I placed an online order with NFM and found the site to be super easy to use. I was able to schedule delivery of the fridge I ordered at checkout (free delivery) and pricing was better than all competitors. Looking forward to having my new fridge!

Finished our basement this summer, so we decided to get everything from the Mart; flooring, countertops and furniture. We loved our service in the store. But once we bought service was terrible. They now sub out all their flooring installation, so when the installers mess things up or want to charge you for other things the measurement didn t show you end up at their mercy. Our furniture was over 4 weeks later than they originally told us, which is kind of understandable except that they never contact you to let you know that it has been delayed and offer an updated timeframe for you to plan around. Absolutely doesn t care about the consumer after you purchase.

The best furniture store I have ever seen it spans 3 building's of show room plus a large ware house area where the actual stock is kept.its bigger than some malls.The furniture is usually put together pretty well I personally have never heard anyone complain about them.I have bought a few pieces of furniture off them over the years and they were all solidly built and held up to the wear and tear life handed them

Experience was good, we bought a bed at the main store then went to Mrs B s and found a bed way cheaper, the sales rep kind of shamed Mrs B s during his sale conversation with us but we ended up saving about 400 dollars there and he made it seem like Mrs B s was all damaged products. Was happier at Mrs B s and the customer service there was great.

Nick has been fabulous in helping us get the right bed. There are many places to get a bed in this town but I really like the way we have gotten Superior help with Nick.
When we were at customer service today that representative was the best! He was fun, made the transaction easy, and we just felt really good when we left that store today.

I normally love NFM. However today they were having a bad day apparently. We walked around for more than 30 minutes (in the same section) before we finally tracked down someone to help us. Not a single associate acknowledged us, not a single associate said "hello" or "do you need help", nothing. They were not busy with other customers, they were just standing around. Once we finally got someone to help us it then told over an hour to ring up our order (we walked in knowing almost exactly what we wanted). Very bad experience today. Hopefully next time will be better.

This is a great store, there isn't anything that equals it. My wife and I have had an account here for 40 years and have purchased 10's of thousands of dollars of furniture, bedding, carpeting , electronics and who knows what else. I like to take my out of town quests to the zoo and NFM.
So why 3 stars you might ask. Well it's like this, as long as nothing goes wrong they're great, but when something does go wrong they can't fix it without really testing your patience. In short, they broke my patience.

We just bought a gaming pc, 2 monitors and a sofa today. Signing up for a NFC card was easy we got approved within seconds after submitting our application online. When we arrived I was pleased that we were not hounded by the sales people. Jacob Thompson a computer sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. And when we got to the furniture side Joshua Rowan in Living room sales helped us to locate our exact sofa. After we left and came back Dan H was nice enough to ring us up even though he was on his way to lunch.

They went above and beyond my expectations! There was an issue with my order and shipping but in little to no time they had it fixed and made it right! I would recommend anyone to go here, they have the best staff. I've never had a bad experience here.

The sales clerk who helped us was very patient with us, then once we decided on our appliances he was very quick to have us on our way. Tons of options to choose from and over all very friendly atmosphere. We would go there again and will definitely refer NFM to as many people as we can

I always love walking around at Nebraska Fueniture Mart. Not only is it a great place for families to walk through, but the store also has amazing prices. I will continue to buy many items from them in the future.

I have filled my house with everything from the Mart. Most recently a washer and dryer purchased from Curt. Very helpful and no pressure. Everything he recommended he justified with logic. I would certainly buy with his help when another appliance is in need of replacement.

We went to The Mart to buy a refrigerator, dishwasher and a mattress and walked away with just that and many dreams of things for future. Angela in mattress sales was very helpful (but we knew what we wanted) and Jill Sell helped us tremendously in appliances. We'd still be there deciding if not for her. Mart has everything.
Recommend Letty in bedroom. She was very helpful.

I usually get good customer service but today was the worst. I understand it's a holiday & people are busy but when someone tells you as soon as someone is available you'll be next but get passed up by 2 other people. I had to leave the store because my 1 year old daughter was crying so I had to leave my wife to wait & handle the purchase which my wife was way more irritated because she was the one that got passed.

I purchased a washer on satuSatu. The new one arrived on Sunday. It was defective, call to get an exchange ..no problem. Hower, when the replacement came, so did a supervisor. Who was quite rude to my basement friend, but, honestly, didn't read the ticket , which had specific delivery instructions. Which, is a service provided. That person called me at work and said hey...no one is home .while he is knocking on the wrong door and my camera recording him.

I had Beth help me in furnature. This was my first time going and buying a new living room set. Single mom here so I brought along my 2 year old and 4 year old boys. Beth was super helpful and actually listened to what I had to say and made suggestions after really listening to me. She was super patient with us, considering we were there for 6 hours, along with my indecisiveness. I'm hopeful the stuff I bought lasts a long time but if I do need anything I know where to go again and who to have help me. Everyone there was really nice and interacted with the boys. Made our day of duties bearable.

The Account should be in both names Gary & Kaye went in and a very nice lady got it taken care of after waiting 45 minutes as she had to wait for someone else in different department to get it taken care of.
Gary put the order in his number as should also show. You sent the text to Kaye s Phone which doesn t even show on the order.

The website wouldn t allow us to check out as it said we can t delivery in California even though delivery was going to be in Omaha just the billing address is in California.
Had to call CC company to change address then call to get address put back to Ca
He had to set up another account which order doesn t show up there either.
It shouldnt be that hard to spend money with you guys

2 stars for your delivery service. I called 2 days...

2 stars for your delivery service. I called 2 days ahead to be sure to give a 2nd number to call in case I did not answer the day of delivery. The person whom i talked to was very nice and he added the number and said "would you like them to give you 30 min warning?" I said great. Day of delivery came I had the window of 1-3. The delivery person called my number at 12:25 and left a message " we are on our way should be at your house shortly" (not, we will be there in 30min) they did not call the 2nd number I had given and I didn"t hear my message until about 12:40. Had they called the 2nd number my husband would have answered and been able to be on his way to meet them at the house. When I called NFM and talked to their delivery department she said "they may be able to wait until 1:05 but that is it". I understand you need to keep a schedule and need people to be there. I was frustrated with the fact I called 2 days ahead to avoid this and the delivery people didn't either follow those directions or never got the directions? I have them on video ringing my doorbell at 12:45 (delivery was scheduled 1-3) and they were only going to give me until 1:05 to get there???? Not great customer service. You got my money does that mean your customer service stops there?

Stopped in quickly to buy a couple controllers for my Playstation. Was quickly approached by a friendly associate who led me straight to the aisle I needed. In and out smoothly. Definitely beats going to Target or Walmart.

I wanted to buy a lawnmower I had not used my Nebraska furniture Mart card in five years I tried to take Advantage of the financing of two years No interest over for 499 but the mower was only $310 I bought a Dyson last year s model floor model and the sales person told me I could combine the mower and the vacuum purchase and that would get me over the required dollar amount and then because I had not used my credit for sometime I had to go up to the credit counter no problem then I got through all the security and after 15 minutes I was told I could not buy a floor model and a brand new mower and take a vantage of the financing so I left and I took my business elsewhere not a good policy in my opinion I hadn t bought anything for five years and Nebraska furniture Mart missed out on $650 worth of purchases today if you don t care about that then no worries. If you do you should probably Change your policy. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you my disappointment in the how NFM handled my possible purchase today
