Wish more of your sales associates where like Jeffrey K. He was not aggressive and just walked up to me and started conversation. I found that my experience improved with his assistance.

The purchase of my new dishwasher took only about 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I was back in the truck headed for the loading dock, and the guys at the dock are amazing. I wish I had to drive more than three blocks, because those guys had tht thing so secure I don't think it would have moved if idI gone straight to an off-road course.

I got a couch about a month ago picked it up my self, had to wait 30 minutes just to get it, witch i understand they where a little busy. When i get it home i notice that when you sit down it makes a loud crunchy noise, had services come out and take a look at it, really nice guy told me strait up what was wrong with it. So we decided it would be best to get a new one. Had to wait two weeks for it! When it finally arrived it had the same problem! Along side the same problem as before the feet weren't put on right so i had to do that my self. So i call the store back up again and they think it would be best for me to get yet again another even exchange. So i agree because we really like the look of the couch, but the lady on the phone said i would have to wait another two weeks for a new one!!!! So much waiting for one simple couch.

I would not recommend getting on a waiting list of any kind. Waited one month for a couch we payed in full for to get back in stock. NE Furniture mart calls us 2 days before delivery saying it's on back-order now until September. That will make this a 2-3 month wait now. Ridiculous. No compensation offered for this terrible inconvenience. Can't say I would go with them again, knowing how long I might end up waiting. Now I'm stuck with an empty room for months and my pets will get used to the extra space. Feels like we tried hard to avoid this situation but NE furniture mart let us down and messed up our plans with their lack of communication.

Sales person was knowledgeable and courteous and fulfilled our every need. He understood what we wanted to do once we laid out our plan and I feel that He was the perfect salesman and we are extremely pleased with the appliances that we purchased.

My wife and I went looking for a new mattress and we ran across a nice gentlemen that took time to listen and help us. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful, took extra time with us and we decided while there we would also purchase a new bedframe and comforter and Phil didn't show us an extremely high priced product he was more interested in helping us find what we needed and could afford ......... DONT COME HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT FURNITURE

This has been a frustrating experience. We just moved here and had no furniture, so life was already stressful. We ordered a couch which was supposed to be driveway delivered in a little less than 2 weeks. Day before delivery, we get a phone call. They didn't receive the couch, and pushed the new delivery date to the middle of July. I have my entire family coming to visit the first week of July. I need a couch, stat.

We went to the store to see if we could trade out for a different couch. They are having difficulty receiving couches (specifically couches with chaise lounges) and everything we found, they didnt have in stock. (Shoutout to the employee that helped us, she was very honest and it was appreciated). We ended up getting a refund, which took several days to process. Which means we had to wait several days before we could shop for a couch elsewhere, since we didn't have the funds.

We decided to get a couch from another store.

We tried to keep high hopes for NFM. We ended up going back and ordering a dining room table from them. It was gorgeous, and we were excited. Driveway delivery wouldn't be for 3 weeks, but as long as it came before my family visits, it's okay.

Fast forward to today, Thursday 06/25/2020. Our dining room table is supposed to be delivered on Saturday, 06/27/2020. We get a phone call.

Shocker, they don't have our dining room table. It hasn't been received, they don't know when they'll get it. The employee that called guessed around the 2nd week of July. After my family leaves, great.

So now we have to go all the way back to NFM, get a refund, wait several days for the refund... And because it's so close to my family coming, we will have to rent a uhaul and go to another furniture store and try to do pickup.

I know this is no employees fault. Everyone I've talked to has been beyond kind and considerate. They understand our frustrations, and wish they could help.

My grief and complaints lie solely with corporate. I understand manufacturing is having issues with production and delivery to the company. The company needs to address this. They need to let employees know what is going on, so the customers can be informed. Having to wait multiple weeks after paying, just to find out that it's been pushed backed even further is absurd. And the fact that the company doesn't offer anything for the delay, like refunding the delivery fee, or a discount on the next purchase. Nothing to make it up to customers, try to retain them as customers and make sure they come back.

We are done with Nebraska Furniture Mart. I understand COVID-19 has messed things up in production, but NFM is handling it very poorly.

