I called crystal Krohn when I got in town to see if she was available today and was thrilled she was! We scheduled a time to get together. In two hours we had the order complete and we were out the door. I soooo appreciate her help with my decorating as it is not my thing. Love it.

Purchased a SONY TV with the help of Mr. Decker. He was awesome. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. No lines to stand in as we payed for our purchase through the salesman.
Great furniture store and helpful associates everywhere. If they have the item you want but not the right pattern thru will see about having a custom prefer done for you!
My experience was a little different. I talked to the people in customer service told me one thing and the people inside the store said something else.
On a brighter note the young man inside of the apple section was very helpful in helping me find the things I needed.
The nation is under advisement to restrict any gathering of 10 or more people. Omaha forced restaurants to close, yet NFM is PACKED! People, by the very nature of furniture shopping, touch everything and there are wall to wall people. Why is a place like this allowed open, but a small business (restaurant) whose tables are wiped down after every use, and have space between them, FORCED TO CLOSE? Shame shame shame.

I was looking for a washer and dryer. David Gonzalez was incredible. He offered friendly service, patience, and insight for the purchase. He got me all set up quickly and had me put the door ready to go in no time! Truly enjoyed the service he offered.
An item was in stock when I bought it. While waiting for them to deliver, they sold it and now they are out of stock. Now I have to wait until another shipment come in to have it delivered at an even later date. Earliest delivery date available originally was about a month from the time I bought it. Now they won t get the item in until after the original delivery date. Will be thinking twice about shopping at NFM again. Ernie s in Ceresco will be getting my business.
A giant store carrying everything you could think of. It's easily the size of several Costcos/Walmarts put together. More resturant options would be a welcomed change.
I wasn't sure which brand or model I was looking for, but I knew what I needed it to do. Davi was so helpful in helping me to decide, and she was not pushing me towards the most expensive version. On the contrary, she was more concerned about which model would be most comfortable for me to use and included as many of the features that wanted as possible.
Can't say enough good about this place. The customer service, sales in several departments, choices and ease. I used their website planner before I went and bingo it was easy easy easy.

Bill from the window's computer section was absolutely amazing. He was so patient and answered all of our questions. After about 6 months of deciding on a new computer/operating system, he helped us decide on a I7 surface pro4. He is a great representation of Nebraska Furniture Mart customer service. A class act.
Mr Webster was very knowledgeable about the computer products NFM offers, and was very attentive as well as patient with explaining all the different types. I would certainly send customers the direction of the store due to the staff always being very knowledgeable about the products they sell.
The sale was quick, efficient and very transparent. I gave a price point and the salesman stayed very close to my price point. I appreciated that he did not try to force any additional products or upsell me into something I wouldn t be able to afford.

