I have lived in my N Property Group unit for a while now and I am nothing but pleased! All of the staff has been extraordinarily helpful, and maintenance has always been quick to respond and fix any issues, shoutout to Anthony for doing an excellent job fixing some water damage I had, he was super professional and very friendly!
We had some issues with maintenance requests and getting things fixed, but Chuck came by and fixed everything fast and with awesome service! It's great knowing there are workers in this business that care!
N Property manages our condo association and I cannot speak highly enough. Very competent and helped us through a very difficult legal situation. Primarily worked with Doug, but his assistant/property manager was very good on day-to-day problems that our other management company who I won't mention seriously neglected.
I seriously love them! We rented an place near Temple and two of my friends backed out of our place. Charaine their leasing person found us a new place in a day and was so nice and helpful. I had another experience with a different management company last year that was terrible. Glad to know there are good companies in the area that don't take advantage of students.
No one ever returns calls. Provided appliances aren t repaired. Maintenance is non existent.
As a Temple parent, it was important that my son found a nice apartment that was safe and clean. We worked with a few different companies, but Derrius at N property was really the best and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was ideal, not inexpensive, but I'm learning that's what it costs to live in Philadelphia. With my daughter now considering attending, I absolutely will be calling Derrius again.
Had a small problem with our garbage disposal. Within a few hours the maintenance man Felix was here to fix it. He was done quickly and explained how to prevent any future problems.
my experiences have been negative in the past with n property group, but recently new leader ship have taken control and appear to be attempting to make improvements. a representative even reached out to me trying to ensure my satisfaction with the company. overall I am satisfied as of this writing.
If I rate this property group less than one star I would. Where do I begin my rooomates and I moved in to our place and it was absolutely filthy there were cardboard boxes and dry paint all over the hardwood floors. We have put in multiple help tickets to have our locks fixed as the front door lock was put on the back door and vice versa. We have had multiple incidents with leaks coming from the walls when it rains which we have also mentioned without being able to contact anyone at the office for help as they are never available. The address on file for the office is also incorrect so if you go to pick up your keys and end up in front of an abandoned building don't be shocked but also don't call the office because no one will be available to help you and they will make false promises of return calls and never callback.
The apartment is really modern and really nice. The property group is awful.

We have been tenants for almost 7 years. I only have admiration for them as a management company. We are always accommodating and supportive for our us. Maintenance request are always quick and professionally done. Even the exterior and common areas are well maintained by Chuck and Mickey. Kudos to the office management of Cathia who is always on top of things. I highly recommend them....
The WORST company on the face of the planet. I feel sorry for the leasing agents. No one in the office follows through on their promises and then they actually blame the agents for the companies incapable work skills. I have been trying to rent an apartment since November. Charaine, whom I've never actually met personally, is a snake. Do not trust them. Do not rent from them. Do yourself a favor. NEVER rent from them.
Terrible property group who will try to swindle naive college students out of their money. They are always weeks, sometimes months late on their maintenance requests. Nobody takes accountability, it's never anyone's fault in particular, you will simply get transferred from property manager to property manager. They actually had the nerve to try to charge my roommates and I for MORE than our security deposit, for things that were issues before we even moved in, that simply NEVER got fixed! They are extremely unprofessional and I truly wonder how they still operate with all of their disorganization.

Thanks for everything!! N Property Group has been a great property management company that I ve had the pleasure of knowing since around 2011. I ve dealt with quite a few companies over the years and have always appreciated their level of professionalism. Their rent collection system used to be frustrating, but about two years ago they put in a new program that I really like. You can pay everything online and put in maintenance requests, although to be fair I haven t really had many problems with my place as it s a newer property. When I do call, someone always answers the phone or if I leave a message, returns my call pretty quickly. Overall, I would use them again.
My granddaughter rented from N Property group and had multiple issues with them, including leaks from the toilet above her apartment into her kitchen. No restitution was ever offered, and in fact, they refused to give her security deposit back, even though she had photos to prove that she had cleaned and left the apartment in better condition than she found it, and that any damage incurred was due to the leak from upstairs.
Onix Agosto Jr did a great job checking up on our apartment and we have had a great experience overall.
The quickest maintenance response ever! I believe his name was Micky. Really nice guy. He came in to fix our sink, and ended up fixing a bunch of stuff that we did not put in our maintenance request, but thought might need to have a look at. Thanks again for the speedy response!
I recently sold my house, quicker than I planned and had to find a place fast. Charaine their leasing agent appreciated the urgency, found me an awesome apartment in Northern Liberties that I could quickly move in. She was responding to my emails even in the middle of the night, very cool, although not expected. Overall very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and and responsive. It's a pleasure to work with them.

