Salesman responded extremely well to our needs, did not try to sell over our budget, checked inventory, made delivery arrangements for us. Once he checked inventory we found there was the refrigerator (special order) in stock. We bought the refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher from him

We were in there earlier tonight. Had a different salesman who tried to move me away from the refrigerator I wanted. Did not check inventory.

Normally the employees are super nice and willing to help. I asked one of the guys in TV if they sold safes. I know it wouldn't be in his department but I wasn't sure NFM sold any at all. He gave me a dirty look and said "now why would we sell those here" it made me mad,a simple no we don't would have been more appropriate of an answer.

Huge furniture, appliance, and electronics store that offers credit as well as delivery options. Usually the products are high end with plenty of sales staff to provide assistance. I've found better deals elsewhere, but you pay extra for the name and customer service. It's also fun to just walk around in.

The salesperson was so helpful and great to deal with. I will recommend NFM to all my friends and family.

Today I dealt with your great delivery group what an awful decision that was! If I would have just went with all the other bad reviews I should have just done the job myself! For a delivery person to be late two hours and then to get out of your truck while parked where you need to be and make every excuse in the book as to why you cannot deliever. Then the next time you can bring it out is a week away sorry I ll be taking my buisness somewhere else.

The visit was good but the sales people we're rude. We walked by several of your associates. Only two asked if we needed help. One just went to the white couple and walked by me and my fiancee. We are a mixed couple and wanted to buy a bedroom set. We were upset but looked anyway. I would have given you a higher rating but that display of judging is very inconsiderate.

We had terrible luck with the design services they offered. She forgot to order items, never called or checked when the items came in, and lastly after ordering over 10K in items they still "had to" charge delivery.

UPDATE: I have moved my stars up because they have contacted me and offered a resolution to our experience. This was a great example of customer service.

Always treated well and feel like we got a good deal on furniture! Called today to move up the delivery date and they took care of it without a problem! Love NFM!!

Nebraska Furniture is the best place to buy your furnitures!! Been buying my furniture since 2008. I love to look around and it just gets you in the mood to go buy stuff. The sale person s are amazing and help you out and answer any questions you have. It s very helpful that they understand and answer your questions. I highly recommend Nebraska furniture Mart

Pretty disappointed. I bought a tv stand tonight at the mart and when I got home I noticed the outside of the box had significant damage. When I open the box I found two of the main parts of the stand to be pretty damaged. Really hope someone at nfm can make this right. Not at all up to their standards in sales.

Cory was very knowledgeable about the stove and microwave/hood. He acted in a friendly and professional manner.

After I found the area in the store where the product I was looking for was at, which wasn t that easy due to the size of the store and relatively low volume of the product (office chair floor mat), the purchasing process was outstanding.

Salesman knew the product, found out if it was in stock, placed the order, processed my credit card payment and printed out my receipt in minutes. No waiting in any line. Drove through Warehouse A and in minutes and was done and gone.

Great process, and quality of the product and price was better than I could find online.

People on staff were knowledgeable and helped me find a variety of products that fit what I was looking for. Ultimately ordered items online, but their info was helpful in deciding on that purchase!

I went in with a list of SKUs and not only did I have FOUR people helping me, I received the best customer service. The woman in the camera section took time to help understand what I needed the camera for, explained a bunch of features, and really helped me out. The other gentleman helped make sure I received free delivery on my TV. Another girl brought me over to the speaker I was looking for and then another gentleman was kind enough to grab me a cart because I clearly underestimated the size of the boxes. A wonderful experience and I was happy to spend a bit more than I planned because customer service like that is worth it!

Great experience!! Needed a new computer for my business, went in and browsed a bit then had a saleman help me pick out the best fit for what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and didn't steer me to the highest price computer. He explained the components and which was the best bang for my buck!! I appreciated that!!

We decided on a gorgeous wood file cabinet through Brenda F (X24406) at the Omaha store. She was very sweet. We wanted to look at high top kitchen tables to purchase, so she told us the quickest way through the building to the kitchen furniture. It took us no time to get there & agree on a beautiful 5 pc cherry dining set. Richard O (X24949) helped us with the table, & we were able to purchase both through him right at the table, at one time. SO customer friendly! We love NFM & their polished customer service representatives!!

He helped us narrow down the carpet we might want in our living room and offered to send samples to further decide what might look best. He even showed how to save money by clearing out furniture & taking up the old carpet by ourselves. We appreciated his assistance.

I would have given 4stars if you carried more of the movies in this series. It was easy ordering and glad I can pick them up and not have to pay shipping.

Salesman was knowledgeable of products which were purchased, there was confusion as to install of appliances and delivery, and when items were delivered white glove handling which was paid for was to be no where near what actually was received as per delivery service and I should have never wasted efforts towards emphasis on such. Delivery was made without enough people to successfully assemble the product and showed up without proper tools and without having the purchased hardware which was purchased with the product, very poor service. White glove delivery is a joke with this company, Just fortunate that the product was not damaged during the delivery transport and during assembly when delivery drivers attempted to make due with use of wrong hardware which was found in the truck for who knows where

The gentleman who helped us, was very patient with me. I took a long time to make up my mind. Loading the car was very quick and easy.

