Worked with Jay here in July 2017 to pick buy an ultra-rare 2013 RSV4 Factory SBK. Saw a bike on their website and did everything we could prior to me showing up at the site to make the visit as short as a quick signing and riding away. It was for a pre-owned machine and they went as far as tracking down the original parts that the previous owner removed and shipped them to me free of cost. Top shelf buying experience, fantastic customer service, and friendly staff. Best motor-vehicle buying purchase of my life.