This is honestly the worst property group I have ever dealt with. They ignore your phone calls and emails. They even blocked my number at one point, that each time I would call it would go straight to voicemail. When I called they would know it was me calling and say my name. They also harass you and show up announced banging at your door early in the morning. They have no respect for you as a tenant. Please do not rent with this property group!

Maintenance was very quick to respond and professional. Chuck, our maintenance person, fixed our utility problems quickly and left us with sound advice on preventing the problems in the future. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great people to rent from, I've been dealing with N Property Group for years and haven't had any problems. Their always very helpful whenever I need them. Very flexible and willing to help you out if neeeded. I would recommend using them ton anyone who needs an apartment, these are great people who are on your side!
DON't RENT FROM THEM! Literally every problem you could imagine with a rented property my group has had with this company. From sewage issues to lock problems.
Rented with them for a year, very shady company make sure to look into the fine details in the lease (Wasn't allowed to be present during inspection). Will do anything possible to exploit students because they know they can. Stay as far as possible from this terrible company.
My daughter rented an apartment from N Property for 2 years with no major issues except for the condition of the the unit when she moved in and having them keep most of her security deposit at the end of her lease. luckily we took pictures of the unit when she moved in and video of our cleaning process when she left. I sent the photos and video to them to try and recoup our security deposit, but at the same time I posted a rather negative review of their company here. I have heard many stories of real estate companies keeping security deposits for rentals in the past and felt that this was going to be one of those cases. There's not much you can do to get your money back without spending 10 times that amount on legal costs, so assumed I would not see that money again. To my surprise, I received an email from them today stating that after review of the information I sent them, they would be sending my entire security deposit back to me, plus a hundred dollar gift card for our inconvenience .
I've read other poor reviews of this company in the past, but it seems that they are now taking steps to fix those problems. I apologize for my earlier review and thank them for doing the right thing. I would not be afraid to rent from them again and neither should you.
Will not take care of maintenance requests unless it is on the tenant's dime; my basement bathroom smelled like sewage for a month before they even took the time to give it a band-aid fix, and I'm confident they won't address it for the next tenant either.

If you want your living experience to be an absolute nightmare you should rent from n property group. You can't have pets but they let mice live with you so it evens out The day I moved it in it was clear that the apartment was not cleaned in a year (the last time someone lived there). oven was disgusting, backyard completely overgrown, dust EVERYWHERE. No wonder mice are so fond of their apartments
Did a very good job cleaning things up in the common areas of my apartment building when it was requested.
I ve been working with their manager Liz Blythe for a few years now. They ve been very helpful and even assisting with managing a number of properties in NJ as an accommodation. Quite helpful especially when making financial decisions on my places.
In my experience, N Property Group is a solid local business with a personal touch. I've had nothing but positive interactions with management and maintenance staff (shout out to Liz). They respond quickly to maintenance requests and have always returned my calls. The company's owner, Doug, even contacted me personally to follow up after we had a minor issue. Good stuff.
As a property owner, I looked diligently into property manegement groups to handle Day to day on multiple units in manayunk and the suburbs. I've found a home with Nproperty group. Their tireless efforts to provide constant updates and input have kept me informed and economically sound with my properties. Their experience is recognized in everything that they do for us. Strongly reccomend them for all manegement responsibilities. It should be noted that our tenants are also very happy with their customer service and friendly approach!

