Love this store. They make it easy to chose a dress and order them.

All of the ladies at Newline were wonderful but Lexie made my dress shopping experience wonderful! Highly recommend for not only their amazing selection but their above and beyond customer service! Extremely helpful and sweet!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very patient and understanding of a soon to be bride.

Customer service was not good. My girl friend came in and they immediately told us we had to many in our party, we reserved for 4 but brought 6. We came from Calgary to buy a dress with the brides father so we ended up bringing a few more people, sorry but no need to be rude. Then when we wanted to put it on hold with our size, they were very rude, said we can only get measured if we were buying. Then when we were in the fitting room trying a dress we said we wanted a minute to try on a specific dress, and the family witnessed the women helping us roll her eyes. Just not a good experience for such an important day to the bride. I think they need to really focus on customer service and making the bride feel special, they don't do that here.

Terrible store. Terrible customer service. I would never shop here again or recommend anyone here either. The staff needs to learn how to be respectful and have better etiquette towards their customers.

I have to say we had an awesome experience today at New line! We were shopping for bridesmaids dresses- 3 of us plus the bride! We had finished our early appointment ahead of schedule so we asked to move our appointment up an hour - they got us in straight away! We had one of the main sections and our girl Lexi was fantastic! Had such a great spirit and handled us wild girls with ease!! The selection here is AMAZING!! Our earlier appointment had literally 10 gowns to choose from so having easily over 100 was like unreal! We probably went through 15 dresses until we settled! They were great at noticing which designer we kind of lent towards and at least 2 of the dresses we went with were picked by the stylists!

Great customer service! The whole team there is extremely professional and lovely to deal with.

This store is the best! I have shopped in Saskatoon, PA, and Regina for my wedding dress - and this store was my favorite. They had a great selection of dresses, with a good variety of prices. All the staff we saw today were friendly and welcoming. Danielle helped me choose my dress, and she was patient, laid back, and very encouraging and helpful with her opinions. I would highly recommend this store to future brides!

The staff takes care of you and your bridal party. The owner is always present and always friendly and fabulous. Thank you for taking care of us during our appointment! I love my dress. :)

I bought my dress and all my bridesmaids bought their dresses at Newline but we all did our fittings separately. They charged me for my one alteration after telling me that I would get one for free and then after charging me, my dress was still too big around my midsection but they told me that was the way it was supposed to fit. They also told one of my bridesmaids that she should have no problem fitting in her dress and she barely got into it and had inappropriate cleavage.

I drove from out of town and gave them my business. I bought all of my jewelry and accessories there and I had poor customer service at best. I would not recommend them..

Really loved shopping for my daughter graduation dress at Newline Fashion. We had fun shopping and she was able to find a dress she was happy with.

Where's the zero star option. Way too unimpressed with this mis managed company, to try and put my livid thoughts into words here. Just a classic princess bride "booooo" is all I can muster.

Lexie and Desiree both helped me out and were wonderful. Because of COVID it wasn t exactly the experience I had always imagined, but they were so accommodating to give me 2 appointments so both my sisters and mom could be included. They also managed to make both of those appointments special and fun for me and I am so grateful. The selection is amazing and I found the dress of my dreams. Thank you!!

If you want selection this is the bridal shop for you! I couldn't believe that they had a whole second floor of dresses to choose from. I found so many great dresses in the style I wanted- which was surprising because what I was looking for a lace dress and they had plenty to choose from. I didn't purchase a dress because my wedding is over a year away, but I now have one dress that is a top contender in my dress search thanks to Newline!

I got my bridesmaid dress here and the whole process was so fun and easy. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how flawless this entire transaction has been. Thank you!

After being to several other bridal stores in Regina , I found a dress that I absolutely loved online. I gave New Line Fashions a call and they had the dress in stock ! I went in later that afternoon and tried it on , as well as other ones that were recommended to me! I had such a great experience and ended up buying the first dress that I tried on!! Can't wait for it to arrive :) The two girls who were working were so helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend dress shopping here!

The staff are very helpful and friendly and made the bride's trip a breeze. She helped the bride in and out of dresses within minutes, answered all of our questions and was able to accurately pull dresses that suited the bride's tastes. They do their own alterations too!

My daughter came in on a spur of moment shopping for grad. The service was amazing, no one was pushy, they took their time helping and choosing dresses and had lots of good information.
I would highly recommend here, amazing service, friendly and comfortable.

I went wedding dress shopping and this was the best store in Regina. They were the only store that asked me my price point before I tried on any dresses, I really appreciated that! They helped me find the perfect dress!

The selection of wedding dresses at New Line Fashion located on Victoria Avenue can't be beat. They accommodated us without an appointment. Our consultant, Lexi was just incredible. She was knowledgeable, chose suitable dresses for my daughter's slender body type and expertly helped my daughter in and out of the dresses. Lexi is also very personable. For a while I felt like I was in New York instead of Regina. Very fun experience. We're currently shopping around but I would not be surprised if we landed back on New Line Fashion's doorstep. I highly recommend this store.

