Decided to buy a 2-in-1 computer and went to Nebraska Furniture Mart. Was immediately helped, the sales person Rick G. was extremely knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the different brands and models available. Great service as always!

normally we don t have any issues at NFM and up until now we have been very pleased with the service. we went in to put a new tv on their layaway program and NOBODY there had a clue what to do. we spent the last almost 90 mins in there while the employees called multiple different people trying to figure it out. the ONLY GOOD thing about our experience was our sales person...he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions we had. as for everyone else...i think it s time for the managers to get them proper training on the services they offer.

I was helped by a fantastic associate, Tamara Taylor, who I am happy to say helped me purchase the perfect item for our room and lifestyle!

Jill came over and introduced herself right away in a friendly and sincere manner. She helped me purchase the items I already knew I wanted. She was very enjoyable and knowledgeable about the products. Should I ever need items in her department again I would definitely ask for her help!

We went to buy new tv/ sound systems for two areas of our house. In 30 minutes, our salesman had helped us pick out both systems and we were on our way home!
Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about all of the products in his area.

I went into the store to place my order because online was telling me I couldn't pick up my items for 5days but it was also telling me in the product details that it was available in store and on display. I was able to go into the store get my items and have them in my home the same day. Online not so good, the store was great!

Tonight, we had a great shopping experience! We were able find a recliner and a love seat to purchase in less than an hour. The service was great.Our salesperson, Cory helped us to find the color and brand we were looking for. We knew what we wanted and were not pressured to buy more than we wanted to spend. Our purchase will be delivered next Monday. We will be back to buy again!

Great selection. Just be careful when making returns. I will not allow them to mail my refund again. The amount was half of what was paid. When I called, they had bogus tile install charges and carpet extras. Hold on the flooring bill was paid in full separate before install. Now where are these coming from? Tile job 30,000.00. We were left with uneven heating on our floor with 1/2 of the entryway cold. Weirdest title install job. They have a lot to learn. 1 guy doesn't know much from the next.

Very disappointed went in to buy bunk beds the ones we like you could not pay to set up ladders were separate and not in stock have to wait a month to get the ladder which they wanted to charge me again for delivery and after spending 1200 dollars you are going to charge me 110 dollars for delivery if they had a bed the mattress was out of stock been a faithful customer but this will probably be my last dealings with NFM because it's all about the shareholders not hard working everyday people NFM needs some competition and then it might change their attitude about the common man

NFM is advertising half of rugs. I carefully selected two rugs only to find out that one of them does not qualify as it is a factory direct. I did not see this exclusion in the advertisement and when you click on the sale for rugs my chosen rug appears.

Nikki in bed sales was awesome. Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Go see her if you re in the market. We switched to a traditional after trying a popular bed in a box brand. Worth it. NFM was my first and only stop to get back on track. Thanks, Nikki!

Edit: Once again, NFM has knocked it out of the park. Walked it and was greeted by a knowledgeable salesman that helped me find the right dishwasher. Made it fast and easy. Will not shop with any competitors again.

Camera sales were apathetic and inexperienced. Two young men seemed annoyed to help me choose a portrait lens. Then when I came back from getting a cart (standing there struggling with my arms full and they couldn t have cared less).. the one who was handling my purchase sent it through as a purchase rather than giving me a ticket for cashier. The problem there is if my cashier hadn t have noticed and helped, I would have made two purchases on my mart card and not gotten the 24 mos interest free financing. She seemed scared to ask her manager for help trying to fix it for me. Manager was abrasive and I could tell why the cashier was nervous. I keep going back but have been consistently disappointed with NFM experience the last 6 months.

Overall I had a great experience sales team was knowledgeable and my salesman Jacob seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions get answered before I made the purchase during the purchase and after the purchase. He answered all my questions most of them before I even ask them. I did not feel pressured to make a decision at anytime. Overall a very pleasant experience in purchasing new appliances for my kitchen and home. Job well done!

Huge selection in every department. The salespeople acknowledge you and ask if you want assistance, but they generally don't push. That allowed us plenty of time to narrow down our options. Once we requested help to finalize our choices, the salesperson who assisted us was very patient and helpful. The prices appeared to be reasonable for a mid-range furniture store, with variability in prices for each kind of item we looked at.

I m extremely impressed by the fantastic customer service and the rest of furniture Mart. I ve always been taken care of and treated fairly when visiting him ask management. I ve purchased a laptop, several cameras and several camera accessories as well as audio equipment. Nebraska furniture Mart matches prices without batting an eye. A huge thank you to Erik for his help in deciding to upgrade my camera. Best choice I could ve made!
