Ray in Dining Tables was great. He was honest and patient.

Salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. Not impressed with the Berkshire discount. Less than a 2% discount on my $1800 purchase. The old NFM from the past is truly gone, the more you buy no longer matters.

I purchased a mattress online and the process went smoothly.

Our shopping experience could not have been better. We expected to be overwhelmed but Dan M made choosing the right carpet so easy and fun. He was there to answer our question but also gave us the space for our own discussions. He answered all our questions and provided expert advice. I elected to pick up my purchase, that too was slick. The item was loaded and secured quickly and efficiently. Everyone kept their distance, nothing to sign, just verbally tell the attendant your drivers license number and your good to go.

Awesome experience! ... Especially with Kristin down in Bedding. I had eyed a bedroom set w while back that was no longer offered. I found a very similar one online at hayneedle but much prefer to buy from NFM. She took the time to find what I was looking for and get me a great deal. She also spent the time to look at many different options for me and the mattress I was shopping for. 10/10 stars if I could give it!

Our refrigerator was delivered today. The two young men who delivered it were truly the best. They let us know when they would be here. They were very well spoken. Gave us all the info we needed and asked us more than once if we had any questions. We were impressed! Polite, respectful, courtious.......can't ask for anything more. Jeran Bentz went above and beyond in helping me with getting a replacement recliner after the one I purchased wasn't suitable as it was causing low back pain. First, I spoke with him on the phone and her gave me some good options. Then due to covid-19 and being immunocompromised, he offered to come in an hour early and allow me in the store before they opened (didn't know he needed permission from maintenance and a 2 week notice for them). So instead, he came in an hour earlier than his shift was supposed to begin to meet me first thing before the store got super busy. All associates are wearing masks which is reassuring for those of us who are more vulnerable. I met him and he brought me over to the recliners we had discussed. He brought disposable covers so I didn't have to sit directly on the chairs and offered to recline them for me so I didn't have to touch the levers. Once I decided which recliner to purchase, he quickly gathered my info and handed me a card with my chair info so I could call in to pay for it. I really appreciated his assistance and will be a returning customer! Thank you NFM!

The associates were more than helpful bought a camera lens and a cooker very knowledgeable but the cashier could have then a little bit more enthusiastic about her job she didn't seem like she really wanted to be there

Found everything I was looking for, and they had the lowest prices around - they even best Amazon's prices.

Went in to get a fitness watch. I had narrowed down my search between two watches (one fitbit, one garmin). My salesperson was able to explain to me the pros/cons of both and listened to what exactly I was looking for in a watch. With his help I picked one and was on my way. Very easy shopping experience that I appreciated.

I would say dropping furniture off at the entrance of an apartment complex when said entrance is about 1/2 mile away is unacceptable. I had to cancel the order since I am not a guy with a truck. What the heck? Really? How is this even an acceptable option?

After reviewing available options at 10 other stores, we stopped by Nebraska Furniture Mart! Needless to say, Nebraska Furniture Mart has so much inventory, we should have just come here first. We perused the rugs in the furniture section, and then spotted the rug section, where Cassy S. X23626 was quick to offer assistance and help us to find, and purchase, a gorgeous LoLoi rug for our music room. Thank you Cassy, the rug pulled the whole room together!

It is a very large store if you are not prepared for it you will become overwhelmed and leave with nothing.

The sales people at NFM were very helpful. They answered questions and helped us to make our purchase with ease.

I had a Horrible experience tonight. I walked in went to grab a sales a sales a person. He was Wonderful. Went to exchange went to customer center. He accused me of stealing I never even touched the stuff. The guy even called security. It's one thing thing to be prevented. I be shopped here 50 years. Never again will I walk in here again ever.

Went to purchase a mattress and the experience was a little frustrating at first. From checking our first mattress to our second, we've must have been approached by 5 different people. became more of an annoyance than help.

However, when we finally needed help Ron Damewood was a great help. I reccomend just ask for him if you need help. We didn't get the pushy vibe from him like the swarm of salespeople on the floor.

Always friendly service and sales reps are knowledgeable about their products. One con with their service. Some of the reps can be pushy which doesn't give the shopper time to think about and be positive about the purchase. But we have always been nfm shopper even for small purchases.

NFM is our go to place for the best deals in town! The experience is even better when you get a great sales associate like Nate in electronics. Well done Nate and NFM! #customerforlife

The sale we went to take part in was only for people financing not for people buying. We witnessed high pressure sales and salesman dishonesty. A salesman named Charles was actually friendly and helpful, but most of the rest either seemed disinterested in helping us or talking amongst themselves. The store is beautiful and there are a whole lot of choices but the prices are much higher than what we were expecting.

Cherri was very helpful! We found the chair we wanted but could not find the right color.
( It was not on showroom floor) . She took the time to find a sample of the coulor we wanted and we bought the chair.

Closed credit card account! The first purchase was good. I found everything online and placed order over the phone. Bought 3 bedroom sets (bedframe, dresser, chest, nightstand and mirrors). The second purchase I drove 2hrs to store for mattress. Rough time getting proper service. Once I placed order and received it, I called to ask to exchange it for a plush instead of the firm. Rep told me too soon had to wait 120days. Now I call 120days later and they say I can't anymore. So I cancelled my account without anyone asking why or if they could change my mind.

Five stars across the board for the excellent service l received today. Love NFM!!

We have purchased nearly all of our furniture from here! Their prices are fantastic! We live in a town with only an Ashley s Furniture Mart and we shop around there, find what we like then order it online through NFM because it is ALWAYS a ton cheaper!

Good shopping experience!! Jackie was extremely helpful!! I would have left a 5 star review if Nebraska Furniture Mart would change their delivery routes to encompass north central Nebraska.

OTR carpet padding delivery: up the road at 402, docks 7-9. Broker gave me 0530 del, gave them 0930. Sat here until crew came on shift. Good thing was I got here before they filled the space with 4-wheelers. As soon as I pulled in, a cop showed up to eyeball me, so that was fun.

The service and sales people are great and very thorough, but when I picked up the bedroom set I purchased and got it home (drove over 100 miles round trip, from out of town) many pieces were missing so will have to be ordered. I will have to wait 7-10 days with my bed in pieces for the replacement parts. This is not acceptable or the way to do business.
