Ordered online pickup took 5 minutes! Price was lower than anywhere else in town!

Sales lady was great Was a price difference between microwave colors. She fixed it so I got the sale price. Payed through her at microwave counter and was on my way in less that 15 min. Great job by a well trained sales person

Went to NFM to get a new tv and set of headphones. Very knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. Was able to get directed right to the models I had researched on the NFM website beforehand, and the transaction was completed in no time. Overall a very pleasant experience

Kirsten did an excellent job helping us select a new bed mattress. She demonstrated product knowledge and was able to immediately help us narrow down our available options from 90 mattresses to 4. We were in and out with a new mattress selected in less than 30 minutes.

David assisted us. We were attempting to find a mattress that would work for my wife who suffers from lower back pain. He was extremely helpful in showing us the best ones to fit our needs without pushing us to spend the most money. David also took the time to ask us questions and really understand what we were looking for. We were very happy with the experiance and will return for future mattress purchases!

The building itself is an attraction. The prices are hit or miss but when they're good they're unbeatable.

Great costumer service, consistently got checked on to make sure I had help. The store did not have a lot of there mice or keyboard on display and had no way of seeing what I bought and considered buying. I also had a advanced question regarding 4K @ 120 fps I was told to buy a $400 cord in special order and they had no idea if it would be any different from my current $40 cord. Please place knowledgeable people on the floor I know u guys have enough money XD

Absolutely Fantastic. After reading Consumer Reports reviews of all the microwave ovens I was quickly able to inspect them all side by side at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Sales persons were available to show me features and answer all my questions. I was able to immediately purchase the best microwave for my needs. And because I had a gift certificate given to me by Nebraska Furniture Mart from a previous purchase the microwave only cost me half price. I have been a customer of Nebraska Furniture Mart since 1985 and will continue !!!

I love Nebraska Furniture Mart. The website is incredibly easy to use and when I pick up my order the employees are so friendly and helpful. The prices are helpful to my budget and allows me to purchase items for family and friends.

They have just about everything here. Can't go wrong with 24 month financing at 0% interest! David was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the appliances that we needed. I know that I will be back again in the future whenever I need to upgrade / get new furniture.

I love this place! My wife and I wanted to take advantage of the 4th of July sales since we are moving to a new place in a month and we needed new furniture and other items. We have been back and forth to NFM for three days looking for different things. We were able to jot down all of the SKU #s so that we could just check out easy. Check out was a breeze and staff was friendly. I ll definitely be back here soon!

I went online to order two pedestals for our Samsung front load washer & dryer. They re available for pickup tomorrow & I was able to charge the purchase onto my NFM card. Was a piece of cake!

I have to say I went to buy a washer and dryer two weeks ago and took them up on their 30 month zero interest I still have not received my washer and dryer that will not be here for another week, my wife wanted to get the kids a bunkbed set and most of the bunkbeds were fairly cheap or poorly made we found a quality bunkbed a highboy chest a desk and a chest with a mirror , I wanted to get a 30 month financing but it exceeded my credit limit and this product will not be delivered for 60 days so using my credit card I have to pay before I even receive the product! the counter lady did not even check to see if there was more room for a higher credit limit as I have not received the card from the original purchase yet , It just seems a slightly misleading Way to do business I would have to read to salesmanship above average the availability to get a decent product above average however the check out process in the financing a little bit of BS two stars no more sorry about your luck , peace love and harmony.

A good selection of furniture. I would caution people to make sure they are paired with someone looking to help you and not just sell you. A good way to ask about insight is seeing if they have deeper information on different kinds of brands. Always a good shopping experience.

Great Place to shop but keep in mind something about the appliance warranties they sell you. They are good warranties but the sales rep will tell you, "If you get a lemon or they cant repair it they will replace it with the same or comparable model" This is not 100% true --> They give you the Depreciated Value ONLY which I got to learn after fighting for my Dishwasher for weeks now. My $1000 dishwasher they are giving me $523 due to 4 years of depreciated value, so I'm still stuck with paying the difference !

I love that every time we go into NFM, the sales people don t hound you. On this trip, Debbie was polite, helpful, and got us out the door quickly.

I like to come here for all my big furniture in the house they have everything for everyone in every budget.. 03/05/20 we purchased some flooring a week or so ago and It turns out we bought the wrong trim (no surprise there). I went back to the flooring department to get instructions on how to exchange it and Stephanie, in flooring customer service, took care of the whole thing for me. She did all the exchange on paper and had Russ put in the order for the correct trim. They were all kind and helpful and I enjoyed Stephanie s personable approach to my exchange.

