' Without a doubt' NEW YORK MOTORCYCLE ONE OF THE BEST BIKES SHOPS IN QUEENS My daughter first bike purchased when she was six years old in 2001 and no knowledge of what to look for to accommodate a six year old and her dream for being that of first honor student and deserving of it even thou the fear of a parent how dangerous it could be subsided when the employees professionalism in all areas from sales, protective gear to service explaining the dos and don't,the feeling of family brought on trust making shopping so pleasant that I'm still a loyal customer with purchases of my first bike 2013 and several others and future jet ski. Thank you to all team members of NEW YORK MOTORCYCLE FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE A MEMORABLE ONE ...

Had the best experience I've had at any dealership...

Had the best experience I've had at any dealership here. AJ Jones and Vinny the manager really did everything they could to help me out. I got screwed by RoostPowerSports in Connecticut when I traded my 2011 YZ450F that was a brand new leftover, right off the showroom floor in march for the 2013 YZ250F. After I made the trade, they told me they would be able to get a duplicate title through New York, which was false, and was unable to get an MSO for it. When I tried asking if I could just bring the bike back and get my 450 back, they told me it was sold. After taking a look at the 250f at home after the trade, I noticed a spot where the engine casing was JB welded (from a hole I'm assuming) and the bike creaked when braking and leaked fuel. New York Motorcycle crew was doing everything possible to get me that duplicate MSO and give me peace of mind. They went way out of their way to help me out. If the opportunity comes for me to buy a new bike, it will only be through this dealer. The manager Vinny is incredibly fair, and AJ Jones was more than willing to help me get to the "price is right" point on a new KX450F.

Couldn't ask for a better crew to do business with honestly. These guys helped me get my new YZ450F back from RoostPowerSports and get them to take their old POS bike back. I even offered to buy these guys lunch, and their reply was, "They were just happy to help out, even if I wasn't there to buy a new bike in the end."

I bought my Ninja 300 SE around end of July 2014. I walked in and was greeted by Jay. I asked him about the Ninja 300. He let me get on it to get a feel of the bike while he held on to it.

I had the bike delivered to my home in NJ. We were in constant communication and kept me up to date as much as possible.

Jay is highly recommended - a gentleman and a scholar!

New York Motorcycle was one of the dealerships on my checklist; it turns out it was the only dealership I checked out.

My name is Brandon U. As soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed very kindly. I have had many meetings with dealers for cars (whether for my self or relatives) and know my way around the system. However, I was a first time buyer for a motorcycle. For the duration of the conversations between myself and the staff, not once did I ever feel that I was being sold or fed a line of crap. Very informational, respectful and comfortable to talk to. They really are working for you and not for the next best commission. Great everything. Special thanks to Jay, Mike and the rest of the team! Loving the new R6 !

This is my third purchase of a new motorcycle and the best experience Ive ever had. Arnold was very helpful and made my purchase experience very smooth and quick. He answerd all my questions and was very knowledgeable on motorcycles. Best dealership ever. I made friends there, great people, great bikes. They were very helpful. I bought my first bike there, gixxer 600. I sold it to them again when I got my R1, because apparently they gave me the best price and they were willing to buy from me for a really good price too. If you are looking for pre-owned bikes, go here because they made sure the bike is in good condition.

One of the best experiences making a motorcycle purchase hands down. I dealt with Michael in sales. The motorcyle I wanted was at their other location in Oakdale LI. I chose to go to New York Motorcycle because their location was convenient, since I already live in Queens. I traded my 07 Kawa zzr600 for the 011 Triumph Speed Triple. Michael answered all my questions, and was very honest from the start. The Triumph was delivered the next day, and I finalized my purchase. Thanks Mike!!!

