooms. It turned out we had been upgraded.
The free mini-bar is actually limited to 4 free items and doesn't have a huge range to choose from but it's still a nice touch and we did get 3 free drinks at the bar. Beds were really comfy and the pool area has a nice vibe. View of the riverfront from the room was also great.

Poolside bar!

We have been going to Next since it opened. For us it's a real treat to come and get served by Jade at the poolside bar. You are doing a great job Jade your hospitality skills are awesome. Thank you for making it a pleasure to return to next.

Fantastic modern hotel right on Queen st mall. Only 10 minutes walk from Central station. Check in was easy and the room was compact but very nice with all that you need. 4 free items from the mini bar is a great idea. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Good choice of free movies. Will definitely be staying there again.

Really impressed with the hotel! All round lovely to stay in. Helpful staff, cheap parking, quality stay right info the heart of it. Will definitely be back again!

We were very impressed with our weekend at the Next Hotel. Could not fault anything really. The location was top notch, the room was great, and the service was fantastic. We got a Scoopon deal and the value was really impressive. We enjoyed a couple of complementary beverages, buffet breakfast, a food credit, and complementary mini bar items. We would certainly visit again and highly recommend. A highlight for me was using the Samsung device to order towels that came at breakneck speed. Highly efficient. And the roof top pool patio was a big draw card for us and it did not disappoint.

My one recommendation would be to offer a vegan breakfast option.

Spot on with location, loved the shopping, everything close by. We found no fault with buffet breakfast, delicious with great variety on offer.
Staff helpful, smiling and friendly.
Our room had views overlooking Brisbane Town Hall.
Possibly there maybe better views from other rooms, however we were content.
Bathrobes on offer, complimentary toiletries. Mini Bar with goodies.
Very much enjoyed the coffee pod machine in our room.
The pool looked amazing, however with a busy schedule, we didn't get to enjoy that. So its on the bucket list for our next stay.