I purchased a Smith Brothers custom sectional in October 2018 after being told by the salesperson of the exceptional quality of their products. By April, our high quality sectional had pilling and roughness on all fabric that people sit on (not the back of the sectional, for example). After numerous calls to customer service where I was assured I would receive a phone call to schedule service, I was told the sectional would need to be taken to the Smith Brothers manufacturing plant to be repaired. On June 6, Nebraska Furniture Mart picked up my sectional. After no communication, I contacted NFM and on June 21st, was told Smith Brothers needed to order a part and would be off the first week of July. I was to expect a call to schedule to get our sectional back on July 8. After no call on July 8, I called NFM and was told she would email Smith Brothers and would call me by noon the next day (Tuesday, July 9). No phone call. I called NFM at 4:45pm on July 9. The customer service representative tried to call Smith Brothers, but they closed at 5:00 (it was 5:03 by then). He left them a voicemail and assured me Smith Brothers would contact me and NFM. No phone call. I called NFM on July 10th and was assured that Smith Brothers would contact me that day. This customer service representative did nothing because we should give them time to contact us with an update. No phone call. I called NFM on July 11 and was given the same line about Smith Brothers repairing my sectional. My call was escalated and I spoke to Debbie. She assured me that she would contact Smith Brothers and would call me back. I expressed my skepticism about receiving a callback because by this point, NFM has made it clear they do not care about customers after the sale has been made. She actually did call back and informed me that Smith Brothers will ship my sectional to NFM on July 22nd. They should have it by the 29th then will call to schedule delivery. I am appalled by the customer service I have received throughout this entire process not to mention the horrible quality of a sectional that needs to be reupholstered six months after it was built. When delivery finally occurs, we may have our sectional by August which will be two months after it was picked up. In the first year of ownership, our sectional spends two months in repairs, not to mention the months of trying to get it fixed from April until June. In short, do not buy Smith Brothers Furniture and do not expect anything from customer service NFM. #SmithBrothersofBerne #NFM
We needed to buy a new washer and dryer set ASAP. NFM staff were very helpful and listened to what we wanted/needed. They were respectful of our budget and didn t try to sell us something we didn t need which I appreciated. We were in and out in about 30 minutes with the appliances set for delivery and setup within a couple of days. Thank you NFM for making a big purchase like this less painful.
Be warned. NFM has always been my go-to for furniture but I can't say I will recommend them any longer. I ordered a raise-top coffee table over two months ago that I needed since I'm working from home and I need different places to work from. There was a monthlong wait which I was fine with. But when the time came and I was never notified that my order had arrived at the store, I grew concerned. I figured that with COVID-19 issues, there was probably a delay. A couple weeks past the estimated arrival date, I tried contacting them via their online chat but kept getting kicked off. When I finally got through on the phone, they told me that my order was canceled the day before due to never being able to reach me. Customer service said they had called me multiple times. I asked for the details of when they called and I don't have a single missed called or voicemail from them at those times. I also never received any emails. I sent them an email questioning why this would happen and all they said was that sometimes carriers block their number. I know that's not the case with me because I just got a replacement cushion cover from them a couple months ago and didn't have any issues with them calling me. They offered $25 off my next order but that's not worth this happening again. I've waited two months just to have to start all over again.
I love Paul Lott in the furniture department. I wish he could help me with all my furniture needs, not just the furniture upstairs!!!!! I don't love to shop, but I love seeing Paul in the store and he makes my time there worth the trip!!

Jim was very helpful. He spent alot of time helping with colors and pricing. I'm so anxious to get my furniture. He helped me coordinate colors and showed me features of my furniture that I was unaware of. I was already sold on the styles! Even though I spent far more than I intended I am so glad I chose quality over price. NFM is legendary.

All my questions were answered professionally. There was no rush, no push to purchase. Mr. Rech even took the time to answer questions I had about my NFM refrigerator purchased several years ago! Cory C X24840 was very professional. He was fast, friendly, and helpful when I came in to purchase a washing machine.
He knew the answers to all my questions. I was in and out of the store and in the warehouse drive to pick up the item in less than 30 minutes at the most. They had me loaded and on the way within 5 minutes.

I went in and knew exactly what I wanted, a new Mac. Bill was there and was able to answer all my questions and provide me more information regarding accessories I would need, warranty, and financing. It was a quick and good experience. I am glad I had Bill as my salesperson as he did an excellent job.
Met with Department Sales person who was friendly and helpful. Nice Lady. In and out. Paid the cashier who was also friendly and helpful. Drove to Building 1. A voice came from a speaker asking me for my purchase number. I told him my purchase number and he told me to drive to loading area A. Two guys came out with my chair. They Loaded the chair. I signed a receipt. Off I went. The process was like an Indianapolis race car pit stop and I just won the race.

Quality of furniture is great! The only problem is that my bed that was delivered was the wrong color! Now I have to wait 2 months for the correct color to come in from across seas in a bulk container!!! . Then they scuffed my freshly painted wall where they placed the headboard. Then the delivery guys, one of them was kind of rude. I asked the guys to move my couch to a different spot after they placed it once. One of the drivers made a huff noise. (frustration) Very rude!
Very helpful staff! Easy and quick checkout. The only thing I would find more helpful is to have items stocked where you don t have to go to a wearhouse for a small item.

We were looking for recliners to match our current couch, so we looked up NFM online and printed out several we wanted to look at. Their information was very complete in the descriptions, gave dimensions so we knew if it would fit and had excellent pictures we could enlarge for detail. We were able to immediately find the rocker recliners we wanted to check out the most, they were beautiful and we stopped right there. Our salesman was very prompt and courteous and helped us out with our order. We purchase most all of our furniture here. Great prices, excellent selection. Will definitely be back and recommend anyone shopping for furniture to start here.

Our experience was so much more than what we expected. We had an amazing salesman named David who made us feel hope in desperate times. We were shopping for two bedroom sets, living room furniture and an entertainment center due to flooding March 2019. David found us every piece of furniture after spending hours searching and asking questions, pricing etc. Thank you for an excellent employee!