Man where do i start, This place will have you coming back just to chill in there on the weekends. My sales person named "Slim" really looked out for me and help me make a great purchase, He walked me through everything step by step and really made my experience an enjoyable one. He went from Sales man to a great friend. This is the place you would want to go to make and motorcycle purchace, and if theres anything you want installed on your bike, if they don't have it they can order it for you. The manager in there helped me out alot to by working out the best deal for me, and worked out everything with the bank. New York Motorcycle Should be America's #1 Motorcycle shop Because customer service is top quailty, you will always feel welcomed.

I purchased a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager and couldn't be any happier. Mike Curran (my sales rep) was outstanding to deal with. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the motorcycle and a pleasure to deal with. Felt very comfortable right from moment I walked into the showroom doors. I have already purchased accessories for my bike from the parts depts and they were great as well. I have told numerous friends to make sure they visit the dealer for future motorcycle purchases and/or any service/parts that they might require. Overall...it was a 11 out of 10 for me! I thank all that were involved with my purchase.

I've bought two motorcycles from this dealership, and I have to say that the service and expertise there are great. The staff there are all knowledgable and friendly, they give good financial and riding advice, and are patient without trying to push things onto to you. Dean is a great person to work with, he responds to questions and requests quickly and to the point, and will go the extra mile to get your bike to you ASAP. Would highly recommend to anyone in the NY area.

All these reviews are flat out fake. The only reviews that are real in this chain of fake pumped up reviews are the 1 and 2 star reviews.

I have no idea how they are still open the rudeness of the staff and the guy with the beard who apperantly can pick at random who he wants to sell a bike too. DO NOT GO HERE. Bunch of con artist

I had nothing but the best experience with New York Motorcycle. From the sales guys to the employees who sell protective gear. I purchased a Ninja 300, my sales associate was Jay. Jay was excellent throughout the entire process. He even calls you to see how you like the bike after purchase. The guys who deal with protective gear were very helpful in providing me with gear that fit. They assisted me and made sure everything fit as it should. The service you receive from New York Motorcycle is the best. I will be going to them for all of my motorcycle needs. You will not be disappointed by the service their team provides.

John at service knows how to take care of his customers. I had my bike ECU reflashed per Yamaha corporate's bulletin, John followed up with me on availability prior to the work and after I got home. I've had this bike for over a year. Bought it new and got a good deal from them too. I also had them install a new rear tire. They did good job balancing and everything. I'm definitely going back to them I'm ready to get an R1.

I dealt mainly with John, Jay, and Rocco, who were all very prompt and accurate, especially considering the constraints of operating during the 'pandemic'. They gave me an honest quote on both the repair bill and my motorcycle purchase. Feels like a neighborhood institution. Highly recommend!

Went down to purchase a used motorcycle. When the one I saw online didn't work for me, Jay, my salesman, and his manager were extremely helpful and accommodating. They both worked with me, and I left with a different bike for a fair price in great condition. Very knowledgeable and friendly people, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

These guys are the best. My whole experience here was fantastic. Used to go to this dealership a lot with my father back in the 90s. Always knew I'd end up getting a bike. Went in yesterday (4/18/14) and started talking to Slim about buying a bike. Ended up buying some gear for me to get started with the course and go into that. Slim definitely lives up to the reputation as far as the reviews on here go. He was patient and detailed about explaining the process of getting the bike. He let's you know exactly what you're getting into and has the knowledge to help you find the bike you're looking for. Everyone here was down to earth and very approachable. If you're looking for a bike to buy go to Slim. He's got you covered.

I am have bought bikes from many dealers. These guys are the best I have met. Jay was helpful and the manager, Jack, was assisting and accommodating. Pricing was fair and trade in value was appropriate. I never felt like they were trying to bleed me of money. It simply felt like they were trying to woo me as a customer. Do not hesitate to visit this dealer. You will; be pleased.

