My buying experience at Nebraska Furniture Mart was very excellent. I was treated with kindness and respect. I will recomend it to anyone having the need to buy any particular piece of furniture.

People are always friendly and helpful. Had some issues with their dishwasher sales people but the flooring and bedroom furniture people were knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we were educated about our purchases.

Excellent, it usually depends on the seller you get that determines your experience at Nebraska furniture Mart. Our seller was very sweet, not pushy at all, but very very informative. She answered all of our questions she took her order very Fast and from now on when we go there we will make sure she is there. We asked for her card.

Started with a great experience on the floor with Jon Williams. Found a nice selection bought a nice product at a good price. Got the product home, discovered shipping damage. Called my salesperson who immediately arranged for redelivery and product pickup. Could not have been more pain free and enjoyable. Great work John!

Because of the fraud that Nebraska Furniture Mart is trying to pull on my parents I will never purchase from them again! I am in the market for a new bed and washer and dryer, but I will not be doing business with these scam artists!

They provided my mom with a copy of the 14 boxes of hardwood flooring that she returned to them when they picked it up. They have crossed it off of their copy after leaving her house and are charging my parents about $2000 claiming they never recieved them. If you didn't receive them then why did you give her a receipt showing otherwise and then scratch that part out on your copy, but not hers? Scam artists here take your business elsewhere unless you want to be scammed!!

Had great experience with entire staff! All salespeople, all persons from the loading area, cashiers, security personnel and the staff at the credit counter. Our first experience was with Nick who is now in the Appliance Department, at the time he was working in the furniture department. He waited patiently and was able to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions both to accommodate our needs and budget. At that time we were unable to purchase due to the size of our vehicle but he gladly helped us anyway. When calling back a week later he had changed departments however he directed our call to another associate and she quickly processed our order. When entering the asset protection person at the door treated us with a smile and a warm hello. From there we met several sales people and all were very knowledgeable about the items being sold. Needless to say we went in to pick up two items and left with eight. Thank goodness I had a trailer. And i must also say that two gentlemen at the loading dock were also very professional and fun. they loaded my furniture with care and made sure it was well secured. Thank you Nebraska furniture mart for a wonderful experience

It was great. The only person in your mattress area who offered help was Ron Damewood, and he was absolutely the best!!! Not only a great salesman, but a decent person. I give him a 10 !!

Sarah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I get overwhelmed if I have too many options and she helped me narrow it down. NFM has a huge selection of recliners to chose from. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience.

I wish if there was a negative rating , I would have given that. We bought a couch 3 months back and since then we are waiting for our couch to be arrived and every 3 weeks they push the delivery date to another 3-4 weeks. I understand there s a pandemic going on but still 3 months is a really really long time to deliver a couch. The customer service is horrible. I am a first time customer and I am NEVER ever going to buy anything from NFM nor I would recommend it to any of my friends or family. This is so frustrating.

Edit- Latest Update - I wrote this review 3 weeks back when they pushed the delivery date from Aug 18th to September 8th. I called this morning to customer support to find out if they are delivering the furniture today or not as they didn t bother to send any delivery updates via email or text. And as expected they said they won t be delivering the furniture. And they said they don t have any dates when they can deliver it. Looking for furniture somewhere else and as soon as I find a good living room set somewhere else, I ll cancel my order at NFM because I don t know if they are planning on delivering my furniture anytime soon. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They keep your thousands of dollars and then don t bother delivering what they promised. STAY AWAY FROM NFM...

Buying furniture and appliances for our new home. Found what we wanted to buy and then Carole Rose, w her long experience at Furniture Mart, was very helpful in getting us through checkout ( and a couple followup checkouts) and provided very helpful advice on the better products for price.
David Gonzalez, while not as experienced as Carole, was very helpful in looking up, if needed, and answering our questions to get the appliances we desired and in explaining a savings offer.
We would have appreciated a bit of a discount since we purchased over $18,000 in goods but that didn't discredit the service we received.

I had a great experience buying a new mattress. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also efficient. Took us less than 30 mins to pick it out and pay... which is extremely nice when you have a kiddo along for the shopping.

Checkout and pickup was fine. What I got did not match the description. I ordered a Blu-Ray + DVD combo pack. I went in to customer service and found that they no longer carry that so you get just the Blu-ray. Not the end of the world, but there is no excuse to not update the website.

Granted it was close to the end of the day but.... He was nice enough to give us some space to browse and then jump in when we were deciding to help us find a sofa that fit our parameters. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the a refrigerator we purchased. We were very pleased with our NFM experience because of John!.

I had the easiest and quickest purchase at NFM and all was made possible by my salesperson Joe Perez. He was the most professional, friendly and respectful person I have dealt with at any place in a very long time. He showed me what I was looking for and helped with explaining all the new features on it. I appreciated his respectfulness with his Yes, Ma'am and No Ma'am. This is one person who is going far in his future. I can't say enough good about him. I wish him well in whatever he chooses to do, whether it is with NFM or on to another position. Kudos to Joe

Most of the time, I get an employee that goes over and beyond to help out (Ami-customer service) some others, need some work. I have purchased 2 different kitchen tables/chairs, both had to be returned. But my bed, that's a good purchase and I love it! Delivery and the guys that delivered, great! I would say 50% of the Electronics guys, need to listen to the customer and what the customer wants, not the High $ things they want to sell. Same with Appliances, that's why I don't have a new refrigerator! But I will, one day! But my Recliner, was a much better experience and I appreciate all the help on that one! The NFM app, I love! I can shop, check ads, and yes pay my bill! Why the 'high stars? Overall, I would go to NFM 1st!

We brought thousands of dollars worth of stuff. Sectional couch , fire place tv, etc. Couch was delivered with broke leg/foot . They will ship me the piece. Fire place damaged was going to come replace it. On day of delivery they called said the one they were bringing me was also damaged and did I still want it !? Come on now !!! Gave us $100 back and $25 store credit. Wow

I immediately paid my bill when I entered the store and the clerk was very pleasant and helpful (as always in this department). I had some questions about a radio/stereo I planned to buy; but, when I went to that department three salesmen were having a gabfest and I couldn t catch their eye. I ll bet that at any time your store is open at least 50% of your sales staff is involved in conversation. It s very off putting, to say the least! You re the best furniture store in the Midwest without a question, but your sales staff sucks!!
