Clean, comfortable rooms and a great lobby with computers for printing boarding passes as well as checking email. Great staff/check-in process! Bar/cafe on site. Very convenient for the airport, including a shuttle. The rooms were a bit small, though.

I went to the Marriott hotel last month at the Women's Health fair. My mom an I went last year. They had paint and sip class and much more. I really enjoy myself there. Will go next year.

I have plenty of time to write a review because I am still awake at 11pm due to machinery noise in the next room. When I called guest services, they told me, Oh yeah, I think they quit at 11. It s like a dentist drill that vibrates the whole room. And I am Titanium level. If they treat some of their best customers this way, guess what you can count on.

Hotel was nice and clean, recently updated. I had to specifically request a desk in my room in order to have a small area to work - feels unnecessary to have to ask for that in a business-friendly hotel. Lighting in the rooms was subpar but passable. Would stay again if passing through but might not be my first choice in the area.

The worst I've EVER been treated at a Marriott. When this spot started actively leaking, we reported it to the front desk. "Engineering" came to assess the situation, and the first response was we can change your room. WHY was this room rented out in the first place? When we told them this was not an option...first, we sanitized and disinfected this room to our standard. Second, we had been refusing room cleaning, because of COVID, and was keeping our contact to a minimum. We never heard back from the day shift. Upon our return to the hotel, we stopped at the front desk and asked for the manager, this PROVED TO BE A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. She kept asking "what do you want me to do?" We finally said you can comp a night's stay, and our room service, she replied we can give you 10,000 points, that's the best that can be done. UNACCEPTABLE! She sends the night engineer to the room, he states the same dumb thing again. And I told him," look at this", this is not new, this is not something that just happened. This has not been addressed" So why do I need to be the victim of corporate greed...the least you can do is up to keep your property. Even if other guests didn't complain, the cleaning staff and inspections should have caught this.

Have to agree with others, this place is a great choice for anyone flying into Newark and i will go as far as saying its a good place to stay in general for any purpose. The place goes above and beyond to not get the "airport hotel" rep. The shuttle is on time, rooms are great, updated and smell clean. Staff is the shining star, as they are all professional and friendly. They had it all, food was good too, i had a yogurt parfait at 4am and it was fresh!!! so happy to have found this place.

Nothing but the location is good! Room had bugs. No refrigerator. No microwave. No note pad. Tub was rusty. Clearly Covid is being used as an excuse for substandard products and service. Reception makes sure everyone wears a mask though. Reception told me NOTHING about the amenities. I guess that's because there are none.

Clean hotel. You can tell in some of the rough edges that this is an older hotel that has been update. The updates have really been done well in most cases. The room was a little smaller than usual for the price, but the sound insulation is great.

this hotel is slipping very quickly. A few years ago it was a great place to stay, now the rooms are dingy and the hallways are all beat up. there is no better choice if you want to be able to walk over to the terminals, but I don't have the same desire to stay there as I used to. the food at the restaurant is actually pretty good, but slightly overpriced because it's right there at the airport. This hotel is definitely worth staying at, but don't expect premium facilities. That said, the fiveoclock happy hour in the premium lounge is pretty nice. You can eat there and not have to worry about dinner.

This place is now in the class. The biggest one is in Istanbul. If it makes the greatest Turkey. Because the Turks are very strong. Americans would be good if they made Turks friendly. Because there is no harm to people from Turks.

The Delta employees were great, TSA made me miss my flight twice, how can you have a flight board less than two hours until TSA decides to open the door!! I had to stay the night because of this now I'm going to miss my second flight in a row and I was here ALL NIGHT! plus she had an attitude and called me a lier, lovely customer service

This airport is right next to the airport. Great location for short layovers at EWR. The restaurant food is very good. They also have a very nice gym with pool. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.

One of the best airport Marriotts in the US. Short shuttle ride to terminals and updated rooms. The whole place has had a major facelift and rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and sitting areas. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was on point. Try the bread pudding bites!

For events, the actual hotel is nice enough, especially if you have people coming from out of town that you expect to arrive via the airport. If you are attending a multi-day event at this hotel, it is rather inconvenient to get to a decent restaurant in the area for lunch or dinner. Parking is also expensive but that's to be expected for a place this convenient to the airport. For the hobbyist convention that I attend, this location is much worse than the previous venue which had free parking and access to decent restaurants.

Helpful staff, efficient use of space in a small room. Modern, comfy king bed, nice TV, nice shower. Make sure to ask for second cup/coffee/towels for second person in room if you're with your spouse/so.

It's very clean and comfortable. I wish they would allow casting onto the TVs like they do in some other places with smart TVs. I also opted for the high speed internet, the one with the highest bandwidth and let's just say switching to my mobile data was faster. Buffering from just trying to watch YouTube videos on my phone was a bit annoying.