TLDR; Don't come here if you actually want furniture

Awesome place to get practically anything for your home. Salesman are very helpful and no pressure sales.
Prices change frequently because they price shop probably daily. I would suggest having quotes in hand because it can be higher or lower the next day.
I will go back. Exciting place!!

Salesman lied about one product to try to sell a more expensive one. This is unacceptable if you don t know the answer to a question go find somebody that can answer it. Don t make up answers

I needed a new couch, and I m glad I ran into Brad in the furniture department. He helped me find the perfect couch based on just a few criteria and saved me hours of looking around. I also ended up getting two lamps a coffee table and two end tables that I thought I would have to come back another time to get just because I didn t want to spend the entire afternoon there. Brad was great and very very helpful.

I definitely did some searching online but I had a wonderful experience browsing the floor in the furniture department today. Every salesperson that greeted my boyfriend and I were very pleasant, as usual. I would like to acknowledge Amanda McDonald-Isham. She took the time to answer my questions, specifically about power reclining brands, honestly and fairly. She shared customer feedback that she had received from past customers and she paid attention to what I was asking and didn t PUSH any random products. She really listened and suggested information we needed which was awesome. If you ve ever dealt with salespeople, you know they sometimes can turn you off very quickly. This was not the case at all. She really made our experience very positive and showed product knowledge, professionalism, easy going attitude and an ability to establish relationships. Amanda took care of us today and she will have a return customer! Thanks again, Amanda! I can t wait to receive my couch!

Was not happy with sales person. He was very knowledgeable but seemed not very interested in selling. The kicker for me came when he handed me my receipt and asked for a perfect score on my review stating, "they consider I haven't done my job if I do not get a perfect score". First of all I detest any sales person asking for a great, good, etc score. It totally turns me off. Please look up his name on the sale.

I ve tried other places to shop, but always came to NFM last to see if they could beat their competitors prices. Now my children come to you and grandchildren. There is always someone there to help, whether it s just to answer some questions or to help you find what you need for your home. And they beat the prices from everywhere.
I would recommend Nebraska furniture Mart to anyone shopping for things they need in their home. I have never been disappointed, even in the one time when I had to make a return. It is so worth taking a few minutes to stop at Nebraska furniture Mart to compare both prices and selection to other stores.
I will be shopping there again.

I have done a lot of shopping at NFM and continue to think of it as "my" store. The online ordering process is easy and I was able to order what I needed and schedule the delivery date I wanted.

Order 4 dining chairs online in the morning...swung by and picked them up on mu lunch break and got back to work in under an hour. Took me longer to get the NFM (22 min) than it took to check in and have the chairs loaded in the bed of my truck. Awesome experience!

We went to several other retailers but couldn t find exactly what we wanted. The Mart had a huge display, we found exactly what we were looking for and the price was unbeatable. As busy as they were we got in and out of the store and loaded in record time.

It was my first time visiting this store and IT IS HUGE. The staff was friendly and so helpful. There were no pushy salespeople which was great. I was approved for their store card online before I went, so the purchasing process was over in two minutes. Overall it was a great experience and will continue to make all my home purchases at Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Nothing is in stock, had to have them triple check products and come to find out parts are in stock just too lazy to mention it if it s not a whole set in stock.

And to top it off, the one thing they had in stock, they decided not to load everything sending us home and not able to put our bed frame together due to missing parts

