Sharon Ballard worked with us over two visits. She was very knowledgeable of the design your own furniture line we were looking at. She knew the salient, quality characteristics and all the myriad options.
What we liked most was her balance of designer knowledge, common sense and laid back, easy to approach personality.

It was very easy for us to get what we went in for. We had researched what we wanted prior to going in and found we were able to use a coupon and get special financing, which they don t normally do, but they were able to make it happen since the website was allowing it. We were very happy with how quickly they were able to help us out!
NFM always has friendly, well trained staff who take the extra time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend shopping for your furniture needs there. The only negative comment I can come up with is the location. If you don t time your visit right, you ll be dealing with the worst traffic in Omaha, all the way home.
We went to buy a TV, we ended up getting a 64 inch, and we have it all set up now and it s great, but without Tim s help in the forest of TVs we would have been so lost.

Today my boyfriend and I came into Mrs.B s and immediately were greeted by Hank. He helped us find the perfect couch and was so pleasant and personable with us. He did a great job explaining all our options and his opinion on things to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. After our couch purchase we looked around more and found an entertainment stand that we fell in love with and before we committed to it he informed us that it was a red tagged item which means buy as is and he helped us inspect it to make sure we were making a good decision, which helped so we knew what we were buying. He was great! We will definitely be back in and personally ask for Hank for any and all future purchases!

With help from the salesperson Rick I was able to find a beautiful leather couch and fabric chairs to coordinate with it, all on sale.
Ordered a table back in June all the pieces came in except one. When they delivered they sent the wrong parts. Asked for right parts and they said they must have just put the wrong stickers on the box. There way to fix it was $50 after we spent months checking on the order getting the wrong stuff. way to keep it classy!

I came in the store with paperwork from bed I bought 2 years ago. I needed shorter risers for bed. I gave total measurements I needed and they had the exact height I needed. Total time was half an hour. I was working with experts. Very satisfied customer here.
I had a great experience purchasing our new bed. Our sales rep was really nice and had a lot of knowledge on what to purchase. The only issue I had was during the transaction due to the tablet crashing while my card was being ran during payment. This caused a minor problem but the Mart got it figured out.

There was a great selection (albeit a little overwhelming), but Betsy was great to work with. She was patient as I went back and forth between couches before I made my final decision. Even when another customer had questions, she made sure to find her way back to me when I wandered off to another couch. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it will be 2 weeks for delivery.

I buy a lot of stuff here it seems. Some of the salesmen need to familiarize themselves with their product, at least a little, I had to walk away from 2 because I obviously knew way more about what they were trying to sell me than they did. Sometimes they actually know what they are selling, and sometimes they just want to walk around and act busy and pass you 5 times although you are clearly looking for someone so you can run up that damn credit card they gave you.
The sale person was great and we were satisfied with our purchases.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my mattress and couches. Hank was an expert and helped me through the process. The issue was the delivery. I called to move up the delivery sooner and they said they could not change it. Jason, over the phone, said we would stick to that date and I could call back to see if they could change it. I decided to stick to that delivery date. The day comes, and I get nothing. I called and a lady told me my delivery date was changed to a week later, even though all my items were there at the store. I had no text, call, or email from them saying they were changing it. I am frustrated because it is very difficult to be home from work. I still have none of my items and now the date is changed to a day I will not be home. Horrible delivery experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Employees talk a big game when referring to customer service, until you need them. We bought all the furniture for the entire living room ($10,000 worth). We purchased a TV stand ($785) with a electric fireplace insert which the fireplace was defective. We called the store and was told to bring it back and they would replace it. We live at the other end of the state 460 miles away, so we made the trip to exchange it only to be told once we got there that it was the manufactures responsibility and there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend doing business with this company, they will not stand behind the products they sell.
