Good sales help, in particular John who sold us the bedroom set and mattress.
We bought over $5,000 worth of furniture and bedding, and when we asked for the delivery charge for the safe, of $99, be removed due to the amount of money we were spending, it was strongly denied. Besides that, the sales manager added another $100 delivery charge. We did not purchase the safe.

I was in need of a couple of Apple products to make my life a little easier and chose Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM). I went to the part where I thought they would be and I found them, but wasn t absolutely sure because they come in metric measurements and nothing on the box letting me know which devices there for. I stood there thinking I need to get a metric measure chart and some help to find exactly what I want. Just at that moment a young man came to me and asked if I needed help; this never happens to me.

Jeremy Olsen asked me what I needed and what devices I needed to use the accessories with. He new exactly what I needed, where they were at and showed me my options. He was familiar with his section of NFM and knowledgeable about the products. Jeremy was very courteous and friendly. I like that he gave me the option of ringing my order up himself or going to the front registers. I also like that he gave me his business card, which I will definitely put in my wallet and look him up the next time I need help.

Thank you NFM for having Jeremy there to make my shopping experience a great one.

Positive was it was quick, especially cause I went on a weekday. Only reason it was t 5 stars is I felt like my salesman wasn t as knowledgeable as he could have been. Despite that, it s the go-to place in town for buying anything home related. Wish they would haggle like they used to!

Requested a late afternoon delivery, they wanted to deliver at noon! Can t get away from the office and NFM is not flexible on deliver time! Long story short no delivery for me, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wanted to thank #NFM and #SQUARETRADE for going the extra mile and standing up for a product that they no longer represent. We purchased a refrigerator a few years back and we really liked it but we had 2 problems with it. We contacted NFM as we had purchased the extended warranty and they had us contact #Assurant. Assurant sent a repairman out to look at it and he said it was an issue that probably could not be repaired but he made an attempt. The other issue he said he would order the part and they would mail it to me. Well his repair did not work and then we received a email from Assurant stating that they would not cover the part or the repair. Now not to get into details but both were essential to the use of the fridge. I called NFM and they said they were stuck with what Assurant was stating as they are the contracted third party. I called Ron Blumkin and left him a message and the next morning I was called by Andy, one of the top managers in the appliance customer service department. He had already did some homework and looked into things for me. I provided him with more information and my detailed notes. Found out that they no longer had a contract with Assurant and had a new company called SquareTrade. SquareTrade who had no contract with us took care of the issue. They had no reason to do so but to make an NFM client happy. They went above and beyond and took care of us and was very attentive to our questions and what was going on. By the end of the day we were taken care of and very happy with the outcome A+++ Customer Service by both NFM and Squaretrade and they both have earned my praise and loyalty and I will be buying the warranty on our next purchase from NFM and SquareTrade!!!

Long-time customer unhappy this visit. Purchased TV center and desk on Feb 9. Oops, out of stock, but will be available Feb. 15. So I pay and go home satisfied. Today i get automated message items will be in April 9. Cant help but feel NFM has my money, no concern when I actually get merchandise. NFM has always been my first place to shop furniture, but may reconsider in future.

NFM always has great prices and a pretty good variety of products. Occasionally they won't have some of the newest tech items and they may have a limited choice of brands compared to some other big box retailers, but the sales team is more helpful than most and will verify that you are finding the best pricing, even when compared to exclusively online retailers. I would give 5 stars if they kept up on new tech or brands, and also my cashier was horribly slow on this visit (Sunday after black Friday) but not going to say that cost them a star as cashiers at the holidays are going to be less apt and prepared.

Curt Park was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy. Curt explained everything about each appliance, pros and cons. He gave his personal opinion but was quick to ask our own. We have shopped there before but never have been this satisfied.

The first salesperson was a woman. She didnt seem real helpful. She let us know that she just finished lunch and had coffee. She look for the stove on sale but they didn't have any in stock. She sent us to the clearance area for appliances. She came back just to say she didn't think we would find anything. She told us to look around and she would check up on us later. We looked around and found a few options. We were approached by Jordan who was very helpful. If it wasn't for Jordan, I probably would not come back based on the first salesperson.