Worst company in the entire world. I moved into the house and there were so many issues, backyard was a jungle, walls still dirty, doors broken, the house is infested with centipedes it's absoultely disguiSting, the customer service is unprofessional and rude, maintenance never responds , there is mold growing in my room, bathroom, and basement, they left us without heat in the winter and the list goes on. Don't waste your money, I wish would have looked at reviews before I chose to rent with them
This place is literally a scam. I will never let anyone I know get into a lease with them as they do not perform maitnenance, do not pay their bills on time, terrible customer service and very rude and uneducated staff. BEWARD OF ERIC GREEN, HE CAN BE VERY PASSIVE AGGRESIVE. Try Homeline Realty, never had any issues with them. A year later, my friends whom are still stuck with them are desperate. Dont let yourself get played up by this big business.
Not sure about some of these reviews, we just moved from our place and the experience has been excellent. We had some maintenance issues, but Eric had people out there immediately. The move-out was fast and efficient and everyone there seems really nice.

I rented a unit in center city Philadelphia from
N Property Group from 05/2019-06/2020.
N Property group is overall pretty unresponsive. When I first moved in, I reported mold growing in a vent in my kitchen. They took one look at it and denied it. I also submitted several maintenance requests because my AC was not working and 50% of my outlets were broken. Nothing was ever done about it. When maintenance requests were fulfilled, it was usually several weeks to months after the request was originally submitted. They would usually just show up- never called or emailed prior to let us know they were coming.
When my partner and I moved out, they took $600 out of our security deposit. You d think we really left some damage, huh? Think again- $400 was for patching and painting and $200 for cleaning. (We spent hours cleaning and left this place spotless.)
I disputed the security deposit refund in June when I received the letter. It is now September and I have not heard from them (even after sending several emails requesting an update).
While they aren t the worst property group in Philadelphia (WPRG takes the cake on that one) I certainly wouldn t recommend them. So unless you like landlords who steal your security deposit and never actually fix anything, I would explore other options.
I was recently under contract to purchase an investment property in Philadelphia. This was our first property and the owner spent a surprising amount of time with us. He was so informative, so helpful and I will be forever grateful. Following our conversation, we decided not to pursue the investment in the property as the seller refused to make any of the concessions. The owner knew considerably more than our broker, our lender and was more interested in making sure we did the right thing rather than just trying to convince us to buy. The other companies I spoke to either didn't return my call or didn't help that much. I filled up about three pages with detailed information on our first call! I would highly recommend them to any and all that are looking to invest.

I live in Collingdale Court. On 12/3/18 I had a issue with mold in my bedroom closet. Put in a maintenance request.

We had an issue with our dishwasher for several weeks and were struggling to get any help. Once we got in contact with Felix everything was solved immediately. Felix was very helpful and professional and went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved. Whatever problem you have he s your guy!

