Came in shortly before close to shop for a mattress. We had an idea what we wanted but with a budget. Billy helped us & listened to our needs. We found what we wanted & he made sure it got on the truck from KC so we didn t have to wait weeks for it! He was very patient.
online assistance person patrick c. was very confused on current web order issue's. he was unable to clearly understand that there were ongoing html browser issues at nfm NOT customer end, which have since cleared. he needs additional training.
I purchased a Smith Brothers custom sectional in October 2018 after being told by the salesperson of the exceptional quality of their products. By April, our high quality sectional had pilling and roughness on all fabric that people sit on (not the back of the sectional, for example). After numerous calls to customer service where I was assured I would receive a phone call to schedule service, I was told the sectional would need to be taken to the Smith Brothers manufacturing plant to be repaired. On June 6, Nebraska Furniture Mart picked up my sectional. After no communication, I contacted NFM and on June 21st, was told Smith Brothers needed to order a part and would be off the first week of July. I was to expect a call to schedule to get our sectional back on July 8. After no call on July 8, I called NFM and was told she would email Smith Brothers and would call me by noon the next day (Tuesday, July 9). No phone call. I called NFM at 4:45pm on July 9. The customer service representative tried to call Smith Brothers, but they closed at 5:00 (it was 5:03 by then). He left them a voicemail and assured me Smith Brothers would contact me and NFM. No phone call. I called NFM on July 10th and was assured that Smith Brothers would contact me that day. This customer service representative did nothing because we should give them time to contact us with an update. No phone call. I called NFM on July 11 and was given the same line about Smith Brothers repairing my sectional. My call was escalated and I spoke to Debbie. She assured me that she would contact Smith Brothers and would call me back. I expressed my skepticism about receiving a callback because by this point, NFM has made it clear they do not care about customers after the sale has been made. She actually did call back and informed me that Smith Brothers will ship my sectional to NFM on July 22nd. They should have it by the 29th then will call to schedule delivery. I am appalled by the customer service I have received throughout this entire process not to mention the horrible quality of a sectional that needs to be reupholstered six months after it was built. When delivery finally occurs, we may have our sectional by August which will be two months after it was picked up. In the first year of ownership, our sectional spends two months in repairs, not to mention the months of trying to get it fixed from April until June. In short, do not buy Smith Brothers Furniture and do not expect anything from customer service NFM. #SmithBrothersofBerne #NFM
Somehow I got $20 off online at check out when I'm already getting a great deal on a 55" smart TV. With free delivery to Lincoln! I got a call the day before delivery confirming the time of delivery, a call from the driver when he was on his way, and a call right after the TV was delivered. I appreciate the communication very much!
They always havel something you need! Salesman are always nice. Got carpet a month ago and the from the sales rep to the installers they were so sweet. Definitely over exceeded my expectations.
Bill was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He took time to go over all the details with us on various laptops and then gave us time to discuss our options. He's wasn't pushy at all. Would definitely recommend!
Purchased multiple items and Nebraska Furniture Mart subcontracted the delivery to Ford Van Lines which is one of the most unprofessional companies I have EVER dealt with. After blocking my residential street and refusing to remove the doors from my new refrigerator their employees forced the refrigerator up my stairs breaking the support beams for my half wall.
After waiting for OVER 2 MONTHS, GINA from Ford Van Lines finally contacts me to say her employees probable don't care and didn't do their job correctly but offers nothing but excuses. She forwarded my information to a contractor that takes days to answer/return calls and when he finally answered at 2 pm he sounded like he was either asleep or intoxicated.
I can no longer recommend Nebraska Furniture Mart as they are unwilling to step up to the plate and own the issue.
My husband and I were looking for new living room furniture, and happened upon a salesman that was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. It was a great shopping experience!
We unexpected found ourselves having to replace our stove and microwave and were really in no mood to do so given the timing wasn t right financially. Our sales associate was patient and extremely knowledgeable about which options would best meet the needs of our family. He remained patient as we walked back and forth at what seemed to be a dozen times. Luke was able to explain the differences in technological features that the double ovens offered. I had always wanted a double oven and didn t think I would be able to find what I wanted at my price point. Luke was consistent in his efforts to listen to which features I needed as compared to really wanted and was able to find me a happy medium within my price point. Excellent customer service even after we had to call back with a measurement error on our part. I highly recommend him.
I ordered an item online to pick up in the store. The item I received was not the one pictured online. Employees tried to find the correct item, but it was not available. I returned the wrong item. Employees were very helpful, but I ended up going to a different store to buy the item I wanted.
Only place I could make a drip pan for a clothes washing machine work as a drip pan for an old upright freezer!!! And it was heavy duty enough not to crack under the weight of the freezer!!! Another score in my book for NFM. (Loving the new box springs, made all the difference in the new mattress!!!) Should've listen to the sales man in the first place
The payment process was frustrating. After setting up my account and submitting payment info, I was sent to a page that said Error occurred. The page was confusing and provided very little information. I waited an hour to receive an order confirmation . I did not have any problems reordering. However, I still don t feel 100% confident that I didn t make multiple purchases.
As always I received great service from NFM. Patrick B was the sales person that had approached me, he was very unbiased on his presentation of washer/dryer's which gave me a ton of information on all brands and basically gave me the ability to select the best path to suit my needs. One thing that really stands out to me is that NFM provided a discount to me because I was replacing my appliances due to the flooding that has impacted so many people in the Midwest. I did not ask for any relief but it was given out of respect and that is why I will continue to shop NFM big town deals small town feel. Thanks again
Ken was great! I knew what I wanted, he found it for me in the price range I asked for, wrote it up. And I was out the door in 30 minutes or less!!!! I now own 6 beautiful dinning room chairs, being delivered to my door in four days! Love NFM!!
We have always had great experiences at Nebraska Furniture Mart, with very few exceptions. Patrick was very helpful and informative about the dishwasher we purchased today. They price match any competitor, including military discounts, which is awesome. The extended service plan NFM offers is the beat that we have found, and it is definitely worth the extra cost.

