We stopped in today to shop for a new couch and love seat. We were met by Cherri and could not be happier with her customer service. She graciously should us a wide variety of options taking into consideration our main concerns were comfort for my bad back and durability, since we have 3 dogs and 5 year old who are all hard on the furniture.

We went to the Mart looking for a replacement washer that only lasted 8 years. They do not make it them like they used to. We went searching machines and ended up with an LG top loader, no agitator and it was available to be delivered on Saturday! We took it and was pleased with the quick delivery for Saturday and easily within the two hour window given. Great guys for the delivery and hauled the old one out and brought the new one in. Works great and so quite!

I worked with Melisa Lira in the computer sales department and she was exceptionally helpful in purchasing my new laptop and the necessary components. She made the process easy and efficient with my time which I really appreciated. She explained the process of setting up the Virus Protection included in the protection plan I purchased and it was just as simple as she indicated. I highly recommend her. This is the second time I have purchased a business computer at the Mart and will do so again.

Went in to NFM knowing what bed we wanted and proceeded to waited a long time for someone to help us. We had multiple sales people walk by without a word. In the end I called their sales team, while in the store, and talked to Maria S (X27957).She was great and quickly was able to get everything taken care of. In person service was not good.

I moved to Nebraska 2 years ago and for any of my furnishing needs I always go here and I m never disappointed. Someone always asks if you need help with anything and when you need someone there s always someone walking around who s more than happy to. This store makes buying furniture easy.

My stop at Nebraska Furniture Mart was to get information and eventual purchase of a new phone. On my way in I stopped to look at speakers. Although I saw no less than 5 associates and only one was busy, no one helped me for quite a while. When a young associate approached me by the Bose speakers, he said "you don't need any help, do you?" After a somewhat of an unenlightening conversation and him trying to convince me to go to a different display we went on to the cell phone area where we saw more of the same. One associate was texting (totally heads down and didn't notice customers), three other associates we conversing with each other without regard to customers. After 10 minutes of waiting and watching associates converse amongst themselves and texting, they saw us watching them and broke up their "group." It was several minutes after that when another associate came to us and said "you don't need any help, do you?" Ouch!! That was twice that an associate used the same approach to greeting us. This leads me to believe associates are trained by Nebraska Furniture Mart to use this approach when greeting customer. The associate that finally helped us was very informative and helpful, it was just getting to an associate that was discouraging. Love the "Mart" but the associates need follow up training on connecting with customers. I understand associates use their phones for call-ins, but maybe there should be a place associates can go when using phones for business or pleasure. As a customer it feels like I'm being ignored.

The sales process was nice and easy. Our sales person seemed to know what he was talking about. Was very nice and was able to assist us with purchasing a mattress. That was the smooth part. The very unsmooth part that is causing me to leave such a low star count was the delivery. Our delivery was suppose to be between 8am and 10am. At 10:53 they still had yet to show so I called customer service to see what on earth was going on. We were informed that they where running late and would be here in about an hour. Well sadly they didn t show till 12:50pm. We had 3 parts to our order a mattress, box spring, and a mattress cover. Well they tried to only give us the box spring and leave. We ended up getting the mattress before they drove off but they informed us they didn t pack the mattress cover. Well I had to call customer service again. At this point I was already disappointed in the delivery part of our purchase. The customer service department informed me all they could do if we wanted it delivered was to UPS ship it to us. I feel like since NMF messed they should have been able to deliver it at the end of the day. Haha sadly not the case why would you go out of the way for your customer? Unfortunately for NMF this was our first and last purchase from them all due to their delivery fail.

Billy and Alan were very helpful with questions when buying a new mattress and bedroom set. Delivery and set up are free. Unfortunately they did not have the bed we found online and will have to ship that separately in 3-4 months after the mattress and dressers. I just wish they would be able to set up/install the bed in this situation as well!

Great place to shop, I get lost in here for hours! Plus love the deals and they'll barter with you for a price you'll love!! I think almost my hole house has been furnished though here because of the great quality of products makes it well worth it all!! Love shopping here an anyone with the right mind would love it too!

Terry Zenon II in Home Theatre Sales at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Omaha Nebraska provided me with perfect customer service. He spent hours with me educating me on how to setup a nice home theater system. He then helped me purchase the Klipsch reference surround sound set. I have since been back to ask more questions and he has continued to assist me every step of the way. I can tell that Terry is passionate about home theatre systems because it didn t feel like he was working. It felt like he was a friend that was talking to me about speakers. I thank him for that. My experience was fantastic and I would recommend anyone to see Terry to be educated on home theatre systems.

We have bought multiple items from them, 2018 we spent approx $3,000 on Magnolia furniture set. It started looking terrible within the first year, called NFM and they sent an employee out to look he agreed it was unacceptable, optimistic we got a call and they said normal wear and tear and they would do nothing. We have now owned this expensive new furniture for 18 months and my 120lb wife just broke one of the legs sitting down on the love seat. The wood is completely broken and cannot be screwed back in. Called NFM, they still refused to do nothing, no refund, no repair, wouldn t even dispose of their terrible merchandise. Never go back to NFM!

I love this store!! We always find helpful employees who seem knowledgeable in the area we are looking. They also seem to have enough electric carts so I can go all over the store! That s a plus!!

If you've never been to NFM, be prepared to be in ...

If you've never been to NFM, be prepared to be in shock. You want a sofa? They have a couple hundred to choose from. You want a TV? Same. If they don't have something you want, you probably can't find it. It's like going to IKEA... You can rent a U-Haul and furnish your house all in one store. Prices are reasonable and sometimes they will haggle.

He devoted so many hours of his time to answer all of the questions we had, we had our three boys with us and he didn t mind if he had to repeat the information again becasue I was not able to focus on what he said because I had to deal with one of my boys. Thank you so much Dean you made our visit a very pleasant visit!!! He s was very knowledgeable about all the appliance questions we had.

This is my go to place for EVERYTHING! The staff there are so professional and friendly. Last time I was in I was greeted by two separate Managers one of which was named David and they were both so helpful. Will return again! Would rate 10 stars if I could just for the customer service!

Great service in all departments, sales, checkout etc. The warehouse guys are amazing. When you pull up it looks like you'll be there an hour but I have never waited more than two minutes. So efficient!

Selection of goods in store is generally good, and the staff have never failed to take the time to look up what options are available but not displayed.

The one we wanted was not in stock but Sophia was able to reserve one in the next shipment so we will have it early next week. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