I was in the process of renting a unit from N Property Group. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to take the unit. Derrius was amazing throughout the entire process. He made the application process extremely simple and was very understanding given my situation. Although I am not renting the unit through this agency, I recommend it due to the ease of the process as well as the understanding nature of those who work for the group.
I have never worked with a company so unprofessional. Thank the lord they no longer own the building I am living in. I was moving from Virginia and stressed that I would need to be in by a certain date. They said, oh yeah not a problem. Well, since they have no organizational skills, we ended up moving in about 7 days after we were suppose to. We were homeless for those days since we had to leave where we were previously. This could have all been avoided if they knew how to run a business. If I could give them negative stars I would. I remember calling 10-15 times before someone would answer. I would leave messages and no one would call me back. I can not stress enough, how much these people are not worth your time. Their properties are nice, but it looks like other companies are starting to buy out the nice ones. If you do have to work with them, just be prepared for a headache and don't say we didn't warn you.
This is downright the worst company to rent from. Do not rent from N Property Group under any circumstances. They are incredibly difficult to reach by phone and do not respond to maintenance requests in an appropriate amount of time. I rented from them from June 2016 through June 2017. My apartment was broken into while living here and three different police officers who investigated the scene told me on three separate occasions that the "break in" was most likely done by someone who had a key to the apartment and then conveniently hit the wall on their way out to make it look like a break in. The only other entity with keys to my unit was N Property Group. I also don't find it a coincidence that all 5 units in my building were broken into in a similar fashion throughout the year I rented here. When I called N Property Group in a panic and told them my laptop and family jewelry were stolen, the receptionist told me she was "not sure what the protocol is for a break in". Later that night when I was able to finally get in touch with the head of maintenance to come change my locks, he gave me a really hard time about having to come out to West Philly at 8 PM on a Friday. Only after I explained to him that my spare key was stolen and that I was living alone did he come to change the locks.
Furthermore, I was not given back my security deposit which I was owed in total (they returned 15% of it). There was a ceiling leak that I reported to N Property Group on multiple occasions through the online maintenance portal which they claimed to have "fixed" multiple times. They took a "carpet cleaning fee" out of my security deposit because they claimed that the apartment smelled of cat urine when I moved out... I don't own a cat. This scent was a direct result of the ceiling leaking onto my carpet and the negligence of N Property Group to come and fix the leak. When I told them I didn't have a cat, they said that the smell must have been dog urine - however, my dog was fully house trained prior to living there and did not urinate on the carpet. Multiple other fees were also taken out of my security deposit because they expected me to have my apartment professionally cleaned before I moved out but never communicated this to me and did not write this in the lease.
In conclusion this company is incredibly unorganized, unprofessional, and negligent. Throughout my experience I learned that N Property Group cares much more about benefitting financially from their tenants than they do about providing safe living spaces for paying tenants. I will never rent from this company again and I truly encourage others to do the same. By not renting from N Property Group, they only thing you will be missing out on is getting taken advantage of and complete unprofessionalism.

I m shocked to see the negative reviews from N Property group. I moved in this will be my 2 month, to an apartment in Drexel Hill. Since moving in, which Derrius showed me the apartment and was nothing but professional, courteous, and followed through with everything once I decided to rent it, after being shown. Made the process painless, easy and i had the paperwork and keys within a day. When I moved in, I had two minor issues I needed maintenance. I went on their website (which you can also pay your rent on- which makes it very convenient), filled out a maintenance form and had a call that day both times from the maintenance man, who came out immediately and fixed my issues. I also had some questions about my lease and called and dealt with Angie, who was nothing but again professional, helpful, courteous informative, and any info she didn t know- she found out and got back to me right away. I have had zero issue with NProperty Group, and have enjoyed my time living in my apartment, and any dealing with them has been easy, courteous and any issue dealt with immediately. Derrius, Angie and the maintenance team have been great. Can t beat the price, as well as being allowed to have pets

N Property Group manages many of my clients units. They do a great job for both the owner and the tenants, resulting in a high renewal rate. Everyone in the office is extremely responsive and kind. Whenever there is a problem, it gets resolved quickly and professionally. The maintenance guys, Mickey and Chuck, are always working with a smile and clean up after the job is done..they are very efficient. I highly recommend.
They have managed my properties for almost five years now. Great team, pricing, and I especially appreciate their accounting system, at least my CPA does. Never any issues and always keep my units leased.
N Property does not do anything for the residents, ignores the residents and is fairly forgetful and disrespectful. The staff was was rude and not professional in anyway. I will never rent from this property group again and I highly encourage others to stay away.
Had a toilet problem we put in a request for yesterday and Mickey came today and took care of it. He is very respectful and explained exactly what he did to take care of the problems and sent a request for the other bathroom issues that he couldn't take care of.
Living here now most horrible place in the area. Never ever again renting from here so happy this is the last year I'm here I pay the rent a month in advance and I still get no maintenance to fix my problems there's a big hole in the wall that's attracting bugs it's been past three months and its still there. There ls a leak in my room that's giving off a bad smell its still there. You email these people an they don't respond. They claim they have a wash room but there's nothing down there. Worse company ever.
I had previously posted a complaint and a low score here, but the issue has since been resolved to my satisfaction. I cannot give a perfect rating since I do not believe the issue should have happened in the first place, but all other aspects of my tenancy with N Property were positive.
Horrible. I am currently renting from them, and I have contacted them about multiple issues. One of which was concerning unexpected visitors while my roommate and I were not home. It's been a few months, but I am still not over that problem. I'm almost sure that's a breach of the lease, but we will see. They honestly just suck. They take advantage of senseless college students, and rob people of their money. I will not be recommending to anyone.