Went to Mrs. B's to buy a Weber charcoal grill. Was looking at a $219 model and a $439 model. Stood around for 15 minutes before anyone came by to assist. I asked a few questions about accessories but his iPad was down and he couldn't answer them. I suggested he see about getting a different one but that fell on deaf ears. I asked if they had a cover with the more expensive model as it didn't come up as a linked sku on their website on my phone like it did for the less expensive model. He said since it didn't, he assumed they didn't carry one. I jokingly said you know what assumptions do right? He laughed and said yes. He said he'd go look up my questions and bring me the answers. He was gone a few minutes and came back with an answer for one. At that point, I asked about fire pits and he said he'd show me what they had. He took me back to the table top gas models. When I said that's not what I was looking for...no table top...no gas he said all they carried for wood were the chiminea models by the grill. I thanked him. Told him I wasn't interested in those and told him I'd need some time to consider the grills. He gave me his card and said when I decided, I could get in touch with him at the extension on the card. My wife and I left, had lunch and returned. When I walked in, I looked around for my original salesman but didn't see him so I called the extension on the card he gave me. It went to his voice mail so I hung up and dialed Mrs Bs number and went thru the menu eventually getting an operator. I told her where I was and that I had tried to get a hold of my original salesman with no luck but I needed assistance to buy a grill. She said "well don't you see anyone around? I said no I didn't. She asked me to hold. I then hear the phone ring and ring until a new NFM operator answered. I explained to her where I was, and what I'd been through over the last several minutes and that I simply want a salesman to come to the grills so I could buy a grill. She apologized and after about 30 seconds a salesman came on the line and said he was on his way. He showed up. Was able to answer my questions as his iPad was functioning and I was able to finally purchase the more expensive Weber model. I would've purchased a cover too but in the time all this took, I was able to find them online with free shipping for $20 less than the NFM price and the salesman said they wouldn't give me a deal on a cover. I've spent thousands of dollars at NFM...but I'm done doing business after this experience with NFM.

I WAS happy with NFM until they decided to suspend...

I WAS happy with NFM until they decided to suspend my account for no reason. Payments were made on time, had an auto-debit set up and more than minimum. I did not ask for a higher limited. Nothing prompted the request for "updated financials" mind you the account was open less than a year. I would NOT recommend NFM to anyone that cannot pay cash. If you need or want the Mart Card, I would look else where.

Love this store Even though we have moved from Nebraska to Illinois, I still go back to NFM for my furniture and accessories needs. I can find everything I need there for my home in one place. They make it so easy to buy and ship.

Scott, our sales person at NFM, listened to our needs on what we were looking for, and explained in detail the different options we could choose from. He pointed out the pros and cons of each of those product types. Ultimately, the conclusion we came to was based on his knowledge.

We dealt with a great salesman, Michael Osborne. He assisted us with multiple purchases (bedroom warehouse). Michael was professional and not at all pushy and we appreciated that. He helped us arrange all of our items to arrive on one delivery.

We happened to be exposed to a salesman apparently training another and he was rather loud about the technique that he recommends. He actually mimicked a customer as an example. We were pretty shocked, not just by what he was saying but also not saying it privately. It made us feel that as a customer we are manipulated into high pressure sales like at a car dealership.

We had an unpleasant experience at checkout for some frog ceramics too before changing warehouse locations. We had to ask for wrapping since they were fragile items and received attitude and annoyance but the young lady did comply. We felt the cashier was just too young and did not like her job.

At the next warehouse location (appliances, desks, etc.) the hovering type salesman creeped us out so we were so uncomfortable we decided to come back another time. Maybe hearing the training session made us paranoid?

However when we checked out with our major purchases the cashier was exceptional and we were happy again.

You can t beat the prices at NFM and the majority of the sales team are very pleasant. I do think training should be behind closed doors however.

Always good to go in person to the NFM-Omaha for shopping. Online One price, Sale Ad one price, asked sales rep who was assisting, another price. Bottom line saved more money ($30) on the item when the sales rep checked with her scanner. Sales rep's are always friendly and willing to assistance in your shopping experience. Thanks Holly.

I bought a mattress with NFM three years ago. I took all precautions and great care to keep perfect care of the mattress in addition to every piece of paper concerning each exchange. Today I schedule the exchange of the faulty mattress and springs for a better mattress and springs. Each time I dealt with a representative either on the phone or in person, each were polite concerned and helpful! Thank you to each person involved!!

As soon as I walked in the door I was approached by a sales lady. I told her I was looking for sectionals and would let her know if/when I needed assistance. I spent about 45 mins looking before I found what I wanted. I then found the sales lady & showed her what I wanted. She was very friendly & efficient. I really appreciate that she let me peruse by myself & didn t try to sell me anything. Had she done that I would ve left without purchasing anything. Thank you!!
