Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler off of Jeff at bayside and couldn t have asked for better customer service. First day I met Jeff he was very friendly and welcoming. I didn t feel any pressure to buy right away. I came in a second time and had the same great experience Jeff was very informative and was quick to answer all my texts regarding the vehicle. I ve have the Jeep for a couple months now and I have been back a few times to do some mods to the Jeep and have had the same great service from Jeff and his team each time. If ever I have a question regarding the vehicle Jeff is always quick to respond. I m definitely coming back to see Jeff from bayside for my next vehicle.

I finally bought my jeep SRT. Jeff was kind enough to make sure I got what I wanted
White with tan leather suede, sunroof and better stereo system. The best part was he looked around for over 3 months to make sure I got the best deal in town and all the options I wanted. The best part of this whole experience was jeff showing me first hand how to do launch control. WOW what a rush from my 6.4l V8. Thanks jeff you made me believe in good people again and took the time to really help me. This was a huge purchase that worked out just great

Well here it goes... let me start off by saying I take some responsibility as the vehicle I bought was based off an online advertisement and the salesman s details/images.

Bought a 2016 Ram rebel from Jeff the sales man at Bayside, communication was good, everything was great until I took possession of the vehicle...then ghosted, no answers back to my constant msg ing regarding issues with this perfect condition vehicle.

Issues were:
- tire tread was said to be greater than 80%... tires are certainly not new and I d say 50-60% is a realistic assessment.
- driver side window sticks and chatters the whole way down, when I raised the issue the sale man sent me some basic checklist with all the boxes checked off as his answer. I ve since followed up 3 times regarding the window asking him to set me up with a local dealer to fix, not a single answer.
- front bumper has a scratch and showing rust... not major but I had asked multiple times to outline any and all blemishing expecting a few but was promised none.

This to me is the typical smell ya later treatment once they ve got your money. I m 35 and I ve had 11 vehicles and probably equal boats and toys.... I m relatively experienced in buying and selling and this to me needs to be publicized. If you plan to buy a vehicle from this dealer do yourself a favour and cross examine everything... hindsight being 20/20 I should of held off for a vehicle in my region of Ontario.

Based on "no thanks" review history obviously this is an internet troll (one who has been reported) and by posting All those derogatory, repulsive and inappropriate remarks towards these people and their businesses, without any real proof just proves to show that "no thanks" is messed up in the head and it's all just something that was imagined in that soap opera and conspiring brain of theirs.

I've had no issues with this dealership. Very flexible in getting warranty work completed. Service desk is knowledgeable.

Buying my Jeep from Bayside Chrysler was an absolute pleasure - it was actually fun which is almost never the case when car shopping. The entire staff was smiling and helpful. Jeff Oliver, my salesperson, was a great match for me with his no-pressure, calm approach and attention to every little detail. He ensured that my vehicle was equipped the way I wanted it, including all the little extras. I commend him for this and would definitely seek him out in the future. Great service, had a small noise in my RAM 1500 front drive axle bearing, they could only hear it with a stethoscope even though I knew it was already there, instead of saying it's fine, they listened and diagnosed it as a faulty bearing and replaced the bearing under warrantee in less than 1 hour. Great service!

Pretty ridiculous that the day sobeys steps up and bans plastic bags bayside is out here sending out plastic and metal keys that are going straight into the landfill. This is the pinnacle of waste.

I had a very positive experience with Peggy and the sales team. I am from Toronto, so corresponded by email and they were fast to respond. I made a trip to see the vehicle and it was as advertised, and no issues. A month a bit later and we are very happy with the car. Only issue we had was a piece of the jack was missing, something small and not in the safety. I mentioned it to the dealership and they said they would keep an eye out in the future. First time buying a car second hand, and I didn't think to check. Oh well, thankfully I caught it when I changed my own winter tires.

I take my Jeep Wangler there for service. The staff are great and the best when it comes to looking after my vehicle. The quality of workmanship is superior.