We love NFM and have always had amazing service. However, Ashley Touchton in Wireless Sales went above and beyond. She made the process of upgrading my phone so easy and made me feel completely comfortable with my choice. She made sure everything was ready to go and was so patient with our littles that had tagged along, even at the end of the night. This was our first time purchasing a phone through the Mart and it for sure won t be the last. Go see Ashley if you are looking for a new phone!!

Workers broke the legs on base but didn t tell me. They said they had lost the remote and would need entire base replaced. They scuffed the walls. 4 visits later and a week of not using bed had it replaced
While we didn't have the worst experience, the customer service wasn't near as good as it usually is. We got what we needed and got out of there , which is nice , but it was almost as if the sales reps didnt want to be bothered. We only needed about 50 sq ft of flooring, so not a high dollar day, maybe that was the issue? I'm sure we will be back but I would say treat every customer the same, especially when we can see that some sales reps aren't busy.
we came into nebraska furniture mart to buy a movie "fprd vs ferrari" but the mart was out and it was on backorder. we bought several other movies but we went to walmart and they had the movie, in fact, had alot of the movie should have went there first!!!!

I always get exceptional service from Ron Damewood when I need a mattress and box springs. Our son broke his leg and was unable to climb to his second story bedroom. Ron got us just what we needed as our son was discharged after surgery so he never missed a nights sleep.
Horrible customer service at NFM. There is no having a discussion with you all. It s just a bunch of rude individuals wanting to let you know that it s your problem and not theirs, even when you have proof it is an issue on their end. Another disappointing big box store.

Details: We love the console. When we called NFM, all they can do is 1) return product w/money back, 2) exchange product. It takes 1-3 hours to assemble. So, exchanging products has its draw backs. We explained that a SIMPLE little hinge did not work. NFM is not in business to improve. They can only credit or exchange. They deal in Volume.
Needed a couple twin mattresses; was able.to pick out and pick up and be on the road in about 30 minutes. Worked great for me, will shop there again. Looks like they have a lot of options on site.
My salesman Jacob York was amazing. He apologized for my experience with samsung. He was also very knowledgeable about the washer I bought and helped me get the best deal.

it took about 35 minutes to get a sales person to help me. Could have used more Sales reps on the floor. Once I was helped the Sales woman was a great help.
Great customer service. We worked with Tom in the mattress department and he was beyond helpful. We had a decent amount of questions and he went above and beyond to fill us in on the different products. I definitely recommend using Tom if interested in purchasing a new mattress.

I have never had a bad experience at NFM. The staff is always ready to answer any of your questions, but they re not so overbearing that you can t shop on your own. The prices are always great and merchandise is organized well enough that you can find what you need.
I enjoy shopping at NFM. My sales person was so patient with me as I moved bar stool after bar stool over to pub table that I was purchasing. My goal was to find the best match for my home. I was even tired! Thanks for being gracious enough to endure my home shopping OCD! Great job.