Of you have any issue Doug Martindale is the man you need. Don't even bother to go to any ody else. Because clearly other managers will tell you there's nothing the can do.

Not sure who runs the show at N property group (Temple U, Philly) but they aren t good at their job. Terrible customer service, awful maitenence, lack of care for tenants. MK is the group to go with if you are planning on living around temple.
Per my new experience, N Property Group has changed it's management style & it is MUCH BETTER. They are much more attentive to complaints & requests. The new manager Douglas Martindale helped my roommates & I solve an old dispute that occurred with the old management. I am now happy with how that experience ended because of how the new management is ran. Douglas was quick to reach out & was also very professional & respectful in his efforts to do so which I greatly appreciated.
If you are renting from N Property Group, make sure you do a walk through at the end of your lease. We failed to do that and they deducted a 300.00 cleaning fee. We know that was not possible bc we cleaned the apartment throughly. I took pics of everything, including the inside of the stove and microwave. We left it cleaner than we received it!
The communication is terrible. I emailed the pictures and my concern. I did not receive a reply.
We took the loss, but I want to warn others. Take pics before and after and do that walk through.
Charles came by to fix some trouble we were having with fire alarms. He came within 20 minutes of our request and was very friendly and professional while he was here. Even when the job extended past his work day he made sure that everything was taken care of right then and there. Thanks Charles!

Whenever I call to resolve an issue I am forwarded to a voicemail and my calls were never returned until recently.
I have been trying to get my washer fixed since October 9th and no one came to fix it until November 16th. I have been told on multiple occasions, "We have had some staff changes in the office and we are
working diligently to get all service requests completed and closed in our system. " Even after my washer was replaced it still does not work.
I invite every employee of N Property Group to come over and try to wash your clothes. The washer will be on for five minutes making a horrible banging noise before shutting off. And the dryer will leave your clothes damp leaving a nice mildew smell.
It took over a month for N Property Group to get someone to replace my washer. And when they finally did, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!
When I first moved to my apartment I was given the wrong set of keys which made my move in day impossible. There was no doorknob on my bedroom door and the refrigerator was not working properly so all of our food spoiled withing a few days. The windows in the apartment did not close fully and we also needed to get those fixed. These things were fixed within a few days which was much appreciated. The door that is supposed to secure the building was extremely unsafe/ not secure and the building got broken into and 3 units out of 5 got robbed. The door got replaced but I've noticed that if the new door is not closed fully and appropriately in a very specific spot, the automatic door lock will get stuck and not lock the building. I will say that the interior of our apartment looks very nice and there is good natural lighting.
Worst company ever..the manager never answers her phone nor returns calls. It was six identical units. Yet we all paid duffdiffe amounts of rent. Front office staff was unprofessional. In shirt stay away from this place . They take hood homes and rent them at center City prices
Nothing but positive things to say about N Property Group. My roommates and I had a flood in our unit after a storm. They had emergency workers there fast and put us in a hotel for over a week. It was annoying to have to be displaced, but everyone, especially Charaine went out of their way. Because of this, we just renewed for another year.
Would never rent with them again. If you want a landlord you can trust I would go another direction. They legit don't care.
Returned both of my keys and they made me write a WRITTEN dispute with any proof that I did return both keys. Who would record themselves returning keys to a "professional" organization. They then mentioned that they had no cameras in their North Philadelphia building. Very friendly staff, however, especially Harmony.
Since N Property purchased the building I didn't have any problems., until they came by to look/inspect all units. They put in a request on the 8th of January for a clogged sink, but they never showed up. I made a second request today 1/24/18 & they sent someone out. Plumber by the name of "Anthony":. He was nice, gracious & very competent. His work #15148-1. He even went out his way to tell me if it leaks again to call him. Apparently, it wasn't just a clogged sink, but a leak in the pipes, which he replaced. Thanks for such great service. Sorry, you get 5 STARS!!!