Worked with Jay here in July 2017 to pick buy an ultra-rare 2013 RSV4 Factory SBK. Saw a bike on their website and did everything we could prior to me showing up at the site to make the visit as short as a quick signing and riding away. It was for a pre-owned machine and they went as far as tracking down the original parts that the previous owner removed and shipped them to me free of cost. Top shelf buying experience, fantastic customer service, and friendly staff. Best motor-vehicle buying purchase of my life. I would go back there in a heartbeat and suggest them to any family or friends.

Recently purchased a brand new Yamaha R1 at an amazing price and couldn't be happier and more impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I dealt with the general manager Jack who made the process easy and painless and also delivered the new bike to my doorstep personally! From the administrative crew to the salesman and service department, I don't think anyone will find a better motorcycle buying experience. They will be getting my future business.

I had a good experience here. Just bought a Kawi z900RS - had to order it as it wasn't in stock anywhere. The guys (Arnold in Sales, Jack the Manager) were very nice and down to earth. Figured I'd go there, sit down and talk about the bike, since phone call's often can be interpreted as not a serious buyer. I was offered a better deal than I hoped for, right off the bat. They got me exactly the bike I wanted as quickly as possible, and worked with me to have it dropped off the night before the January Blizzard, as I was unavailable for days afterwards. Arnold even came to drop it off !!! What they said is exactly what it came out to - no issues. It was a simple and pleasant experience. Thanks guys !!

It was an amazing place and beyond amazing and friendly service. I felt so welcomed there. I bought my first bike, 2017 Kawasaki 300. They really held me down and especially Arnold, he was real cool and friendly and helped me out with all my concerns. Would definitely recommend and go back

I really wanted to reserve judgement but my experience has been less than positive. I really hope that I m an exception because this is far from what I was hoping for from a first motorcycle purchase. I was under the impression that my motorcycle was inspected for safety in accordance with DOT standards before I was allowed to leave the shop with the bike. Long story short there was an issue with a key component, the front brakes (as well as other missing parts). They were not installed correctly and this isn t safe at all. I made my concerns known to the sales person that worked with me
and all he could say was sorry and discharge blame to the person who assembled the motorcycle. He also tried to blame me for leaving and not knowing the breaks weren t assembled properly. No steps were taken to make me confident in my purchase and I am not a happy customer and would not reccomend anyone to buy from this place. Your not missing out if you come here make it your last resort.

So I had been kicking around the idea of picking up a brand new atv. I have purchased used in the past and it always worked out, but I just needed to experience a brand new bike. First place I looked was NY Motorcycle in Queens Village. I knew what I wanted before I even walked through the door, and luckily my man Jay was there to help me out. I told him what I was interested in which was a 2014 Kawasaki KFX 450R and he said no problem. After a quick conversation about how I would be paying, he secured my financing and I was ripping it up in less than a week. He was always honest and up front, which is all you can ask for from a salesman. He kept in touch with me before, during, and after my wait to keep me informed every step of the way. Like I said before I didn't know how this experience would work out, but I will confidently say I'll be back to pick up a new King Quad sooner than later.

Throughout my time with New York Motorcycle I have rented motorcycles and purchased my first motorcycle there, I have enjoyed my interacts with the staff and associates. Aj "Slim" walked me through the process and made every effort to answer all my question and give me resources to help develop my self as a rider. Through the Eagle Riders, Steve costumer services and workable and understanding relationship made renting easy. I took the time to meet the manager and even talking to him you can tell he is in it for the costumer. I highly recommend this store for future buyers, novice to experience. It was more than a pleasure to do business with them.

Just Got My Hot New 2011 Yamaha fz8. The Sales Team Was Really reputable. I was actually impressed. The Dude That sold me my bike was ramone. Cool Dude. And the other guy that handles the rental dept knows his stuff. Just learned to ride on a 250cc bike and assured me i wouldnt kill myself on the yahmaha that was 779 due to the way of its design. Really Really Smoother Then the 650 cc kawasaki ninja that I PAID To Test Drive there. But I Was able to put it towards a warrenty plan when i purchased the bike. May Goback soon to get some stuff done. Good people

I went to NYM looking for a bike but not really knowing what I wanted. As a first time buyer I was basically clueless. Luckily Craig was my salesman and took the time to explain everything t me in a very simple and straight forward manner. I bought a great bike (2012 Kawa Versys 650) at a reasonable price. Overall I was very impressed with everyone at New York Motorcycle and recommend you at least stop by for a look.

