My sister in law was just diagnosed with celiacs disease. We ve been searching for good bread for her since it is such a hard adjustment. I still eat gluten and we try everything we get for her. I could not tell the difference between their dinner rolls and flour dinner rolls. They were absolutely fantastic! I loved their cookies. I am so impressed with the quality. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I feel very safe giving my sister in law anything that they make. I usually think gluten free tastes funny but I thought this was excellent
