The salesman was very helpful. Found the items were looking for quickly. Wrote the order up and we were on our way.

Very helpful and apologetic that what I bought is not in stock at this time. Made sure I knew how the delivery service worked. Everybody was very nice and helpful. I will defiantly being buying there again.

It was very simple to order online and pick up that day from the warehouse. The convenience is wonderful!

Found just the right desk and chair for my home office! The sales folks were helpful, but not pushy. Really pleased with today s experience.

Screen pictures are sgarp and clear when watching TV or a video from a usb stick. However, the protection for the pixels is poor. A slight bump on the screen can cause a break which makes the TV unusable.

The gaming area is extremely fun and safe the Pc s are very nice the leds in one of the desks was very nice my son love the duel screen computer I like one the chairs I think the TVs there was nice I like how the had such a wide range of items I think the place was very clean I would recommend this place to any one in the area it is a good store if you need furniture quickly it is huge so you better now what you need or you will be there for a long time

I have been a customer of NFM for years and just had a very disheartening experience that has shown me that they are not interested in the customer's satisfaction. We had an appliance delivered yesterday and one of them was delivered damaged. Because the item was on clearance they would not honor the price for a replacement. Being in sales, I know that I try above and beyond to make sure my customers have an experience that leaves everyone feeling satisfied. They would not budge at all nor did it seem like they cared. Giving the sales history we have had at their store, you think that they would try to compromise. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I question how much we will be spending there in the future.

I have been shopping at NFM Omaha for the last 33+ years and I must say today s shopping experience was the most enjoyable! Tammy & Nicole were great! They both worked very hard to help me select a furniture grouping that I am super excited about & can hardly wait to see it arranged in my home. A big thank- you goes out to Tammy, Nicole & MFM.

Went in knowing exactly what we wanted and they showed us another similar model that we liked better, fast and friendly service! And the guys in loading area B did a perfect job loading and securing our furniture. Perfect experience.

Great products at affordable prices. Great service in the store, and the warehouse loading side is very organized. It's amazing how well packaged and how efficiently they load up your merchandise for you.

We have always had great experience when purchasing from Nebraska furniture mart. The delivery is always prompt and they call ahead so we can secure our dogs. The products are top of the line and they are competitive with other retailers. The most recent purchase was a steal at 70% off retail!

I placed an order for 2 subwoofers via their website. Regular priced items. Paid, got a receipt with expected shipping date. Then, the next day I get an email cancelling the order with an excuse of "wrong price listed".
That is a bait & switch. Completely deceitful and dishonest. A company with integrity & decency and would honor their advertised price. This was not even listed as a sale item. Do your business elsewhere. Being from Nebraska and understanding how the people work there you learn quickly that your word is your bond. This company doesn't follow that value or those ethics. Shameful.
Going to report to the bbb as well.

Experience was great. Bob Birkey was very knowledgeable and honest on the three different mattresses we were looking at. The bedroom set we had looked at was no longer on the floor so he spent a great amount of time researching if it was in stock, price etc.

NFM said it was in-stock before I ordered a lamp. Place the order then they say it s not in-stock. Not a big deal but it would be nice if they could keep their stocking levels correct.

I would no stars but it made me select one star. We have bought quite a bit of furniture We bought a couch,loveseat,and recliner that appeared to be leather. It has literally no use in a family room since we bought it. Now, starting to use the family room all the fake leather is cracking and peeling off. I called and was told sorry no can do. Can't believe we are the only ones that bought that and are the only ones with the problem. Seriously, it has maybe 6 months of use. We will throw all three pieces away and shop elsewhere

Beth was fantastic! Super friendly and patient. I didn t feel rushed with my decision which is an important part of buying furniture. She made the process very easy and was extremely helpful with checking prices and showing me the different arrangements for couches. Ask for her

The beautiful book shelf unit I bought did not have the same nice finishing like the floor model. They insisted I had to get the one from the warehouse, which of course I now know it s so you can t inspect it. And the packaging is all closed when you get it. So you can t inspect it. The shelves were not painted completely. 4 screws are missing, 1 from each shelf. It has a small hole on one of the shelves and scratches. Now I m stuck with it because there is no way I have time to take it back to the store to replace it. Make sure you inspect your product before leaving the store or don t buy it.

The website is not mobile optimized so it was difficult to shop online as well as view the ad. Check out was easier to do but when I tried to use my NFM card it said the account was invalid (I ve had the account for 20 years). I did appreciate the free 2 day shipping. That will definitely save me some time. I have yet to receive an order confirmation but I did receive this request for a review....I think an order confirmation should be a priority and a better customer experience.

Jackie helped us buy our sectional. She was amazing! Very thorough and personal. I had no idea how much personalization we could do and it's great knowing it will be exactly how we want it.

Will and Sabrina got us into exactly what we wanted and in a timely manner!

Every area of the store we went into a salesperson asked us if we needed any help and weren't pushy if we said no. Sharon in furniture and Adriana in electronics ended up being the two people to help us out and they were great! They answered all of our questions and explained how things like custom furniture work. We had met Sharon before and she was so helpful that we decided to ask for her again when we were ready to purchase. It was a great experience and we would go back to NFM again.

Wow this place is huge! I would venture to say that the Nebraska Furniture Mart might be in the running for the Guinness World Record of most couches in a single building.

Anyways, there are three retail buildings open to the public- furniture, electronics, and clearance. Prices appear very reasonable and the service is very friendly.

Even if you're not trying to buy something, I would consider it to be a worthwhile tourist destination just because it's so large.

