After much online and in store search I ended up at nfm about to give up on my quest. I was offered assistance from Antonio. He was genuinely helpful and answered my questions fully attentive. In my search experience with sales associates Antonio truly was at the top. As a final impression he made it look totally effortless and natural. Thank you sir!

Jacob was very polite and answered all of my questions. No pressure on making the sale and never tried to convince me to buy a more expensive unit or extra accessories.
HORRIBLE!!! I no longer trust this store. 2 months! Waiting for an item that I was told at the store when I bought it that was arriving at NFM in 2 days, after that the date was pushed out 3 times! Now I call again and they tell me at last minute it has been discontinued, it was a birthday present! I am very disappointed, this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this store and I wont even get into the many many many deffective items I have received. At least 3 out of 5 orders I place come deffective. Sorry but YOU LOST A CUSTOMER will spend my money somewhere else.
Busy day with shareholders there. We checked out 20 sofas, sectionals. While there we were asked if we needed assistance from 5 sales persons. Paul Nelson gave us the most information on sectional, fabric he even wanted to make sure sectional would fit through doors and in room. Thanks to Paul Nelson we made the purchase.
Our salesman was on point with our needs and concerns. This is the 3rd time he has assisted me and he was as knowledgeable with my laptop purchase as today s television and remembered my name and ways of thinking from purchase 7 mos ago. And we are now purchasing carpet at Mrs B s and things are going smooth as well.
Needed a set of headphones. Wanted to see and touch them up close. Chose JBL brand. Same price as Amazon, but I did want to see the reviews before I bought. Everything went well.

I had a wonderful sales lady. She was very informative and knee what she was talking about. I told her what I liked and she pointed me in the right direction to pick a mattress. She didn't rush me, or get annoyed when I wanted to try the same mattress out again that I had already tried a hundred times. When it was time to check out she was thorough and quick.
I was very happy with my experience with the sales person and the checkout clerk. However, when I picked up my small refrigerator at warehouse 1, the delivery person rolled the refrigerator into the back of my SUV on its side. I told him it should fit standing up, he said it would be fine for an hour until I could get it home. My friend and I said we measured and it would fit upright. He stood and watched as we pulled it out and put it upright. (Refrigerators should always be moved and stored upright). We were very disappointed with the service at the warehouse!
Went shopping for a washer and dryer today at NFM. We hadn t been there even a minute when Luke approached us asking if he could answer any questions for us. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Needless to say, they had some great deals and rebates and we did purchase. Another good experience at the Mart.
All the gentlemen we spoke with today were very polite and super to work with. All of them seemed very knowledgeable about the security system we eventually purchased...will definately continue shopping at NFM!
The buying process for our vacuum and window AC was easy and fast. Sales associate Deb Johnson was friendly and knowledgeable. I took one star away only because they sent an email about rescheduling delivery for the AC unit, we didn't have time for that so we went to pick it up. Initially, customer service said it was out for delivery. Then they sent us to the warehouse where, while waiting for them to find our package, we watched 37 other people have the friendly staff load up their vehicles and drive away before they turned their attention to us only to say it would be another 15 minutes or so.
The sale lady who had helped us out was the best. She is very knowledgeable and patient with us. She also tried to help us to save any penny she can too, who wouldn t love discounts and save :). If there is a recognition I would recognize her.
I wanted to know what the choices were for beds, the sales lady asked me 3-5 quick questions, recommended I try the different styles, she told me the differences, I picked what I wanted and was paid and out the door in 15 min. GREAT service. GREAT knowledge. Love the Mart!
I was looking at new carpeting and the sales rep, Mike, offered his services and allowed us time to look at the many carpet samples available. Mike kept an eye on us and was readily available to answer our questions; he was very knowledgeable about the various carpets and offered valued recommendations. After choosing a carpet, he personally escorted us to the hard flooring section and that rep, I believe Tobias, was also very helpful and informative.
We had a great experience at NFM today, the Sales woman we worked with, Dixie Newbauer, was very patient and informative! We are so excited to receive our new refrigerator!
Especially like their kitchen department..great selection and good prices. They frequently have the best price for new movies and video games. Great place to one stop shop for everyone on your Christmas list.
Customer service was awesome. Sales clerks were very helpful in helping me customize my living room set. The small appliance department was also accommodating .

David was very knowledgeable about cameras. Not from here he knew how to get to know the customer and help me decide on what to get for my daughter s first, college-level photography class. This is an investment in a product that will be used for many years to come!
I've always loved shopping at NFM, this is my first interaction with the website. The site was fairly easy to maneuver however the page wouldnt fully load when going to view my cart. I had to go in and out a couple times to finally see all the content. I am still puzzled as to why it takes over a month to get the product to the store for me to pick up.
Even though it's the holiday season, there was decent parking. The store had plenty of sales associates so we didn't have to go searching to find one and the one we had was very helpful with knowledge about the product and best prices (t.v.s and wall mounts).
The sales person was very willing to show us the mattresses I had chosen ahead of time to look at and give us the discounted pricing based on our choice.I was buying a new mattress set for my son so he was trying them out to find the best fit for his back. Everything was handled promptly. My only concern is that we had split the payment between myself and my son and when I went to pickup the items I only had my receipt . I did not have a receipt for the payment my son made.
I was pleased with the service I received today. A saleswomen helped me as soon as I walked in the department. I showed her what I wanted and told her I was going to look around just to make sure that was what I was going to purchase. When I got done she already had my purchase written down and ready to ring up. I m very happy with her and the purchase I made.
First I paid $2,500 cash for a bed set and they won't even throw in anything for free or anything at all discounting. I have their credit card since I was 18 and then all sudden they just canceled my credit card for no reason because I didn't use it within a certain amount of time and no one told me that that would be done. And they still say I owe them money when I've been down there multiple times and prove that my balance is 0 and they still call me saying that I owe them money but can't send me the itemized list but keep calling me saying I owe them money do not go to these people. So I left a review yesterday and I got a call back an email within 24 hours after sending a review to Nebraska Furniture Mart. What does 15 emails and the 10 called I made to ask for a simple itemized list of my account because they stated I owe them money when I told them I did it they never sent me anything. On top of that the review that they asked me about was only about the $2,500 that I spent nothing else. So when I stated that it's funny how I can get a email or a phone call within 24 hours after leaving a review but I don't get a phone call or an email when I call somebody they said oh well we don't know what to tell you you must have been calling the wrong number. But when I asked him to look at my account to see when the last time I called they had every call log and email log and just thought that I wasn't asking for an itemized list I was asking for my account information. When the emails it all voicemails clearly indicated I asked for an itemized list of my account since I've been down there multiple multiple times giving them the payoff receipts stating it should be at 0 but they're still saying I'm in collections and I owe them money somehow. Because when I would go down there and make a payment and pay something off they would forget to add that days interest and try to say although you didn't pay all your interest off and I said when I came in here I clearly asked what's the full payment so I can pay it off and they said all will you forgot $0.45 on this day and I was like the day I paid it off so you didn't include the $0.45 on the payoff Ono will you didn't ask for that yes I did I ask for the full payoff amount do not do not shop with these people cuz they do not know how to apply payments

We really enjoyed the customer service that Britton provided at the Omaha store. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He explained the pros and cons of the dishwashers we were interested in. He kept our purchase in our budget range. We definitely would do any future business with him.

Everyone but the cashier was great. Didn t really appreciate how he handed my mother a item and said you can put it in the bag if you want. Very snarky. There was no hello or thank you. He didn t Seem to care about being there.

Gette from Ashley furniture did not stop looking for the floor lamp we saw a couple of years ago in your store. Then we had John Braddock as our sales person and he went over and beyond in finding the measurements of the box to see if it would fit in our vehicle to take back home in Arkansas.
Good selection and great prices on higher-end, quality merchandise. NFM may not be the best choice for shoppers with a price-first approach, but if you're ready for a step up, you'll be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere.
