In perfect accommodation as an anteroom to Machu Picchu
Super crowded and pricey. Just climb Machu pichu but dont stay here
Very well located, ending the long descent of Machu Picchu was the best option to take something and rest. Excellent service and quite clean.
nice hotel, clean room, very very friendly receptionist, two bottles of water as a present, comfortable bed.
It is one of the most beautiful in the area at the edge of the river.
Simple and comfortable, good beds. Noise of the intense urubamba river
Clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful views, located conveniently 5 mns walk from.the bus stop (to Machu Picchu citadel)
Although we only stayed one night, the service was wonderful !!! Excellent in every way, breakfast, cleanliness, service, and the wonderful bathroom amenities !!!
Nice hotel just on front of the machu picchu departure stop
I would have liked to give 5 stars, but the bus stop for Machu Picchu is right in front of the hotel and the first tourists talk loudly from 4 o'clock in front of the hotel, Ohropacks necessary! Otherwise, the hotel is great, very clean, well-kept rooms, super nice staff, always friendly, the breakfast is also great. Generally recommendable. Gladly again....
The room was lovely and had a nice view of the river. But once we shut the windows and door before going to sleep, the whole room started to smell like pee- quite strongly. I brought this up to the staff the next day, and they just kinda brushed me off, saying it must be the river outside. But we only noticed it once we weren't getting fresh air through the windows from the river, so that doesn't make sense? They didn't seem bothered at all by my telling them this.
Overall, it's not a bad place, but considering how many B&Bs are in Aguas Calientes, I'd go somewhere else.
Excellent rooms Good breakfast and very friendly to attend consultations and make recommendations.
Good hotel..located at the entrance of Machu Pichu town
If I recommend it. Put on the aroma of the blankets. Fabulous shampoos and soaps
From the balcony, you can relax while looking at the Urubamba River and the people who visit Machu Picchu.
Great location close to everything. Very close to Machupicchu station. Nice view from room. Room was ok for overnight stay. Breakfast was just ok.
Very nice von gardens around and very comfortable beds
It is a neat hotel, ideal for one night. It is located in front of a very good panoramic point and 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas and station. It does not have good WiFi service.
Breakfast is modest but with the necessary ingredients.
It is not a place for people with mobility problems as the rooms are by stairs.
The rooms are super comfortable and a spectacular view, the best in the world.
Rumbo, the owner's attention is also very good :)
Good accommodation at a reasonable price. The only drawback is that the stop of the bus up to MP was just ahead, and at 3.30 in the morning there began to be noise
Comfortable hotel with a great location.
The owner of the hotel is super friendly and helpful.
Nice and clean place. The view is magnificent. The only concern is that it is a little bit expensive. Approximately $100 per night.
The staff are really great, and they did a nice lunch bag for 25 soles. However, I would personally pay more to get a more comfortable stay in MP. Everything in MP is more expensive than the rest of Peru, so I should have paid 2x the price of a Cusco hotel to get a similar comfort level.
Considering the other places I've saw in Agua Calientes I thought this place was great. It was away from the center of town and the train station but an easy walk to everywhere. A little pricey for a small room with a small balcony. Service was good and breakfast started at 4am which was great for early addmission to Machu Picchu.
It is a very comfortable place. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they go for you to the train station. The firm starts at 4:30 for all those who go to Machu Picchu early. It is a place with a lot of street noise
Fairly good with good value for money excellent service, hot water, Wi-Fi and near the bus
Friendly staff. Very helpful in our pursuit to Machupicchu. Great location. Balcony that looks over the river!
Wonderful, great room.
Peaceful and well located.
bad location, service is okay, bed was tiny, and pillows smelled. floss in the shower that wasnt mine. location is edge of town, long walk
Wonderful view ... friendly service ... rustic apartment but very comfortable, no luxury .. what valley is the location ...
A stone's throw from the station, this simple hotel is run by a French man who wants to share the best addresses.
The hotel is run by Christophe a Frenchman who fell in love with Peru. The room is very cozy, it overlooks the river, a little behind the center (5 minutes walk). We walk to the station in 8 minutes. The bedding is excellent. The welcome made by Gisele (very good english) is warm, professional and smiling. Breakfast is served from 4:30 am just enough to take the bus to Machu Picchu. At this moment the road is badly damaged, in fact the bus stop is in front of the hotel! Convenient. The hotel offers small packed lunches for Machu Picchu at a great price. I really recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel in Aguas Calientes. The room was large and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well.
The only thing that was a little bit irritating is that the roaring of the nearby river is even with closed windows really load.
Excellent attention of the guys! Highly recommended place.
Loved this place. Incredible view on the balcony and very friendly/helpful staff.
Comfortable beds, hot shower, and fun town. Stayed here the night before climbing Machu Picchu.
All rooms face the main road that buses to Machu Picchu take. The sound insulation is bad. Buses start running at 5:30am. You won't be able to sleep unless you plan to take the first bus up. Don't stay here if you want a lie in and a later trip up to Machu Picchu. If you want to take the first bus, this could be perfect as Panorama is just a 1-2 minute walk up the road to the bus stop.
Excellent hotel to spend quiet days the view is incredible and its prices are very good ... attention from the owner the best
Early breakfast. Very good service. Clean rooms. Avg wifi.
We had an amazing stay here. Clean, great view of the roaring river from balcony, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and great friendly staff. Love it!
It fulfills very well what it promises and the expectations. Simple but well cozy and with great service.
Great location.
A great location and very friendly staff. Uninterrupted views of the raging river. We were recommended this place by another booked out hotel and it delivered! Well priced for between the high end hotels and budget hostels. I plan to stay again the future.
Comfortable rooms great view. located on the edge of the river in front of the great mountain.
The building is between two construction sites. Very noisy. Woke up at 6 AM on Saturday by a loud banging noise.
We stayed in the room with the terrace and view and its B...ht.
Take your money and get a hotel room nearby for about the same price
Very good experience, very attentive all employees, helpful in everything. Delicious breakfast with excellent quality products, very comfortable triple room, very large, incredible view and excellent bedding !!
You can get the best view and a very clean room here. The staff is very nice too. We had the room on the 4th floor with terrace. The view was amazing! And it was quiet at night. The bed is very comfy too. Everything is very modern and nice, seems to be pretty new. The breakfast is better than all the other breakfasts we had in Peru. We got two juice choices, eggs, olives, three choices of bread, fresh fruits, cake, tea, coffee... All in all a pretty good hotel. Personally, it's not 5 stars worth, because for me it needs a better breakfast and the drain smelled. But anyway, I would recommend it because of the fantastic view, the special charm and cleanliness.
The hotel is right in front of the Machu Picchu bus stop - great location if you plan on getting to the ruins as early as possible. The rooms are clean and the staff are amazing.
This place has a lot of charm, and is fairly typical of the higher end of what you would expect from a small town like Aguascalientes. There was no heat, no hot water, and a very large spider residing in the shower, but overall I felt like we got more than we paid for. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient to both the bus to Machu Picchu and the downtown area, and the room itself was large and quirky enough to make me feel like I was on an adventure, instead of freezing in a remote location of Peru. Definitely a place worth checking out!
Excellent the attention of all the staff exquisite breakfast very varied
