Went in for a new vacuum. I really like how they have them out so can test the sucking power. There were only two cashiers on each side, so I had to wait more than ten minutes to pay. I also had to go around to the warehouse to pick mine up, but that wasn t a big deal.

I've been a customer at NFM for a few years now and I just had a terrible experience. I bought a $670 5pc table set and took it home. Upon putting it together one of the chairs came equipped with 2 right legs instead of a right and left. I took the wrong chair leg back to the store and Customer Service tells me they don't have anymore sets so they take my information and tell me that they will order a part and someone will call me in 2 days and tell me how long it will take to get the replacement leg. I decided to go see if the display table was still on the floor and it was so I asked the salesman how many were left and he looks it up and tells me there are 3 sets left. I explained to him the leg situation and asked him why customer service told me they were out and he tells me it's because they don't provide replacement parts for customers and that the manufacturer does and if they (the store) replaced they leg it would leave them with a set that has the wrong leg and they'd have to wait for a replacement!!!! Really! You sell me a $670 table set with wrong piece and you won't replace the incorrect piece! You have it in the store and won't replace it cause it means you have to order a replacement part and wait, you would rather the paying customer wait! I asked if I had paid to have it assembled and delivered rather than assembling myself would they have taken the correct leg from another unsold set to ensure it would be assembled and delivered on time and he couldn't answer and decided to just tell me he can't help me. It says a lot about the stores customer service culture that they wouldn't resolve such an easy request from a customer that purchased an item from them that was faulty. Instead of being reasonable they provide a run around. Their priority is to make a sale and then after that they show zero care to step up and take of a customer quickly and effectively if they sold faulty merchandise.

Excellent deals and experience at NFM.
Actually we just stopped in to look at TV s, not purchase anything.
Instead we ran across fantastic deals on appliances at or below cost.
We ended up purchasing a French door refrigerator with water in the door, an above stove microwave oven with convection.
We also went over to Mrs. B s to check out bar stools and instead ended up purchasing a leather power reclining sectional.
All items were at or below cost.

Everything was great & I ve spent a lot of money there over the years but was a little taken back today. Just went in there to buy a video game for my son but decided just to look around. Anyways after I checked out and was exiting the alarm goes off. The big security guard/ cop came hauling over like I m a threat and began searching my bag with a fine tooth comb( only purchased one thing). Just because I m wearing a hoodie & sweat pants doesn t mean I m a thief. Wouldn t say anything but the alarm went off on the next guy & he just gets waived through. Hmmmm.... taking business elsewhere if you re going to have a cop hit the alarm on me embarrassing me and making a seen.

The reason I am only giving a 1 star is because of the online ordering. I ordered a laptop and paid for it online and NFM thought it was a fraud case, they called me and verified it was me, and told me my order was out to he delivered. I had not received it by 7:55pm so I called, and was told they still thought I was not who's card I used, I assured them it was me and even offered to come to the store and show my ID. I went to the store and was told even though they charged my card over $1200 already for a laptop I would have to pay another $1200 to get the laptop I already paid for. So $2400+ I finally got the laptop I paid for twice. I wouldn't have spent another $1200 had I not needed a laptop for school. I was told within 3 to 5 business days I would be credited the first amount, but this is so annoying and uncalled for, and I feel one area should be informed what other areas are doing. Very displeased with the online ordering and way you make people feel like they cannot be believed they are who they say they are. Get it together NFM! WILL NOT REFER PEOPLE TO SHOP ONLINE WITH YOUR COMPANY...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

LITERALLY THE WORST. Searched for hours for the perfect, large, sturdy table. Found one...$1,200 later. Paid extra to have it delivered and put together. The chairs fell apart within 2 weeks! They used the wrong size bolts!! After a few months, the padded seating on the chairs fell completely through. The quality of items they sell now is COMPLETELY LACKLUSTER. The next year, I decided to go back. I bought a loveseat and ottoman. They didn t deliver the ottoman, or the couch pillows, AND ARGUED WITH ME that my order didn t include those things. I then had to call the warehouse, have them correct the paperwork, and drive down there myself to pick the stuff up. The only reason people rate this place so highly is because they finance!! I will NEVER purchase another item from this establishment as long as I live.

Russell in the living room sales department was great! We went in thinking about buying one brand, but asked Russell his opinion when we weren t sure. Russell gave us his honest opinion and helped us come to the conclusion that the brand we were originally looking at wasn t going to meet our needs. We told Russell a little bit about our family and he helped us pick out a couch that would be a better fit for us. Once we decided on which couch he walked us through all of our customization options. While he was putting together our custom order we wandered over to reclining to look at lift top coffee tables. About the time we were getting confused Russell met up with us and helped us envision how the table would function with our new couch. Russell and our shopping experience get 10/10 stars. However, it all went downhill once we had to go up to the cashier counter. A gentleman named Justice was completely dumbfounded by processing our transaction. He didn t seem to be burning on all cylinders. He couldn t even count out the cash we gave him without relying on a machine to count it for him. Finally we got frustrated trying to get answers from him and just gave up. Paid him $200 more than we had planned on to save ourselves the aggravation of having to deal with him any longer. The checkout process would get 0/10 stars. It was that bad.

OLED, QLED, 4K, 120, etc etc. At NFM, Tim Kaipust patiently and clearly explained everything, showed us examples of the programming genres we usually watch, and offered a variety of price points for us to consider. He gave us plenty of time and space to discuss with each other. We are very pleased with our purchase decision!

Luckily he was there on Sunday and he got me the phone we talked about previously and I was in and out in 15 minutes. As we were leaving the store another associate offered to make our little kids paper flowers, and an instore See's candy associate offered the kids lollipops. At the warehouse we waited less than 5 minutes for our purchase and the loading personnel did a great job securing the mattress with no issues. Really positive experience today!

In April my boyfriend and I purchased a bedframe and mattress from Nebraska Furniture Mart. The sales person was incredible, I wish I could remember his name but I already gave him a rave review on the NFM survey we received. After 2 cancellations by NFM for delivery, due to their own mistakes, we finally got our items. We let it go as we were so happy with the actual items. Unfortunately, last week I purchased a new table from NFM, it was a floor model with no damage and I got it for a great deal. It was to be delivered today. I got a call at 7 am stating our table has been damaged and if transported it will likely shatter as it is marble. The options I received were to buy the same table for $637 when I paid $199 plus delivery, select something else or get a refund. So to no fault of my own I now do not get the table I was so looking forward to and the customer service on this issue was the worst I've ever received. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that values customers and what's right.
