I had submitted the following complaint to them without response.
"I am writing to you this letter to make a complaint in connection with an unprofessional investigation of your expert into a possibility of floor insulation in my house. Mr." expert "after his investigation of the crawl space on November 11 convinced me that it is possible, if the old insulation that was partially disconnected, I would have it removed, which I also did.On arrival of workers with a large role of insulation material, it turned out that the assignment cannot be carried out due to narrow crawl space. these are unnecessarily high costs that I have incurred to remove old insulation and now my child and I are in the cold of the winter without any floor insulation.The advice of the workers to still be able to do it was the pipes that stand in the way of a relocating a plumber, but that again costs me and that all becomes unaffordable for me as a single mother.

I believe that if your "expert" had done his job meticulously, I knew that at least now, in winter time, it would not be possible, I would leave the old insulation behind and start work in summer time.