My name is Mike Sweeney. I've been buying cycles for about 35 years. Must of bought over 50 bikes in my life. My dealing with NY Motorcycles and its staff was by far the best buying experience I ever had. Jay, Mike, Jake and the crew know their products and will work out a good deal for you. I actually ended up buying 2 bikes last week. Might go for a third this week. To put it simply, I'm not a kid any more and don't have the time or stomach for B.S. The professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff at NYM is a breath of fresh air. They're the BEST and I thank them Lot. THANKS NY MOTORCYCLES.

N.Y. Motorcycle Review- Out of state buyer (CT) Pleasant and informative phone conversations that culminated into a great deal on a 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere. Got everything I was hoping for thanks to "Slim", the salesman who came in on his day off to finish the sale. I would buy from this dealership again without a doubt. All of dealership staff were great, taking time to acknowledge your presence both in the showroom and at the service bays. That's the way you gain and retain business. Service with a smile works! Kudos to N.Y. Motorcycle.... PJ

I was in the market to buy a motorcycle for my husband's birthday in May. We live in Queens and New York Motorcycle has been around for years! My husband and I wanted to shop around and we ended up coming back to New York Motorcycle. We had spoken with Mike previously about purchasing the 2013 FZ8 Yamaha motorcycle. When we went back on May 16, 2013, Mike was there and both him and Vincent were able to get me 100% financing with not out of pocket expenses to purchase the bike for my husband! Mike is great! His customer service is excellent and he is very knowledgeable, patient and knows how to treat his customers and make sure they get what they want.Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got what we wanted! We where able to get the bike and have it delivered the same evening! Both my husband and I are very happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service that Mike provided to us! If you are in the market for a motorcycle, Mike is the man to go to! He and the rest of the staff at New York Motorcycle are great! Very professional and friendly!

P.S. As per Mike's recommendation, if you need to get a bite to eat, across the street from New York's Motorcycle is a restaurant called Stella's Coffee Shop! I had their split pea soup and a Bella chicken wrap w/fries! Their food is excellent and fresh! I highly recommend them as well!

Just Bought my second bike from them in 3 years. Customer service is great here and you are treated like they value your business, which is not that common in NYC.

The service dept is very good, but kind of expensive. At least you can trust them to do a good job.

This is by far the best dealership I've been to. I'm a new rider but I've done a lot of research and been to a bunch of different dealerships. A lot of other places make false promises and never live up to their claims. Everything New York Motorcycle said they would do or could do, they did!! I originally came in to look at a Ninja ZX6R with the intention of possibly upgrading within a year but they gave me a deal I just couldn't say no to. Vincent, the manager, was very professional and made negotiations extremely easy. At other places there was a lot of back and forth. They don't try to pressure you into doing anything you don't want to, but they work very hard for your business. Vincent gave me the best deal on my trade in and the best price on a new Ninja ZX6R. I was skeptical because the price seemed almost too good to be true but thankfully it wasn't. The financing was exactly what I was told it would be as well, 0% for tier 1. A few months before at another dealership I was told 0% was available for the model I was interested in for tier 1, I went through all the paperwork and applied for the loan only to find out 5.95% was the best available interest rate for tier 1!! I wasted my time and theirs.

My salesman, John Schultzy was very accommodating. He was worried about me riding home a supersport with brand new tires for the first time in cold weather so he pushed it across the street to face the direction I was going so that I could get used to the bike and the tires could warm up a little before I had to make any sharp turns. It was very appreciated. The little things mean a lot and New York Motorcycle goes above and beyond. They were even able to transfer the adapter for my heated jacket from my old bike to the new one at no additional charge.

