I love Nebraska Furniture Mart,every time I go people are always so friendly and helpful!

I ve been a customer of NFM for 20 years and they have always had the best customer service. When something was wrong with my order, they ALWAYS correct the problem immediately. Highly suggest.

Went to purchase multiple twin mattresses for our children. The first associate showed us where they were, but then walked off. Ended up calling an associate to the cashier desk to check us out. She did a fantastic job and got a decent sale in return.

Pickup was smooth as usual and they secured them to our trailer very well.

We looked at fridges for a while but seeing our options in person not online truly helped and having a salesman listen to our needs truly sealed the deal. He introduced us to a fridge we didn t see before and you can t beat being in stock and next day delivery - thanks Travis!

Good financing deals. Unfortunately, the disconnect between their website and the physical store reminds me of the early days of ecommerce.

Both of my salesmen from the rug and mattress department were very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially appreciated the rug person who spent a lot of time with me on two separate occasions to select the perfect area rug for my new house. Thank you!

Dixie N x23913 greeted us promptly and answered all of our questions about microwaves...which is what we were shopping for. Our Maytag microwave died after 15 years...it was purchased at NFM! We were unable to get another Black Maytag without a special order. We needed one today and she searched her tablet to find one to suit our needs.

I have always had a great experience at Nebraska Furniture Mart. The employees are knowledgeable and kind. We have worked with several employees that have helped us find the right product for the right price.

Rick helped us purchase our kitchen table set.

Cisco assisted us in purchasing our nursery set and was very knowledgeable about all of the products he recommended us including the mattress.

Ron helped us find a carpet cleaner that worked for the space we needed and price we range we were looking for.

Martin in clearance assisted us with a few products we were looking at and was a pleasure to converse with.

All of these staff members we have worked with over the course of a few years, yet they have left great enough impressions with me that I remember each experience and all of their names. We will continue to shop at Nebraska Furniture Mart and take advantage of the employees expertise and advice for as long as we live near NFM. Truly a great place to shop.

Ari was the salesperson I worked with and was very polite and extremely helpful in the middle of a crazy weekend before Christmas Saturday. I will definitely be back!!!

We made a special trip to the Omaha store (over an hour drive for us), specifically to buy a dishwasher that we found on their website. We waited about a half an hour for someone to finally help us, & then he told us that even though their website said they had it in stock, they did not. So we had to special order it & wait a month for it to be delivered. Today it was finally delivered, but when my husband unpacked it, it was so dented up that we can't even get the door open! Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for another one & Hope that it's not dented too! Very disappointed with our experience to say the least!

Hard to find a sales associate to assist us in buying a bedroom set. Then it turns out the mirror won t be available Until next month i this and I think fine, I can pick that up. Oh, but later it turns out the desk also won t be available and will be a separate $89 delivery fee. They suggest I talk to customers service about the delivery fee. Customer service tells me they contract out those services and can t waive the second delivery fee. Oh, and next month is actually the end of next month, 7 weeks away. I have been a loyal customer for years but their service the past five years has been substandard and seems to be getting worse. I will Likely cancel this order and find something elsewhere. I m not likely to return again.

We have four grandkids that asked to be able to sit at the table with us. I felt this was and is the best solution. Thank you.

Ordered all kitchen appliances kitchen aid. Three appliances are great. Refrigerator was special ordered said it would be 2 weeks. It got delayed 4 times. Hopefully it will get delivered next week.

We were in search of bed frames for our teenage sons. While we eventually found something for each of them, we were disappointed that most options were mdf wood vs. solid wood.

Coby at the Nebraska Furniture Mart in Omaha was amazing!!! He worked with me for a good hour helping me find a laptop for my kids. His customer service was top-notch!!

My salesman was new to the Mart but he impressed me as thorough and made strong efforts to answer my questions. I ll look for him next time I m in.

We had previously made purchases at the KC NFM. On 01/07/2019 we stopped by the Omaha NFM on our way home from a trip, to look at area rugs. We were greeted by Cassy Steinbaugh in the rug department. She was wonderful. She was so helpful in showing us many options and designs. We love our rugs! A huge thank you to Cassy!

