I really feel most businesses associated with weddings overcharge immensely on wedding products and services because people getting married are limited to only a few places to shop including this store. When I phoned in to make arrangements to pay the remaining cost of a bridesmaid dress and to pick it up the young girl on the phone could not find the order. Then when she put me on hold and finally found the order she accused me of mixing up the brides name and the bridesmaids name. Duh. If you have to choose between me, the mother of the groom and the girl at the store, who would typically mix up the names? It sure wasn't me!
Then when I saw the total cost of the dress I was shocked at the high amount. I didn't say anything about this. I kept it to myself. The older lady at the store had a scowl on her face the whole time I was there and this was early in the day and in the week. How would she look later on in the week? Plus their sign on the inside of their front window had the parking info hidden from view so it wasn't much help to customers. Just not a pleasant experience overall.