Needless to say, I was very happy with my experience here. They more than exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend New York Motorcycle to anyone looking to buy or look at a motorcycle.

Purchased a Yamaha R1M from Jack DeCarlo most painless pleasurable experience I ve ever had when purchasing a motorcycle. This is not the first time I ve dealt with this gentleman I ve been dealing with him since 2000 and this is the eighth motorcycle I ve purchased from him. And hopefully will purchase eight more from him. If your in the market for anything power sports related I sincerely recommend you see Jack DeCarlo before you see anyone else. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a 2017 Ninja 650 recently. Jack DeCarlo gave me a great deal and the entire transaction went as planned. When the color I wanted wasn t in stock, he traveled a considerable distance to get the bike I requested rather than try to talk me into something different. The staff delivered the motorcycle to my home as promised in perfect shape. A real pleasure to do business with these guys.

Taking a moment to post my experience. I just bought a 2021 Yamaha DX Deluxe Waverunner from New York Motorcycle. I waited way too long this year to look for a jet ski. By the time I got around to it, every dealer in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey told me they were all sold out of their current stock and every preorder. I got lucky with New York Motorcycle. I was able to get the model and color I wanted before the last one was sold out. Within two weeks, it had arrived. It was a three hour drive from Rhode Island. I will say, parking was a challenge. Rocco took good care of me. By far, the most enjoyable part of this experience was the friendly and helpful service provided by Hannah U. She fielded every phone call, returned every email, and kept me updated by text. Even on her day off! Someone, please give that woman a raise!

After walking around for a good 15 minutes with no one batting an eye, I approached a young salesman who looked to be playing with his pen. The salesman wasn't aware of the bike I asked him about... he came outside looked and then got some sort of paper work for it. Refused to start it up (I just wanted to hear how it sounds and just look it over). Tried to negotiate and all he did was take an offer, write it down and show it to his manager and return after a minute or so to tell me it was rejected. Finally the manager, Vincent came out and I dealt with him directly. After getting a $50 haircut on the price, I decided I would indeed pay way over NADA book value and eat the 25 or so percent interest on a loan to cover part of it, I was told I would need to pay $395 to have the bike looked over before they hand me the keys. I'm not an expert on this but don't you guys look over the bike and clean it up, etc. before throwing a used bike onto the show room floor? Now I would like to purchase it and I have to pay $395 fee? And I was told if I buy it, the bike (2009 Ninja 500R with 1,400 miles) will be ready for me to ride home in 10 minutes. So $395 for a ten minute look over by a mechanic to supposedly "check for engine knocks, look at the tires, make sure the fork isn't leaking, among other things." I tried to negotiate that out which they agreed to do, but then they would HAVE to charge me $395 more on the bike itself. I had to walk out on that. I ended up finding a 2002 Ninja 500R (Same exact bike as the 2009 model) with 2,800 miles and I got it for $2,100 from a private party and I paid $25 to a mechanic to look it over and everything checked out fine. I highly recommend going to New York Honda 36-02 38th St, Long Island City, NY; the sales and parts/service staff are much more customer oriented.

Worst experience! Called in advance to run an inventory check. A sales employee ( young lady) informed me that the item is in stock. 2 hours later, across state lines, absurd tolls and nyc traffic, I finally get to the location. While in the store several employees walk past me numerous times not once asking if my son and I need help.

I walk up to the sales desk and ask the young women's about the bike that I called about she says yes and looks in the computer. She asks me to wait and I do. While off to the side I hear a guy telling her the bike is not here which I already got the feeling since it wasn't on the floor.

She tells me to hold on and no one ever comes back to help. Do not deal with this place. Extremely rude "sopranos" vibe going on. These are the type of people who make Italians look bad!