I had an idea on what I wanted and the sales lady was very good at helping me and answering all my questions. The transaction was pleasant and fast, which I needed because I had a considerable drive home.

I just want to start by saying I ve shopped at NFM for years and always happy with my purchases but I had to write this review in regards to my uncle and his wife. They spent well over 3000.00 for new furniture and over the years tens of thousands, his wife is waiting on a heart transplant and when the furniture was delivered the delivery people wouldn t move the furniture into their house. It s the job of delivery people to deliver the furniture and you would think they would do more then dropping it in the lawn. It s not like someone needing a heart transplant can move furniture and if the delivery people are getting paid they should be considerate of people that need the help. Poor customer service and even worse they hardly had any human compassion.

So, I am not a big fan of Nebraska Furniture Mart. Why, because they're the pretty much only Furniture store in the Omaha Metro area. That being said, my wife and I had a really great experience. Our previous set was in desperate need of replacement. Our Salesperson, Steve was amazing. We told him exactly what we wanted, quality over anything else. We googled reviews of the set he recommended and he was spot on. We hope to enjoy it as much as we did in the store! Thanks Steve for making this actually enjoyable!

There was a wide variety of recliner sofas like we were looking for, which gave us the opportunity to try out several. The salesman, Steve, was very friendly and helpful.

Nebraska Furniture mart is all bad service and oversold goods, They sell you a service that they don't provide. I have bough a lot of furniture and appliances there like a dummy because Omaha has little to offer when it comes to furniture and home appliances. But there sale tactics to buy insurance and warranties that will never apply is all false advertisement, I wish I have never gone there. At the same time paying for horrible carpet installation in my house. if you have stock dump that trash and do not buy any warranty and or installation here their horrible service and customer service I am planning to drop the couch at the door so they deal with it.

Sales associates were very helpful and the loading crew was very polite and quick.

Bob was very patient with us while we tried to pick out the correct mattress to fit our new Murphy Bed and find a dresser. He's very informative and helpful.

A whole lot of furniture to choose from and decent prices too, amazing deals as well.

Black Friday at the Mart was great. Paid for three items on sales floor with an associate and was able to pick up the speakers from the warehouse. I got lucky as the checkout lines were very long but still great customer service. Good idea too to open at 7 am and not earlier.

I first ran into a manager named Tony. He was gracious and was really nice while I was looking at daybeds. I appreciated that he asked me if I wanted to have him grab a salesperson and didn t push one on me. I the made my decision and I saw another associate and began to ask question. Her name was Anna and she was the sweetest. She s worked for NFM for 25 years or so and helped me complete my purchase easily, I will definitely be back to see her.

We placed a special order for a custom made Amish dining room set. Our sales associate Jeff knows this furniture line inside and out and guided us through the process showing and explaining all the different options and I think the price was right for the fine quality furniture we ordered.

I have been a customer for many years and have unfortunately moved away from Omaha. I have enjoyed the fact that I was always able to get items shipped to me even in different states. However now that I live in California I am no longer able to get items shipped to me. Does NFM not like their loyal customers? Does NFM not like California? Or, is like everything else and California is messing it up for loyal customers?

We ve bought our appliances, beds, furniture, and TV s from NFM. Curt was great today! The staff is the reason we keep coming back.

I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart today and was very well Greeted when I walked into the store & as walked downstairs to where the beds& mattresses are.i met a salesman named Ron who showed me around and took his time letting me feel the comfort ness of the beds and styles of the beds they sold. He was very honest and forward. With explaining everything I asked about the beds or mattresses I will give that salesman Ron a 10 average for listening and being very professional about his job.

Our salesman was super knowledgeable and made the appliance shopping process easy! Patrick B - thanks for helping us find what WE needed and not what you had to sell.

I would have given 5 stars but finding someone to help was less than "friendly customer service". I'll give 4 stars because Rachel Adams came to the rescue, helped me with a smile and understanding. Will be looking for this lady every single time I go back from now.