This is an update to the review for N Property Group I wrote below. Less than 24 hours after I wrote the review, I was contacted by Douglas Martindale who is a principal owner of N Property Group as well as the owner of the property that I am renting. His response offered the level of professionalism I expect to encounter from any organization dealing with people. He accepted responsibility and offered a sincere apology for the problems I have encountered. In addition to the apology, he asked for more detailed information on my experience with his personnel thus far. He also included several corrective actions steps he immediately took to rectify the situation. These included: a decrease in my first month s rent (which I had already paid in full), an offer to help me relocate should I find my accommodations unbearable (which is far from the case because I love the apartment and location) and a commitment to changing existing behaviors. Finally, he proposed a proactive step which involves me cc ing him on emails should I have any additional problems. He has done everything he can possibly do to rectify the problems I encountered. I greatly appreciate his efforts and level of professionalism. It is because of Douglas that I am amending my rating of N Property Group to reflect what I now believe to be the norm for this organization.
It is difficult to put into words how poorly managed N Property Group, Inc. truly is. To give some perspective, I have rented apartments, condos, flats in several states and countries for 30 yrs and I have never had to deal with the unprofessionalism shown by this property management company in the month that I have been dealing with them. I recently began renting an apartment from them in Bryn Mawr. Unfortunately for me, it was before I read all the horrible reviews about their practices posted here. My initial complaints are similar to countless other reviews on here: horrible move-in condition, lack of accountability, etc. I just moved here from out of state so I was willing to let the initial problems go and chalk it up to a difference in the way things are done here.
Yesterday morning as I watched my kitchen light fixture fill up with water from a leak in my upstairs neighbor s apartment, I decided not to let it go. I woke to find the light fixture full of water, the ceiling bubbling up and water on the floor. The water had gathered there overnight. Thinking this could lead to more damage, I immediately called the office. I get an answer service which is understandable because it was 6 a.m. The person patches me through to a maintenance person who says he lives far away and he will be here in 45 minutes. Not ideal but I understand that he does not live next door. At 7:30 a.m. I have not heard from anyone. I call the office back only to be told it will be another 35-40 minutes before someone comes. In the meantime, the water is still leaking. The maintenance person shows up at 8:30. Looks at the leak and says, Oh. It as if he were shocked that what I told him was happening was actually happening. After a bit, it was discovered that the leak came from the toilet in the upstairs apartment that had just been fixed the day before.
Here is my reason for writing this complaint. There was no sense of urgency from anyone but me to the potential damage to the home this leak could cause. Ultimately, regardless of who came to my home, the management company is responsible for them. I am wondering how many of the people who own the properties managed by this company know how poorly some properties are being managed. Granted, there is a good chance they also do not care but I would like to think that they do. I intend to find mine and write them a letter. I think it would be easy for everyone who wrote reviews here to do the same. It, at the very least, puts some of the responsibility to change things in the hands of the owners.
The maintenance service was excellent. I specifically commend Felix for helping us install an extra lock on our door. He was super helpful and informative of alternative locks we could get that would increase security and was very thorough with his knowledge on locks. Thank you Felix!
I've had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with N Property Group. They are definitely first-rate -- always professional, promptly respond, and I love how I can do everything online. Not to mention their properties are well maintained. We love renting from them.
Just recently moved out of a building they acquired a few months before my lease ended and when giving back the security deposit they took it upon themselves to split the deposit between me and an ex instead of returning it to the person who wrote the check out for the security deposit. Luckily he was nice enough to return it to me. Idiots.
My husband and I lived at their NoLib building for 3 years now. The staff is really, really nice. We had a really bad water pressure issue that upset us, but the owners resolved it quickly and communicated often. We have no complaints whatsoever.
This company is probably the worst people you can rent from. The don t pick up the phones half the time plus they are always hanging up and making excuses. VERY unprofessional and I wish I could rate them even lower than a 1 star. Good luck if anything ever goes wrong in your apartment because maintenance takes FOREVER. You re better off fixing anything yourself or even paying someone yourself to come in for emergencies.I highly advise to go somewhere else to rent from!
The old tenants stuff was still strewn about the basement & backyard when we moved in, they seldom replied to phone calls or emails, & ripped me off for the security deposit.
I just moved back to the area and Derrius helped me find an apartment in S. Philly. The process was clear, they had a great inventory of apartments to look at and the apartment itself was spotless for my movein. No issues and very thankful as the move was annoying!
I've been a resident with N Property group for 2yrs. At the end of this month I will be moving to another apartment managed by another management company because I need more space.

