Worst experience! Called in advance to run an inventory check. A sales employee ( young lady) informed me that the item is in stock. 2 hours later, across state lines, absurd tolls and nyc traffic, I finally get to the location. While in the store several employees walk past me numerous times not once asking if my son and I need help.

I walk up to the sales desk and ask the young women's about the bike that I called about she says yes and looks in the computer. She asks me to wait and I do. While off to the side I hear a guy telling her the bike is not here which I already got the feeling since it wasn't on the floor.

She tells me to hold on and no one ever comes back to help. Do not deal with this place. Extremely rude "sopranos" vibe going on. These are the type of people who make Italians look bad!