Very easy buying experience, the sales person was very helpful. However when I picked my chairs up good thing we opened one box because one of the four I bought happened to be the wrong height. Then I had to wait for them to go find another one.

Our salesman Jacob was excellent! Knowledgeable and helped guide us through our options without being pushy.

I have been doing alot of business with the Mart lately. I have bought 2 tv, 3 beds and several pieces of furniture over the past few months. I used several sales people and every one of them were wonderful to do business with. They made the whole experience a good one.

I am very happy that I got my new phone at NFM. The young lady who helped me did a fantastic job.

Best service at the best price. I always get the extended warranties when offered, the mart always stands behind its products.

What a complete joke this place has become. Went to buy some furniture at Mrs B's. Free driveway delivery for $299 and up. My bill was $800 but they told me that one of the pieces they couldn't driveway deliver because it wouldn't be in Factory Packaging. They wanted me to pay to have the one piece delivered but yet it was all purchased together. Common sense is not so common. Emily the manager refused to help at all with the situation. They lost a sale because of one piece of furniture that would not be included and they wanted me to pay full price for delivery but yet I was spending $800. Tell me if that makes any sense? What has happened to you Nebraska Furniture Mart? Complete joke of customer service and working with someone. on the bright side, Cade the sales person was very nice and helpful. They basically wanted me to pay the same price for delivery that the piece almost cost. What a joke!

Deb J. helped us and she listened to what I was looking for and understood. She then in a very short time guided us to the perfect products for us at a very reasonable price. Very thrilled that I didn't have to spend hours trying to make a decision after decision. Very helpful.

Deb Johnson was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, she also gave us time to make our decision without hovering over us. it was an expensive purchase and I appreciated being able to buy without feeling pressured. The prices were also very good and we are happy with the free delivery

Ordered some items I needed right away for work. I had planned to place my order and pick them up same day at the store, but when I saw free delivery guaranteed the next day, I took that option.

I called the next day at 5:30pm to check on the status and they told me wouldn't be delivered for another three days later and that when the website says delivery, it means when they ship it out -- not when it is delivered. I said I need the items earlier and asked if I could come pick it up at the store and they said no because they've already shipped. The only solution was to charge me twice so I can drive across town to pick up and drive back again and process a refund on the delivery.

Here's a nice FYI: If you say delivery is guaranteed my a certain date, that means when it will be delivered.

I already knew what i wanted when i went in. Everyone who helped me was great! Finding someone to help me purchase it was easy, and she was fast! And the guy that Tetrised it into my car was amazing as well! Good job guys And Thank you!

The NEFM sales person that helped me, Roberto, was outstanding! He provided me with insights on the appliances I was looking for, checked out possible rebates, set up a delivery that met with my schedule. All the while being professionally courteous, listening to my needs and giving wonderful advise without wasting my time.

Brad was very professional and did a great job in the granite/flooring department however there was either an inventory error, or a manufacturer error. The corner stone I purchased was THE WRONG STONE, and a completely different texture/color. Also NFM is completely out of stock on corner stone pieces for the MS natural stone. #frustration Still love NFM though.

Went to grab a small gift for my husband. They have a great selection of electronics, kitchen gadgets and a variety of other great gifts. The sales people were pretty helpful and I got a great price on an attachment for our kitchen aide stand mixer.

Very friendly staff and great prices and financing!

I have purchased several items from NFM online. All of the items have been of excellent quality. All items were delivered in excellent condition. My washer and dryer are a matched set my kitchen range is gas and I'm looking forward to my couch and loveseat being of the same fine quality.

It has a good selection of products that Target and Walmart doesn't have

Super helpful sales attendant (s) that leave you alone till you need something. We shopped in peace until we found a sectional we loved.. after asking a sales attendant for suggestions on a recliner or rocker to match she had 4 in mind within mins in all different price ranges! Great customer service -Her name was Angie and was in the Omaha store !

I was planning on a wait to pick up my TV, but did not have to wait. Out of warehouse 1 in less than 5 minutes. Great job