We had an excellent experience with Dixie in home appliances. She was so knowledgeable about everything. The prices were great and what we needed was in stock. The pick up experience was fast and friendly too!! As always NFM was right on the money!!!

Pretty good online experience. It was easy to navigate. A little disappointed in the price of home delivery, so I opted for pickup. We purchased a new washing machine there a couple of years ago and there was no extra charge for that delivery. So that's the only negative I have.

So far I pleased with doing business with Nebraska Furniture Mart. I haven't received my furniture yet, but the website is great!

I usually have great experiences at NFM, but this was my 1st time ordering from them online. I wasn't happy when the delivery date changed once I hit confirm and played for the item that I wanted. I immediately contacted them, they apologized and said that my item was being sent out right away. I still didn't receive my item on the day it was promised.

Before today I thought shopping for a mattress was just as easy as pointing to one and saying I'll take it. Turns out there are like a million things you need to know about choosing the mattress that's right for you. Luckily NFM has Lisa to help people in that journey. I test drove a few and learned which ones are good for my back and which ones will try and fold up and murder me in my sleep. Lisa was very patient with our bedding ignorance and explained everything very well. If you haven't bought a bed since the 90s, hit up the Mart and ask for Lisa to help you out. You will have her to thank for a good night's sleep.

Helped almost immediately when we entered, we needed directions. Looked around a short time before a representative asked if we knew what we wanted, he was very nice, very helpful and if he didn't know something, he found out. I wasn't the easiest person to decide what I wanted, he took good care of me. Thanks

Love this place! All my big purchases for our home come from here (electronics, furniture ect.) Bought a computer a couple days ago and was having trouble with it. Brought it back, no problems, and the salesman Rick helped me get everything I needed. Would recommend NFM to everyone.

Rick from Home Office/Electronics was extremely helpful and kind. He was so easy to work with that another lady walked up while we were talking and said, Rick, I want to work with you and only you. Meet me in the TV section!

The salesman was great. We got what we needed. Warehouse pick up could be quicker. Otherwise it was a great experience.

We had the chance to work with Marco and Tim in the carpet and flooring department both made the process very easy to find the best option to meet our needs. We also worked with members of the area rug department and ended up finding options to tie into our overall design plan.

Average furniture store with a four star rating for variety and selection. I ve been here 3 times now and it wasn t as easy as I wanted to find someone willing to make a sale. Especially for commission based business this should be waaaay easier. Also I give the fourth star for having a nursing area inside the women s bathrooms in an entry area separated from the toilets for those too shy to plop down on a couch or at a barstool to nurse their baby :) thanks nfm !

Great experience tom was a great sales person. But the cashier was terrible like she looked like she hated her job and almost forgot to give us our discount.

I have purchased many pieces of furniture, appliances, and flooring over the years and have always been very satisfied with the quality and service, however my last purchase was a dining table and chairs for my kitchen that has been very disappointing. Shortly after the warranty had expired the laminate top on the table bubbled up in two places. I should mention that I live alone and take good care of my furniture so I was very surprised to find my table in this condition. I called NFM and they were unable to do anything to remedy the problem. The warranty had expired and the manufacturer had gone out of business. I had not purchased the extended warranty since I felt that the table would get minimal use and I had never had an issue with previous laminate top tables that I had owned. Perhaps NFM should do more to ensure the manufacturers make a better product before they agree to sell their line.

New Refrigerator and Microwave today! Caught the end of the 4th of July sale and met salesperson Britton Wood, who is was very knowledgeable on the appliances! I received stellar service, enjoyed a well informed salesperson about the appliances and got the deal of the century! Hands down NFM is consistently the only place in Omaha to go buy appliances Thank you Britton for your kindness, knowledge & phenomenal customer service ! We r saving your card for when we come back.

Nebraska Furniture Mart has made purchasing furniture very easy and the price was perfect. I am completely satisfied with the prompt service of the sales people. I'll shop here again and recommend to others.

Would give it 5 stars except we've had to wait over a month to have our many purchases delivered although they had all items in stock.

There was a little mix up on what phone I was getting, but Morgan immediately fixed the issue with no hesitation.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and thorough. Made what could have been a stressful experience actually an enjoyable time.

It's hard to believe how many sales people just walked right past us without asking us anything or ignored us as we walked past them seating on the sofas and chairs! The store was not busy as it was Halloween. Wow!
