Customer Service has gone downhill. When New Grains started their customer service was outstanding - the customer was important. Not now. Expect to be blamed for any issues that come up - don't expect them to make sure you as the customer are happy. When you pay $9 for a loaf of bread you should be able to expect the company to care that it gets to you in a timely fashion- especially when you are promoting and recommending them. Really sorry to see this change.
