High ITea really a must for women who want to step into IT!
Declined by the group test. Very unkind HR unfortunately. Annoying remark that you should not just make assumptions. On the basis of an assumption you can form / test a hypothesis.
Well-meaning staff with unfortunately inhuman operations. The traineeship is suitable for people who want to work somewhere in IT (which is a very broad concept), regardless of location or position. People with more specific needs stay longer than the usual two months. You are gradually being pushed towards the choice of a position that does not suit you, or is stuck with a falling motivation.
They offer a lot of options for professional development and personal growth. On the one hand it's great how they try and find positions for their trainees based on personality rather than skillset. However, in my case this unfortunately led to a placement where I do not feel like I can optimise my talents. The different coaches and field managers are very approachable, though, and really want to help find solutions to issues.
Calco helps its employees to develop through a nice combination of hard and soft skills, but also leaves everyone free to develop themselves in a way that they prefer.
Top employer! Started February 2, 2018 in the Calco Masterclass and deployed at Ahold Delhaize on April 2, 2018! Within those two months I learned a lot about IT and developed my communication skills. The workplace in Maarssen is brimming with energy and I got to know many nice colleagues. Now I am an IT professional and deployed at Ahold Delhaize! I'm not the only Calco person there, by the way! Are you also looking for a kickstart for a career in IT, then this is the place!
Calco gives you a good start to your IT career, even if you do not have a diploma. Thanks to Calco, I was able to make a flying start in IT, even though I did not have any matching degrees.
A very nice traineeship for everyone, regardless of your diploma and background. After a year and a half I still do not regret my decision to start this traineeship. They helped me in a very beautiful and challenging position within Achmea. In short, a must for anyone who wants to improve themselves and the future!
Calco is a great stepping stone to enter the world of IT. However, it is advisable to have a good idea of why you want to enter IT before you start at Calco. In addition, you have to fit in (and be able to play along) in the way Calco deals with their trainees.
