I have more than enough food allergies: wheat/gluten, eggs, and the strongest, it seems, millet. My local co-op has the first two covered, but most of their bread has millet inl it. I am very pleased that New Grains has the Vegan Sandwich Bread. Also, they are very friendly, kind and easy to talk to if you have any concerns.
