My experience with this lounge was terrible.The floor manager was very rude and disrespectful. We waiting 2 hours to ve served a drink not even water.Then we waiting very long for starters which was 1 soup and it was very cold, we asked for it to be reheated it took long to reheat and when it came back it was still cold. We orderd 2 red striped sorrel bears and 1 guiness and they were hot didnt even make sense to put paper towel on it. The mash potatoes were very rough and hard to swallow. The floor manager lied several times to us, overall ,this place sucks and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING
