The shopping experience at Nebraska Furniture Mart is always great. It is a holiday sale weekend, and the store was packed, but the associates at the Mart are always very professional, friendly, and efficient. We got a great deal on our new bed!

The people were very helpful and formative. The only thing I didn t necessarily like the process of getting the item I bought just because it was a fairly small item but I do understand why they have it. Overall I was impressed.

Would have been 5 stars but the cashier(which had a managers tag on) was slow and seemed to not know what he was doing

Who doesn't love the mart? We went late on a Saturday, which was perfect. Quiet shopping. All the employees are very good about letting people shop and offering assistance as needed. No one was overbearing. Prices really can't be beat. We found A Lazboy recliner for almost $300 less than another smaller retailer. It's the nature of the beast. I love shopping here.

The representative was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Everyone was friendly and quick to offer help. Bruce was the first one to offer and he was friendly and quick at the time of purchase.

Karl was able to search my purchase history and ensure the bar stool I was purchasing ass the same height as previous stools I had purchased. I was thrilled because on the sales floor I would have bought the wrong size. He was also able to arrange same day pick up from an allocated order in the warehouse so I didn't have to wait! Amazing!

NFM lost out on 2 commission sales totalling around $3k this evening because they could not honor a customer appreciation 32-month financing offer. Supposedly their computers have been changed and no longer allows them to manually approve special financing offers.

Well, being denied financing worked out for the best as Costco has November sales on all the items I was going to buy. I got the iPad mini for $334.99 and the Apple pencil for $94.99 instead of $399 and $99. The iMac will also be on sale for $330 off later this month. If NFM can't offer extended financing they completely lose their value proposition.

Jeanie was very helpful as we selected new kitchen appliances. She was knowledgeable, friendly and aware of all the sales and discounts that we qualified for.

3rd visit to pick up a "guaranteed pickup" from my Cyber Monday purchase. 2 weeks later and 2 delays, i was able to pick it up. Was supposed to have a $50 credit and a free 2nd controller,but instead the credit was issued then used to buy the controller i was told i was getting. So much for that...should have known better as this happened for my son's birthday gift also. Ordered it 3 weeks before his birthday, was supposed to have it a week before his birthday,i was called the day before his birthday and told it would be delayed and i would not have it in time for his party, had to explain to a 7 yr old why mom didn't have a gift for him...will be taking my purchases elsewhere.

I would say majority of the time we receive great service from NFM. Today I was happy again with our service. The gentleman today seem to know his products and didn t try to up sell us. I can t remember his name, started with a C I believe. Colby? Cody? When we were looking at fridges there was two ladies who were working standing next to each other talking. They didn t seem interested in making a sale and this gentleman came right over and asked if we needed help. NFM you need to make sure you keep him, he s an asset. Thank you.

I ve been working with two sales reps recently and the experience has been great! I was absolutely impressed with Daniel in the carpet area. He was full knowledge and helped us find the carpet that truly fit our needs. He was patient and friendly and made the experience as easy as possible.

The furniture that is sold in this store is cheaply made and does not last if you even get it in perfect quality when you buy it. This is my experience with many pieces bought at Nebraska furniture Mart in Omaha
King size bed frame- side board broke after one year
Recliner- missing bar under foot rest caused a hole to developed which then stuffing fell out.
Entertainment center- doors won t stay closed after 6 mths
Leather couch- delivered to my door with one of the arms had no stuffing just the board on the top. And on the other side one month later a board pops loose in the arm had to send whole couch back to be repaired.
Large Dining room set- 1 month after purchase leg falls off a chair
Electric recliner- came to my door and it never even worked no power to it had to send it back.
I will never purchase from this store again. I m done giving them chances.

NFM always has a large selection of models and brands on hand so you can easily do side by side comparisons. They usually have a large stock on hand so no waiting for something to be brought over from another store, or shipped from a warehouse.

Not many, the store is pretty well thought out.
Not a huge selection of American made furniture or local made. Very busy during sales.________I did find a sofa set, made by Charles Furniture. I was very surprised to find out that it is made by hand less than 30 minutes from the store. It is great to be able to buy items made in your home town instead of China.

We were shopping for new kitchen appliances. Britton Wood met us while looking at refrigerators. He was very helpful and found just what we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. Then on to a range, then a microwave and finally to the dishwasher. We were very pleased with the way Britton served us and would recommend him to any one.

Very good explanation by salesman. No pressure to buy a particular item.

Awesome experience as always. Stopped at Bestbuy first and they had only a small inventory of AV receivers, which I figured would be the case. The Mart is number one!

This was my 1st picking an order up. I didn't know I was supposed to use system to print order information. It was getting late but Gustavo was kind enough to locate my order since I called prior to arriving. Gustavo and Tyler went above and beyond. I actually wanted to see how this pick-up went before deciding if I would place other orders. Thanks to those guys I will place additional orders.

I purchased a dining room table and chairs on April 6th. I was given an estimated delivery date of April 29th. Now NFM says there is a vendor delay and my furniture will not be delivered until after June 12. I expected much better out of NFM. This was my first order from them; it will also be my last. They need to pick better vendors.

I need to return a micro-wave and the clerk was most helpful! She quickly did the paperwork and said, "No problem. You can pick something else. Sorry it was to large."

Marianne was phenomenal in assisting my 82 year old mother (who suffers from dementia) and me in selecting a new sofa and recliner. My mother is moving to an assisted living facility and required new, functional, attractive, inexpensive pieces. Marianne listened to what my mother s wishes for color and stain resistance while keeping the costs in my pocket book low. This was no small acheivement and we hope that Nebraska Furniture Mart will recognize what a remarkable asset Marianne is to the company. We really put Marianne through the hoops (dementia can be a real 3-ring circus), but Marianne was a champion every step of the way!
Terry, customer service, extended himself to include a previously purchased mattress and the newly acquired sofa and recliner in the delivery. There was some juggling and a bit of a wait involved because the delivery was to a town outside of Omaha, but Terry did a phenomenal job pulling it all together.
Many of the people who work at Nabraska Furniture Mart were experiencing the same challenges with helping debilitated family members and their problem solving skills are tremendous. Great people!

Bait and switch. Saw ad for Samsung TV at very good price but when we arrived were told it was an advertising error and applied to cheaper make we d never heard of. Deryk Heitman saved you by showing us a set comparable to the ad but it was a floor model and after some negotiations got an even better price. He turned a bad situation into a good recovery. You need more like him.

We decided to upgrade our much needed mattress and Letty helped us right away the minute we got there. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time with us and made us feel like valuable customers. Thank you!!

Came in to buy a new refrigerator after ours completely stopped functioning. We explained our budget our likes and wants and we were showed to the perfect one that was the only one we had to look at to say Yes! Great sales man! I was looking for an item that was in todays ad. The first guy sent me to the back of the store. The second guy sent to the area around games. The third guy (Jose) took me to the clearance area, because someone else told him, thats where they were. Not. Jose checked to see if there were auhhny at the warehouse. That's where they were hidding. I was able to get the 3 I needed.

Stopped in to browse at GE dishwashers and found a really good one with the help of an exceptional salesman. Oscar the salesman approached me not long after I walked Into the appliance area. He was very knowledgeable about the dishwashers and told me right away what stock was low due to the pandemic and delayed shipments of all products. Oscar went over all the options and gave me good advice on which dishwasher was a bestseller, was very quiet during the wash cycle and the money for the value on each. He made my purchase so much easier because he checked all the other stores to get me exactly what I wanted. I will highly recommend Oscar to anyone I know due to his professionalism and knowledge about the products he was selling. He was very genuine and so friendly to talk with. He was not the typical pushy or hurry up kind of salesman. He is a perfect example of a great salesman. Nebraska Furniture Mart would do well by adding Oscar to their training staff.
