I think New Grains make excellent products. Now that they are reducing their shipping charges, I will be ordering more of their products.

Good Ole' Fashion Customer Service that's what I received when I contacted the New Grains Home office in Provo, UT. My husband a recent convert to Gluten Free really likes their Sourdough. As of late I was coming home empty handed as the three local St. George, UT distributors did not have any Sourdough inventory. When I called New Grains directly I was greeted by Amy with friendliness and professionalism. She assured me the product was still available and went on to explain that at least one of the distributors was making some internal changes regarding their ordering. Too, she said the product would be on a truck in two days to all three distributors. However, to tide my husband over she was immediately shipping not only a complimentary loaf of the Sourdough to my home but also their Gluten Free English Muffins for him to try.

New Grains sells the best gluten free products on the market. It truly is not a competition. TRY THE ENGLISH MUFFINS! The customer service is also fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of New Grains.

New Grains bread was some of the best I'd had. But the last 2 orders were not, ESPECIALLY the last one. Had to throw 2 loaves out because 2 of the loaves were not fully baked. Center of loaves the dough was still raw. I wrote to you. Someone wrote back and asked me to take a photo and it to you. So I chose another brand.

I'm gluten intolerant and I find this bakery to be amazing! Highly recommended.

My wife is the celiac in the family, but I love sneaking pieces of her gluten free goodies that the Lawson family creates. Their prices may seem on the higher end to some, but when their baked goods hit your taste buds, you realize very quickly that their food is worth every penny.

I have more than enough food allergies: wheat/gluten, eggs, and the strongest, it seems, millet. My local co-op has the first two covered, but most of their bread has millet inl it. I am very pleased that New Grains has the Vegan Sandwich Bread. Also, they are very friendly, kind and easy to talk to if you have any concerns.

I am so happy to have found this bakery. The products I've tried so far are absolutely wonderful! (tortillas, pizza crust, sourdough, and oh, those English muffins!) My next order is already on it's way to me. For those who have had to go without their favorite foods due to allergies (and aren't talented enough or have the time to figure out their own homemade options), check the ingredient list and order what works for you. You won't be disappointed! And the customer service is awesome as well... THANK YOU FOR EXISTING, NEW GRAINS! :)

These guys are incredible. When their was a glitch in my order (real life happens), they went above and beyond with their customer service/compensation to make sure I was satisfied. It meant the world - this bread is like GOLD to me!! Best store bought gluten free available!!

Delicious gluten free baked goods. We especially love the English muffins. The sourdough bread makes the best French toast.

The gluten free dinner rolls are the only gluten free bread I can eat without toasting or grilling first. I use the English muffins for sandwiches and they are great.. Very happy with New Grains

Free and fast delivery to Maryland! I got the sourdough bread which is good toasted... not the best plain but still ok... as most GF bread is. Tortillas unfortunately arrived bent and cracked but can't be perfect when shipping I guess and I'll still eat them- just not as pretty. Pecan bar was great and thanks for the free cookie as well. I'll certainly purchase again.

Very good vegan bread, baked well. I particularly enjoy toasting this bread . It is tasty without anything on it, I also put on about a half TBSP of grapeseed oil when just out of the toaster, very hot. Delicious.

Also: I always loved cinnamon toast and I missed it for a good while. This bread is also most tasty using your choice of oils (perhaps grape seed, olive, or sunflower oil), substitute stevia for sugar if you wish, and then add your chosen amount of cinnamon. I ve experienced this as a delight to my taste buds and hope you will, too.

I typically add two pecan bars to my order! These are amazingly good. Honey, pecans and the incredibly flaky crust make these quite irresistible.

Oh, my gosh we are so excited. These breads, raisin and plain sandwich, are so delicious. They taste so much better than other gluten and egg free varieties. And let's not forget how nearly impossible it is to find any bread that is both gluten and egg free, without making it yourself, which is not something we want to do.

We also bought the pink frosted sugar cookies, also egg and gluten free. Yummy and so pretty!

My daughter is gluten and egg sensitive so now that we have found New Grains, I will be sending her regular care packages while she is at college.

I just wish delivery could be a little less expensive and and/or faster. But we are so grateful for this bakery. Now, if we can only figure out a way to get these stocked in our local Whole foods.