accidentally leased my unit. My move in date was the 25th. With this date I was able to transfer my belongings gradually. Now my move in date in another unit was pushed back to the move out date as my N Property unit. My current lease states that I have to be out by 12pm but I pick my keys up at 9am. ( you can see the time crunch).
I contacted my operations manager, Jennifer Scoppetta at N Property and informed her of my concerns. She was so helpful and understanding. She was able to honor a later move out time. After all the chaos, it was nice to collaborate with someone who was so understanding.

They do not fix anything. At all. Ever. Your heat will cut off at random times and the meter will read at $450 for the bill. I am strongly advising anyone considering a lease from N Property to stay away. This group causes misery and so, so many headaches and bills fixing issues as a student that will never be fixed (such as moving in with maggots, roaches, etc and broken toilet handles YOU will need to buy new parts for and install yourself since no one will come for over 6 months and electrical problems we have to call the fire department for) all by yourself when all maintenance tickets get ignored even after calling in. It s so unfortunate I cannot rate them at zero stars
They are absolute scam artists and thieves. Do not rent from them unless you like losing money
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. If I could rate them lower, I absolutely would. I am BEGGING you, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! Honestly, I have nothing nice to say from dealing with receptionist, to maintenance. From the day we moved in things were missing and broken. Those things were never addressed or taken care of EVER. Even worse, we were charged for those missing/broken items that we literally begged to be addressed/ fixed/replaced for a year.
Maintenance is non-existent. We had sewage backing up into our apartment and a random man showed up to fix it claiming to be the property manager. Why would a property manager be in charge of fixing our sewage? We couldn't even get them to provide a cleaning team for the pool of sewage that FILLED our downstairs, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. This property group is ROBBING people and students left and right and getting away with it. If you currently rent with them DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, otherwise, be prepared to be completely screwed over.
Moved into my place was new, no issues, and when I moved, got FULL SECURITY back. No problems at all
So far, I m having a great experience at my apartment maintained by N Property Group. I have to single out Mr. Onix, who is awesome. Whatever is asked of him, he gets the job done, and it s done professionally. Thank you N Property Group and Mr. Onix!

Chuck and Mickey painted my entire room/bathroom and helped with other repairs all done within 24 hours of us requesting maintenance during my move in process. They did a great job!
I am only giving the maintenance department a 5 star review , other services accounts and management needs to exemplify the 5 star service I had today. Anthony is always polite and takes his time to accommodate the tenants needs, very professional . He took his time and struggled a bit with a lock that has been and ongoing problem but he didi it. He also fixed the outlets, and closet door that became jammed while there and things I requested originally. Not only does he do a great job but he and his Dad have always done a great job. I don't do reviews on a place that lack communication and mistreat their tenants over misunderstandings. Today I am giving credit to where it's due. Great Job to the Maintenance Department who has done a great job all year, but for the misunderstandings and lack of communication makes it very difficult to acknowledge and give a great review when asked. Thanks Anthony you will have 5 stars with me but this company needs to work being professional and better organized . Why use the maintenance department to boost your reviews when the overall services are poor.

The WORST property group I have ever had to deal with. My apartment was not ready come move in date, in fact it was completely trashed and disgusting the day I planned to move in. Maintenance was absolutely horrible throughout the entire year. And despite cleaning the entire apartment and spackling every wall that needed to be spackled, we still got charged a HUGE fee after we moved out and received under half of our security deposit. This company also tried to charge us an extra months rent when moving out. N PROPERTY GROUP IS THE WORST PROPERTY GROUP IN PHILADELPHIA.