Selection is good, they are good about ordering things for trying on. They lose a lot of stars with me because each time I have been there, they have taken terrible measurements, and messed up my dress! The first time they simply ordered the wrong size, and I had to scramble to find someone to let a sequined seam out in time for the event. Ok, this happens, but I have to say they were particularly rude to me about their own error. The second time the person measuring me got my measurements wrong (anyone who has ever shopped online knows their measurements) and then refused to order a dress in a size I knew would actually fit me-- they were claiming I was two sizes larger! The lowest they would go was one size below their faulty measurement, which was still one size too big. Lo and behold, a few weeks later I'm shelling out extra money to get the dress altered down a further size. I would never have gone back after that first bad experience if the shop hadn't been chosen by the bride-- and rest assured I will not be going back.

Had great service on shopping for my daughters grad dress

I have never had a worse shopping experience in my life. The staff was unbelievably rude and not helpful at all. I felt I was bothering them simply by walking into the store. The light brown haired lady who "helped" me had no knowledge of the product and seemed annoyed when I asked her about other options and ideas. At this point I feel if I did find the dress of my dreams there I would not have bought it simply because of the way I was treated by this lady. I have never in my life written a review about any business but this experience was so horrendous that I feel obligated to warn other potential customers what they are getting into. Rant over.

They were very helpful. Allowed us to take pictures of the dresses that the bride tried on - which helped in the selection. Had a wide selection of sizes, so we could actually put one on that fit, rather than having to guess what it would look like with a corset back etc. The tailor who will alter the dress was there, and was able to give feedback, ideas, tell us what would and would not work. Excellent experience.

Fantastic selection! Very comfortable environment to try on dresses. Never felt pressured or discouraged. Would highly recommend this store.

Newline was amazing to work with! The staff was great to deal with through the whole experience of trying on dresses, making a decision on my dream dress, helping me find a second (more church appropriate dress) and throughout all the alterations. They never dismissed my thoughts and went above and beyond to make sure that both of my dresses were absolutely perfect for my big day.

Shopping for bridesmaids dresses was also a painless and amazing experience. Newline had an amazing selection of dresses that made it so easy to find 6 unique dresses for my bridesmaid's personalities and all types of bodies while still having them look like a cohesive group.

I recommend Newline to anyone searching for their wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, or anything else I can think of. Thank you for your wonderful service! I'm sad that now that my wedding is over I won't see these wonderful women!

Very great store. Got my beautiful graduation dress here and it fit perfectly. There is not a really huge selection of dresses but most of them are very beautiful. The staff was good and friendly and I didn t feel very rushed at all!

Our consultant really ruined our experience here. She was rude from the start and made us want to get out of that place sooner than we did. She complained to another associate about our group and unfortunately we overheard her. She was rude about sizing to one of the bridesmaids and made her feel ashamed which we all thought was very unprofessional. There were numerous comments made by her that we unappreciated.

Although New Line has a large selection of dresses and styles having a negative and rude consultation, as we did, made our experience terrible.

Great selection and best service in town!! My sister came from Medicine Hat to try on dresses here and said she was nervous because lots of these shops tend to be on the pretentious side. At the end of her appointment she was blown away at how nice and helpful they were. Lexi is da bomb!! Can't say enough good things about that girl!

These gals gave me the nicest bridal experience when in search of the perfect dress! They were so patient and so helpful when finding the right style and fit! They even gifted me with a nice bottle of wine when purchasing the dress! Super lovely staff, great smiles all around and they really make you feel special! I really feel most businesses associated with weddings overcharge immensely on wedding products and services because people getting married are limited to only a few places to shop including this store. When I phoned in to make arrangements to pay the remaining cost of a bridesmaid dress and to pick it up the young girl on the phone could not find the order. Then when she put me on hold and finally found the order she accused me of mixing up the brides name and the bridesmaids name. Duh. If you have to choose between me, the mother of the groom and the girl at the store, who would typically mix up the names? It sure wasn't me!
Then when I saw the total cost of the dress I was shocked at the high amount. I didn't say anything about this. I kept it to myself. The older lady at the store had a scowl on her face the whole time I was there and this was early in the day and in the week. How would she look later on in the week? Plus their sign on the inside of their front window had the parking info hidden from view so it wasn't much help to customers. Just not a pleasant experience overall.

Wonderful staff, they are so helpful and amazing to work with. It was so easy and stress free to find a wedding dress.

The grad dresses were nice but I really feel like the staff didn't want me in there. They acted snobby and acted like they were better than me. I should say that I have been in that store searching twice and the second time around it was a different staff and the one lady was very nice and helpful, but I won't forget about how put down I felt the first time around. I think that service here depends on who you get.

This store is wonderful! I found a dress within 20 minutes that fit me perfectly!! The staff are so helpful, kind and wonderful! They also have a large selection to choose from for all occasions: graduation or weddings!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone! They are the most rude people I have ever met, their alterations were brutal! They charged all my bridesmaids different prices for their dresses, some got discounts, some didnt. They were snotty and stuck up the whole time, did not help what so ever. They do not know how to run a business and are terrible to their employees as well. HORRIBLE!

