Ralph Jacobson, is a wonderful salesman, very informative, honest, the nicest guy around by far. We recommend Ralph to everyone. We go out our way to find him, just to say Hi. We have noting negative to say. We walk in with an idea of which appliance we're looking for and he will direct us as needed to the Item that will best meet our needs. We have bought all of our appliances from Ralph at NFM.

I've finally had it with NFM. After 7+ months with...

I've finally had it with NFM. After 7+ months without a fridge, while using a warranty plan that I purchased from them (with Assurant) After spending several thousands of dollars filling my home with NFM furniture and appliances.

Assurant has done nothing but keep leading us to believe the problem will be fixed. After 4+ repairs (and 4+ inspections as a separate appointment) and this final repair being the 2nd time. We have lost easily over $2,000 buying food that ends up spoiling because the fridge breaks again, as well as increasing the intake of fast food over the past 7+ months.

I wouldn't recommend Assurant to my worst enemy, let alone a valued customer of mine.

I've reached out to Nebraska Furniture Mart several times now and the past two times I've been promised a phone call from a manager (still hasn't called me)

Here I am sitting at home, staying home from work, to wait for another fridge technician from a company that still hasn't told me what time they'd be here today to look at the fridge, only to determine it is still broke, so I can wait another 5-10 days for the part to come in, to fix it again, to buy food again, so it spoils, then to call customer care again.

I'm absolutely disgusted by NFM & Assurant in their ability to fix this fridge. If I knew this in the beginning I would have purchased a new fridge immediately instead of buying this warranty program and relying on it to do what it was supposed to do.

There is more to this story too... lots of misinformation from Assurant that lead us to make poor decisions about how to make claims (about food recovery)

All in all, I would give less than 5 stars because NFM & Assurant are not trying to fix this. They are expecting me to now by a new fridge. I've purchased a mini-fridge and that is what I've been living with since March with a family of 5.

We recently purchased a Bissell Revolution Pro Pet Care Carpet Shampooer (model #1986). Have used it once and was very happy with the results. It has an really great suction and cleaning brush rollers. My carpet is a nice cream white again, even heavily soiled traffic areas. The Bissell is also easy to disassemble for cleaning, which is a big plus. I am very please with my purchase and don't think I'll be using the 30 day trial I was given from the store I bought it at. If I'm not pleased with the performance, I can return it to the store for a full refund.
I had previously owned a Hoover shampooer but it did not perform to my specifications. The suction was terrible. It left too much water in carpet. After putting a full tank of water onto carpet to clean, I noticed the dirty water tank was only half filled. The rest still remained in the carpet. Took 2 days for my carpet to dry. Had to have towels on floor to walk on to help pull out the moisture. The carpet didn't even look clean. Heavy traffic areas were still noticeable. The belts on the bushes broke repeated, even shortly after replacing them. Got to be too costly to continue to pay repairs into a machine that did not perform well.

I have never had a single issue with this company. Everything they do is geared toward the satisfaction of the customer. They have real quality merchandise. They always have amazing deals and financing options. But most importantly their customer service is top notch.

I ordered a desk late March early April. Every time I looked at my account it seemed like the delivery date kept getting pushed back. I logged in this weekend to check again, as the last ship date I saw was 7/5/2020, and there was no sign of my order anywhere on my account. The desk is exactly what I was looking for so I reordered (as the system allowed) it gave a ship date of 8/8/2020. NFM please don't let me down again.

My husband and I came in to NFM to look at kitchen appliances. We had an idea of what we wanted. After dealing with Lowe s and Home Depot we stop in and Drew Nelson assisted us. He answered all our questions and we ended up purchasing 4 appliances. I must say Drew was very helpful and made our experience unbelievably easy. It took a long time to pick up our order, about 20 minutes. Then, the refrigerator was defective. It does not even start when plugged in, much less cool. The top was marred, not scratched, but rub marks are present. There was no paperwork included. When I tried to call to request return information, I couldn t get an answer. I was on hold for about 30 minutes. The recording suggested going online to request customer service. I emailed my request, but haven t received a reply.

We went shopping for a platform bed recently wanting a simple solid wood design. We found the selection ranging from very ornate to shiny pleather with flashing lights. The quality was very marginal on most everything. Thus, NFM s furniture offerings tend to be limited. We found what we wanted with an online store, but think there is enough interest in Omaha to support a descent modern selection of better design and quality than NFM s current selection.

We did buy a mattress that day which went well except for the salesman who clearly preferred speaking to male customers. The mattress was for me, not the male friend who was with me.

For now, we ll stick with the electronics department for NFM purchases.

We worked with Jacob in purchasing our TV. He gave us great information when looking at different options on the TVs we were looking at. After we decided on a TV, we asked about sound bar systems. He showed us what NFM had to offer and gave us one that wasn't the most expensive or cheapest but something that fit our house and our needs. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism in getting us the right TV and sound system that fit our needs.

We had a refrigerator delivered yesterday and the delivery crew brought it into the kitchen, plugged it in and left. The refrigerator was not assembled. We had to screw the handles on, clip on the vent plate on the bottom of the fridge and put the trays together. In the past when ordering fridges from NFM, they have always come assembled and the delivery crew always made sure everything was set up properly before they left. Not very impressed with the delivery, but the fridge itself works great.

The sales people will say anything and make promises that the delivery people or installers can t or will not do. The delivery individuals were rude and did not give us a chance to look over the items before they left. They were gone before we had the items out of the box!