We Love everything we have tried and nothing comes close to the quality, taste, and texture of New Grains baked goods! People have been surprised when I tell them. ..it's gluten free! I am so thrilled to know that New Grains is offering free shipping...This means I can order New Grains every month and not just on special occasions! YAY!

For the past 5 years our family has LOVED all the products of New Grains! What a great place to either get things already made, that taste good, or the flours needed to go home and make some of those things that you miss that was part of life before you had to change to gluten free. One of the greatest moments was when I made cookies for my family that we had always had before we were diagnosed, just by replacing the flour and oats with the All-Purpose Flour Mix and Gluten Free Oats - they were wonderful! We have loved the customer service we have always received and the willingness given to help us get the products we need. Being able to go to the bakery in Provo is a treat! We love being able to share New Grains with others, we know that they will always find great ways to move forward with the challenges of a celiac diet.

Ordered 5 loaves of bread on the 19th of April. Still have not received it. That means the bread is 7 days old and counting. Hoping it will arrive tomorrow. I am worried about it s freshness since it is at least a week old

The bagels were amazing. They cooked up great in the toaster or even for a grilled cheese sandwich! The cookies were good. The sugar cookies are great, there is a tiny bit of grainy texture of them, but overall they curb the craving of a sugar cookie!

Finally a place that truly makes good gluten free pizza crust I can eat. Being allergic to eggs that is hard to find. Can't wait to try other products. Also my Husband who can eat everything, really likes the crust as well. Give them a try , you will be very happy

I am not a gluten free kind of person. However, I have has the chance to try their cookies. I could hardly tell they are gluten free.

I found out about this company via an instagram post from another happy customer. GF stuff can be a real gamble as far as taste, but I ordered cookies and bagels. The shipping cost was reasonable and the products affordable. The soft sugar cookies were SO GOOD!! I wasn't crazy about the double chocolate or chocolate chip, but my wife liked them. I'm still eating on the bagels because I only eat 1/2 of one at a time. I look forward to breakfast again; it's amazing! Will def. be a repeat customer.

I love the vegan, gluten free English muffins and am excited to try the gluten free pizza crusts. The order was fulfilled and delivered, quickly. I am thankful for such a yummy bread to eat.

Shipping is good ,, I have to double check my order every time to see if I order is complete, Several times the order has not been complete, sent an email concerning shortage and never received a reply,, FREE shipping is nice. Total cost is not a problem, I order enough for several months and also my Daughter. I put the bulk of the order in the freezer and thaw it when needed. Better then what is available in denver, co

I love bread. My body does not love gluten. But New Grains lets me have those things once in a while without tasting like "gluten-free alternatives" - we all know what that means. Sourdough bread is way overpriced, has awful texture. Very disappointed, got some loafs for Christmas from my Children.

Recently HAD to go Gluten free and I love sourdough bread. The shipment arrived early. When I opened the box and I smelled the fragrance of sourdough I knew it was going to be good and it was. My wife who has been gluten free for 7 years due to Celiacs absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend them and I will be a repeat customer I will also try their other products.

We love this company. I have one child with celiac and another with a true wheat/nut/egg allergy. Their pizza crust and English muffin s are miles above the other GF companies in taste and quality. It s always a good day when the New Grains box arrives. Thank you!!

This is such a great find! I initially discovered it while trying to find a gluten free sugar cookie for my wife. When I visited the store, I was given a personal tour by the owner. She was so nice and helpful. The products are great and are reasonably priced. It's nice to get something fresher than what you find at the grocery store. Oh, and the sugar cookie was delicious!

Delicious tasting vegan bread available. This sliced loaf is in a class of its own. Does not compare to the gluten free bricks sold in major health food stores. Shipment is delivered promptly. I just wish the bakery wasn t so far away from me.

Customer Service has gone downhill. When New Grains started their customer service was outstanding - the customer was important. Not now. Expect to be blamed for any issues that come up - don't expect them to make sure you as the customer are happy. When you pay $9 for a loaf of bread you should be able to expect the company to care that it gets to you in a timely fashion- especially when you are promoting and recommending them. Really sorry to see this change.

Just to be clear - NOT a place that serves food but has great gluten free food to take and make.

FINALLY great GF bread! I ve been GF for many years and have found products that don t make me miss gluten...except for bread, until now. They serve this at a local restaurant, and I stocked up. Freezes beautifully, and has that chew that most GF breads don t have. Highly recommend!