It was the worst customer service. They were late starting my appointment and were not helpful when it came to picking out a dress. They said right in front of me that they were trying to get this girl out like they didn t want my business. The whole thing felt rushed and was not as enjoyable as it should have been. The store overbooks themselves and just tries to push through appointments. Will not purchase from this store.

I have had nothing but good experiences going to New Line. I went in there once "scouting" out bridesmaid dresses because I was looking for a very particular shade of grey. They were super helpful and even showed me all the color swatches in the color grey. There was no pressure to purchase dresses that day. When we went to try on bridesmaid dresses, we had an appointment and we had 2 or 3 sales people helping us because they had extra time on their hands. A week later, one of my bridesmaids noticed that they even got a discount on the dresses they purchased and we still don't know why!!
I went there twice to try on wedding gowns and again, I had good service. All the ladies asked me if I needed help, what was I looking for and they pulled gowns for me! They didn't pressure me to buy a gown that day. They wrote down the dress numbers I liked and encouraged me to come back. I didn't find my gown there as they didn't carry the line of dress I ended up purchasing.
I also went in there one Saturday afternoon to look at hair fascinators and the girl spent 20 minutes with me and showed me different ideas on how to use the netting and such.
My Matron of Honor purchased her wedding gown from there 2 years ago and they still remembered her when she came to try on bridesmaid gowns for my wedding.
Keep up the good work New Line!

I was so happy to find a beautiful cocktail dress for my daughter s grade 8 farewell at a fantastic price. The ladies were so friendly and helpful!

Newline fashion are rude and very unhelpful staff. Me and my maid of honor went there to try on wedding dresses. We first of all had to try to locate somebody, then when we went to the front desk we listened to two of the girls have a conversation about who could help us. Neither of them really wanted to. Went upstairs tried on one dress, the girl helping us seemed very disinterested, never asked when the wedding was what my fiances name was or even my name. Never introduced herself either. then my maid of honor wanted me to try on a dress that she picked that was my size, took one look at it and rudely said theres no point bringing that in, she wont fit into it. Just cuz im not a size 2 doesnt mean i dont deserve someones attension and help in finding the perfect wedding dress. after all that we said screw it and left, no way those rude, insensitive people are getting my buisness. NEVER SHOP AT NEWLINE FASHION U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

It was a good place to shop for a grad dress. Lots of styles and selection. We found a dress and now wait for it to arrive.

Newline has a fabulous selection of gowns. After prematurely saying yes to a dress, and realizing it wasn't my dream gown, Phan and the girls at Newline did everything they could to rectify my experience and ensure I got a gown I loved. Phan went above and beyond, calling the new designer to ensure my dress would arrive on a tight timeline, and to request customization on my gown from production. When my gown arrived 2 weeks before the wedding, they made sure my alterations were done quickly, and everything looked absolutely perfect! Thank you again Phan + Newline staff, you were a dream!!

The experience was great. First of all the New Line Fashion crew learned about my preferences and paired me up with a consultant (Lexie) who has a very similar taste. Lexie was AMAZING - attentive to my comments, quick to identify potential options, very easy going and very considerate of my style and attitude to the wedding planning experience. Great selection ,great team and fantastic Lexie!!!

We had trouble looking for a reasonably priced grad dress at other wedding dress stores and i wish we would have come to New Line Fashions first!!! They had a huge selection of all types of dresses and had some more affordable but just a beautiful dresses. I would recomend them to anyone looking for weddings, grad, or any formal dress occasions. We are so happy with the service as well!!!! All the staff we dealt with were amazing and very helpful!!!! So happy we shopped New Line Fashions!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, DON'T SHOP THERE. HERE IS WHY. When I first went to New Line Fashions, the girls were very helpful in finding me a wedding dress. However once I narrowed it down to two dresses and then chose one, the girl asked me if it was because it was cheaper. I was so insulted, first of all what business is it of hers what I'm spending, second of all, I told her no, as a matter of fact it's not, I just like it better. My sister and mom both ended up buying dresses from there as well, they both ordered it in February and paid extra for rush delivery. My sister's dress arrived in about a month, my mom's took 3 months to get there, and arrived 2 weeks before my wedding. They insisted that this was their rush, which turns out was only two days sooner than it would have arrived without paying extra. To make matters worse, they ordered the wrong color, so my mom asked what she was supposed to do. The girl dealing with her was a total b!tch and tried to blame my mom for ordering the wrong color! They ordered her a new one and told her it would be there in a week and that alterations would be free. So it came in a week, she got alterations done, and got it home only to find that they only altered one of the straps and left the other one unaltered. I also had alterations done, I asked to add on shoulder strap. When I tried it on I was horrified that a professional seamstress would put something so ugly on that dress. I asked them to re-do it, so she did. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and it still came out wrong. Oh and one more thing, I asked to pick up my dress a couple weeks before the wedding, they said sure we'll have it steamed for you. Did they? No of course they didn't, so I took it and told them I'd do it myself. I have never dealt with such terrible service, I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go there. We spent a lot of money there and never got a discount, most stores will do that for a bridal party, but no, they suck every penny out of you.