I had an item that I needed to return. I took it to customer service and after failed attempts to reach anyone by phone, the young man at the desk made a decision to take matters in he own hands. He was very professional and polite, also in the phone department I was helped ba a tall slender lady who answered every question I had and made recommendations recommendations. My experience was awesome. Nebraska furniture mart is my kind of place.

Excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable, patient and respectful.

Three recent purchases. First one was cancelled because of damage and second time around the tops on the two tables didn't match. Kept one, returned the other. Third purchase was a refrigerator. Delivery guys were great, but there were no screws to put the handle on the refrigerator. Delivery service said they would mail the screws for the handles. We bought this frig hoping to use it for Thanksgiving. Two weeks later I made a trip to customer service. They explained that the screws were ordered, but would take a while longer to receive them. Another week later, an envelope arrived with 10 or 12 sets of different screws, none of which were the proper screws for the handle. Tomorrow I will return yet once again to NFM to resolve this. Wouldn't you think they'd send someone back out to determine the proper screws and fix the handle so we could use the refrigerator? Just good business sense. Kind of sorry we already paid for it. Come on NFM - you can do better than this.

Almost every associate could tell my friend and I about the details of the items we were interested in on our shopping trip. We both ended up buying new bed platforms and she bought a whole new bed. After listening to the bedding associates' details, I ended up buying a new platform even though I hadn't intended to buy anything thing. Good job Roger.

Earlier this week I spoke with Ty from customer service. She was of great assistance, clarifying details about my acct. and answering payment and interest accrual questions.

A couple of weeks ago when there was an issue with my delivery, NFM customer service was prompt and courteous, providing a very timely solution.

In addition, overtime I visit, the sales reps on the floor that I've worked with have been extremely helpful with answering questions and looking up information.

My sales woman (Li) in flooring was beyond outstanding. Jordan in carpet was equally professional and personable. They are an asset to NFM.

One of my most pleasant visits ever to NFM! Jesse Griffis in the dining dept helped me with some dining chairs I wanted and was SO nice about it. He also let me know he was qualified to sell in any department. Later that afternoon I called him about an accent chair I wanted. He searched the store for it, took a picture and texted it to me to be sure he had the right one, added it to my previous contract, set up delivery and emailed me my receipt. So efficient .... and again - - very nice. That s above & beyond service!!

Salesman seemed to be very knowledgeable on the appliances we were interested in.
As usual, NFM had the best prices AND selection we could find!
I will say that the online store for NFM showed $1,049 for the same exact model of washer that in-store was $648. This is not the first time I have found this to be true. As a result, we always compare online prices to in-store prices!

A smooth, seamless process. We came in to buy a table we had seen on the website. The whole process was painless - they rang us up at the table, quick transaction, they loaded our table within 5 minutes. Everyone was professional, kind and easy to work with. Love it!

My salesman Blake was great! Made the process super easy and simple. Told me a helpful hint I didn t previously know. He is the nicest person I ve worked with at NFM.

However, there were several (probably 5) walking around while I was browsing that didn t not acknowledge me in the slightest. It wasn t until my mother joined me that a salesman approached us. It s not the first time that has happened.

Everything went well at the store and the warehouse. We purchased a floor model bed frame and headboard. Only issue we had while assembling was no hardware to attach the headboard and footboard. Fortunately I have a nice selection at home and it looks great in the spare bedroom.

Thank you Mr Buffett. Nebraska Furniture Mart is the best. Being from California I have a craving for incredibly delicious See's Candy. Never had a See's chocolate? Then you've never come near to having the best. Expensive, yes! Delicious? OMG!!!! In California there are See's stores everywhere. People in nice white uniforms offering you a free taste or two. Custom boxes are filled with your favorites before your eyes. The dark chocolate butter cream is worth driving to California for. Warren? I'm a shareholder...please build one single California style store in Omaha. Make my day one more time.

Customer service is terrible, I had to chase a salesman down to be helped. Over all I would never tell someone to go here. I ended up leaving and went down the street to 7 day furniture where they was happy to have us and made sure we found what we was looking for.

We shop at NFM for all of our furniture needs. We have only had one real issue and had it fixed within one week. Their customer service is A+. I recommend them to anyone who is looking.

Great experience at NFM buying a whole kitchen suite. Our salesman did not waste our time like many other stores had showing us items we had no interest in. He was quick to answer all our questions and knew just what we wanted.

Sales people were helpful and not pushy. I'd say the only difficulty we had was the fact that there were TOO MANY choices! A good overall experience.

Was tickled that Dixie was free to assist me. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. I had done my research before going and had questions to help narrow down the brand that I would eventually chose. Dixie had pros and cons for different brands and styles. Needed a chest of drawers for the man of the house but the space n bedroom was 24" wide! Of course the bedroom set i purchased yrs b4 was dicontinued and wood finish unable to match but sales person worked very hard to please! Nothing ever exact unless u replace all but not in the budget this wonderful lingerie drawer is just right!

The service was unbelievable. Fantastic. Between the amazing price, quality, and super convenient and a real money saver. Every other place in store and online is selling them for over $120 for a single 45lb weight plate, which is well overpriced. Not to mention the FREE 2 day shipping. I was surprised, you dont see that very often, much less free. Excellent in every angle. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering my other weight plates from you guys. Thanks again!

I went back after I purchased a bedroom set from Jackie. Great customer service, this time I met Jade and purchased a dining table. 1 of the chairs was broken and they replaced it the next day even exchange.

Apparently it is the nation's largest furniture store, and I wouldn't be surprised! Excellent campus of furniture stores, so so so happy with the whole experience! We were able to get two couches, a desk, dresser, and four dining rooms chairs, as well as a Lay-z-boy! LOVED IT!