I love their tortillas and sweets but couldnt order from them anymore because shipping was so high... But now they offer free shipping! YAY!

I ve tried every kind of gluten-free muffin there is available, and these are the best, bar none. They are available through Amazon, but I order mine by the case directly from New Grains because our gluten-free family loves them. The only problem I ever had was the one time they - for some inexplicable reason used FedEx. It was during the summer and Fed Ex took forever getting them here and they arrived moldy. New Grains made it good, though, and no problem since.

Recently went gluten, dairy and mostly grain free and was so happy to find Pagels! They make great breakfast sandwiches. Wish they were a little cheaper but definitely worth the price because they are packed with flavor.

Used to love it... they changed their recipe for my favorite item the sourdough ciabatta roll... it used to be vegan and sooooo good, and now it s gross but some of their other stuff is pretty good. Their product freezes and toasts up well... delicious the day of but deteriorates quickly if not frozen... which is good... means no gross preservatives. I hope they change their sd rolls back though..

It has been such a long journey to find gluten free bread that actually tastes good....New Grains bakery has got this down. The bread is the most delicious gluten free bread I have found!!!!! Love, Love, Love!!!!!

Love all the bread, rolls, pizza. The sugar cookies were ok. The pie dough was great!

New Grains bread is great quality, moist and thick, and the loaves are large, weighing about the same as 2 udi's or Katz loaves, and longer than Franz loaves though franz is half the price.

The thing I don't like is how expensive all the products are. Now they're offering free shipping with a purchase of $45 and I was so happy until I realized that all the prices have gone up to make up for the shipping costs.

I had my cart full of products that came up to $46, and with shipping it was $62 total. I left it in my cart waiting for the free shipping to start on the 28th. Now that there is free shipping, every price has gone up and the total is still $62, the exact same price as it was with shipping fees. So there are no savings with the new free shipping.

Good quality is great but it means nothing if you can afford to pay $9 for a loaf of bread and $8 for 4 tortilla shells. And if you don't buy $45 worth of products you'll pay shipping as well, so the cost will be even higher per loaf.

My rating has lowered since this site doesn't have affordable products and many of the customers who need gluten free products have health conditions with high medical bills. Hopefully there will be sales in the future that will make it more affordable for everyone.

It s so difficult to find fresh - delicious gluten free breads and breakfast foods...I highly recommend New Grains gluten Free Bakery. Everything is delicious.

I ordered sour dough bread, unsliced, so I could make cubes for my sour dough Thanksgiving dressing recipe. It is hard to replicate bread with gluten, but New Grains exceeded my hopes. The dressing was delicious! Also, the bread sliced was perfect toasted with butter.

I m vegan and gluten free and have an extremely hard time finding bread that tastes good. New grains has a huge selection of vegan/gluten free items and they re all amazing. They taste and feel like normal bread. Shipping is always fast, even with Covid and the holidays

Amy greeted us at the door and gave quite possibly the best customer experience I've been given in any industry. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely generous. While I haven't even tried the products yet, I'm willing to come back just due to her ability to provide a positive experience.

Good place and better desserts--healthy even , being gluten free. At first the place doesn't look so great, but inside is warm and welcoming.

I don't think I can recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and nice. Best prices on gluten free stuff I've ever seen. We bought a few bags of stuff today, but everything we've tried so far has been a winner. If you have a celiac disease or gluten sensitivity you should definitely hit this place.

I love New Grains. Our favorites are the multigrain bread, English muffins and sourdough bread. I just had the opportunity to try a few mixes and they worked perfectly - great to have on hand or to give to gf family if you want to take over a treat. The brownie mix is a definite favorite, especially for my kids! Thanks for making so many options for delicious gluten free food.

Not only does this bakery provide gf AND vegan bread but it tastes amazing! We have branched out and tried the pizza crusts, the English muffins, the dinner rolls, etc.... ALL truly tasty. My teens even prefer it over traditional store bread.

My sister in law was just diagnosed with celiacs disease. We ve been searching for good bread for her since it is such a hard adjustment. I still eat gluten and we try everything we get for her. I could not tell the difference between their dinner rolls and flour dinner rolls. They were absolutely fantastic! I loved their cookies. I am so impressed with the quality. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I feel very safe giving my sister in law anything that they make. I usually think gluten free tastes funny but I thought this was excellent