I had a special order over that was several thousands of dollars. I was told it would be ready in 6 weeks. 2 months later I still hadn't been called. When I called today to ask when it would arrive they told me it have been recieved 2 weeks prior to their warehouse. Guess since they already had my money they didnt care if I ever recieved my order.

Freezer quit today on our 12 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. Went to NFM and Nolan Campbell helped us buy exactly what we wanted to replace ours. The price was right, got free delivery & hookup and Nolan was over the top great to work with. Would highly recommend Nolan, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Whirlpool to anyone. Couldn t be happier.

I've had my share of bad experiences at Nebraska Furniture Mart what's some of my furniture not working right or breaking almost immediately. I'm having to return things do tissues with them but I've also had some good experiences I recently bought two TVs and the only downside of it was the loading it and getting it in the warehouse took a very very long time otherwise customer service was great in the TV section and most of the areas that I went to

Terrible customer service!!! Have had nothing but issues with getting two dishwashers.. Ordered it back on 7/10, and had one(stainless steel) delivered on 8/27, the other one white, had nothing but issues and delays, was originally told on 8/30 I'd be getting it on 8/31, no confirmation call nothing, however did get a "how was your delivery call" of course automated, called back 9/1 and was told it was on a change order for 9/1... I explained to him I had a call from Steve on the 30th finally received it on 9/1, and it telling me 8/31... Zach tells me "I misunderstood him"! Seriously! My boyfriend was listening to the call too! Terrible thing to say to a customer!!! Needles to say received all the right calls, drivers called not the 30 mins prior but 10 mins before delivery, it turned out was the wrong color, tried catching the guy, who ignored us and left.. called customer service left message didn't get call back till 9/3.. just to be told white special order and could be a month or more... After telling them how much trouble I've had I'm told sorry, so I told them to credit my card back and I'll be taking my business somewhere else.. the little gal in the sales area tells me,"I can't credit it, it's special order.. she goes back talks to Zach and finally get my money back and Karin says, "good luck getting a new dishwasher".. Think some of there people should be retrained for sales and customer service.. oh not to mention both dishwashers had an installation package and neither was installed... Terrible service!!

While they were quite busy on the Sunday evening when we went to their Omaha location to purchase a washing machine, the sales person that helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed to make comparisons and make our final decision. Answered all questions and said we would have the washer delivered the following day (Monday) and that we would receive a call in the evening (which we did) to confirm the delivery date and time.

We purchased a Palliser leather rocker recliner (custom color) thru Lynn K. She was so helpful in color selection and compassionate since the chair was to be a memorial for my mother s church nursery (she passed away in March). We talked at length about our parents and she was such a comfort to me while she assisted in writing the order. She even was able to get us the 11% discount authorized by Annette Maine, which generally wasn t allowable on custom orders. We picked up the chair and purchased an end table and motor battery charger for the chair. Michael M was efficient in writing up the order and Kat at customer service was kind and pleasant to my dad and me. Thanks, NFM team.

My sales professional was attentive, and knowledgeable and polite. I wasn't rushed or pushed into what THEY wanted me to buy. The helped me make a wise purchase and set up delivery and installation. Cory even made sure I had everything necessary to complete the full installation safely. I was assured I was price protected. I left the store feeling like I made a great purchase and a friend in the business. Thanks again, NFM!

Matthew was personable and helpful without being pushy. He listened to my comments when I spoke of my needs and directed me accordingly. He made sure to ask if I had questions and was careful in pointing out tips such as the extended warranties and helpful phone numbers should I have follow up questions. I will certainly refer Matthew to our friends.

Most of the sales people were standing around talking to each other and actually would look the other way when I tried to catch their eye to get help. Joey Digiacomo noticed I wasn t being helped and asked what he could do. I told him exactly what I needed and he wrote it up so I was out in less than 15 minutes and he got a $650 sale. He s a 5 on the scale but the rest were 1 s. NFM selection and prices and financing are great.
