Courteous, efficient, and FAST! The delivery was early, though they called to tell me they were on the way. Way more than I expected regarding where it would be dropped off. I was expecting to have to drag it down a flight of stairs, but they brought it right down and put it on my deck. Yay!

NFM always has friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sometimes the staff is a little too helpful when taking a long time looking at products but never pestering. Large selection and great sales.

Went today in the middle of crazy Christmas shopping. Knew what I wanted and was able to get in and out quickly with helpful staff that did not pressure me to upgrade my choice. Awesome experience!

I went there tonight to pick up two large, additional, adorable santa mugs. They weren't where I had originally found them so I looked at the Xmas deco but none there. The lady that helped me really went out of her way to try & locate them. She made calls and really talked to the people to try and locate more, and she was told they should be with the Xmas deco. I got her # and name and she said to call her personally with the receipt of the two I had, and she would really see what she could find out. On the way out the door, I decided to look once more at the deco, and on the other side of the display, I saw them! Mattie was so pleased for me and it made me happy that she cared and I knew she really would have tried hard if I had needed to call her with the receipt item #. She made me feel that this huge store was caring and interested.

If you are ordering items online only, don t trust the estimated arrival time and prepare to wait 2-3 months for the items to arrive. I placed my order back in May 25th to account for any delays and at the time, the website stated that the soonest they would be available is early July which was fine by me. I set my delivery date to be at the beginning of August because I was moving to a new place and was ordering new furniture for it. I called a week before the scheduled delivery date to check on my order status and was shocked to hear that my order has been delayed to September 2nd!!! Customer service wasn t very helpful. They said part of my order was ready but they are unable to guarantee delivery time for the delayed items which may or may not be ready by September 2nd. I also had to cancel on the movers that were supposed to carry my furniture up to my apartment. I ordered quite a lot of furniture that I can t move on my own and had originally ordered only delivery to door from NFM since they weren t offering in home delivery back in May due to COVID. Now I m left without furniture for another month and have to figure out a way to get the stuff up to my apartment once it actually shows up. Extremely unsatisfied.

Excellent service Andrew was very helpful in choosing a new gaming computer. He explained everything about it in terms I could understand extremely knowledgeable and very nice. It was nice to talk to someone so helpful.

We bought 4 dining room chairs a few year ago, and recently bought 4 more to match. One of the chairs was broken, so we called for a replacement. After waiting a few weeks, they determined they couldn't get a replacement for the chair and allowed us to return all 8 chairs for a credit on our account. I honestly didn't expect them to take them all back, but I'm grateful they did. Great customer service.

Felt kinda jipped by that, since the coupon wasnt very clear that it didnt pertain to everything in the store. Other than that great experience.

Today we purchased a cow hide rug and Cassy was WONDERFUL! She was helpful and friendly and had excellent customer service skills. When we went to check out, we were sent from the cashier to Customer Service because I needed to use a credit for an returned item. We walked all the way to CS and there were 3 of them. 2 were talking to one another (totally ignores us) and the other was just finishing up with a salesman who gave her an order. There was some confusion about where the customers were and it was determined it should have been a phone order so she began typing. We put our item on the counter and waited. She did not acknowledge us for a full 5 minutes and then she said, I ll be with you in a minute. I m working on something. We continued to wait. When the gal next to the one we were at was free I asked if she could help us. She said yes so we moved over. She said we could not use the credit because it was on my sister s account and couldn t be transferred over without talking to my sister. (Credit was from a returned gift). I can understand if that is the case, however, the woman helping us was so rude. She didn t apologize for the inconvenience or express any emotion at all. We were flabbergasted. NFM can do better.

Worked with Jimmy Rech to find a refrigerator stat as ours had a bad power board. Decide it was too old to spend $500 to fix. Pretty cut and dry finding a new Whirlpool in black stainless.
Jimmy set it up to come in from KC and have installed two days from day of purchase.

NFM is our go to stop for home furnishings. However, in the four years we've been away, it seems their prices have increased beyond those of online competitors. That may keep us away from ultimately purchasing from NFM in the future.
