No one in the office follows through on their promises and then they actually blame the agents for the companies incapable work skills. I have been trying to rent an apartment since November. Charaine, whom I've never actually met personally, is a snake. Do not trust them. Do not rent from them. Do yourself a favor. NEVER rent from them.