I would not purchase their extended warranty for Washers and Dryers. I submitted a claim for a broken Samsung washer a month ago now and still waiting for the washer to be fixed. I have called Nebraska Furniture Mary several times regarding the issue and they do not stand behind the warranty they sell. The process has been horrible. Why pay for a warranty and still have to be without a major appliance for over a month. Very unacceptable customer service all the way around.

Update to my headache, the washer is still broken. They tried to fix the appliance for 3 hours using a broken piece, it still did not work. As a customer I have to wait again for another part to be mailed. After 7 weeks of no washer I had to spend my money to get a new washer. NFM or their warranty company did not see it an issue that a customer has been waiting for 7 weeks for an appliance to be fixed under warranty. A scam of my money and time!!!! Once again the customer has to spend more money as no one will take responsibility for the errors that have occurred in this process. So disappointed in NFM .

I walked in after weeks of research and, asked the 1st sales rep that I saw in appliances to show me the choices I I was torn between. I asked for the good and bad differences between the two. William was very patient and showed me both. He was able to show me a 3ed choice, still in my price range with all of the features that I wanted, but more room in the LG brand(one of my 2 choices only bigger). I am very happy with my final choice and can't wait for it to arrive. William Isham is the type of employee that brings me back to NFM.

I had a very pleasant experience. Every employee I encountered was so helpful. I was able to get the main item I came for and another item I found that I wasn't shopping for at this time but needed and couldn't beat the price so got it now. Nathan seemed very knowledgeable on electronics and he offered more information. Two other employees were very helpful in getting me to the right department and finding help right away.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. The store was well organized for Black Friday. I love the quality of products and the sensible prices.

Recently purchased appliances here. Not the best experience as they were damaged upon arrival. After all of that, we find ourselves in need of washer and dryer. Excellent experience, excellent price, wonderful helpful sales person.

We had a very good experience at Nebraska furniture Mart today we bought a fridge and the guy was very attentive and he even said to go home first and make sure it fits before we pay for it which is unusual people like to usually get the sale more than I do or care whether it fits or not so we're very pleased with our sales person and we will definitely buy again

It took a while for someone to help me although a couple of associates were not helping anyone. I look over at them, but they continued talking. I started to look eave, but when Steve T finished with his customer, he asked me if I was being helped. I told him no and I had a question about the Swiveling TV Base and he answered my questions and sold the item to me. Thanks Steve for your good customer service. Although I gave NFM 3 stars, I will give Steve T 5 stars.

The salesperson was fantastic. She helped us get the right mattress for our transition bed for our little one. She also recognized that our toddler was with us and we were on borrowed time- she was prompt, polite, and helpful.

All details handled smoothly. I would definitely use the online drive through pickup again if I ever need to.

The salespeople available were preoccupied with their own personal conversations and phones to help me. I literally sat in the store and ordered a range on my phone. There were 4 sales people within in 5 feet of me. I wish there was another competitor in the Omaha area with a wide selection. I hate shopping at NFM but have been a customer for 11 years (not happily either). I hope others don't share my experience and I would hope things improve as I am also a shareholder.

Ricky was an excellent sales person at NFM!!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He could answer every question we asked. He was very patient with us and showed us numerous merchandise for us to choose from. He was very friendly and sociable! He was also very professional! He did an excellent job explaining how it was going to be delivered after we purchased it ,the costs of everything, the warranty and everything that it covered and if we wanted it and yes we opted to take it. Ricky is definitely an asset! He deserves a 10 out of 10 for his excellent service he gave us!!! We will be back and we will be requesting Ricky to help us on our next purchase!!!!

Nothing to sure real. Easy place to shop at if you need help ask. All the staff are great and easy to work with. There knowledgeable about the department there in. An great at matching color ideas in the furniture. Nice part is you can check out never need to wait in lines if it shelf items. If you want a beer to shop won't recommend we make fast chooses sober!!

I cannot truthfully rate the store sales area, online or in-store, as I just went to pickup a couple of large office chairs as someone else ordered them online but the pickup service area went quickly and efficiently. I was in and out within 10 minutes which includes stopping at the squawk box (like those in drive in theaters or found in gated places), the short drive to the pick up area assigned me, a couple of minutes waiting for confirmation from one of the pick up people, plus 1 or 2 minutes wait for them to bring the chairs out and tie them down in the back of my pickup. The pick up service personnel were quick, courteous and efficient! Great work guys!

First step in our search for a new sofa and loveseat began months ago. It usually takes us several visits to make a decision! With the Labor Day sale going on, we decided another visit was in order to look and decide if we wanted power or manual reclining pieces. Friday we narrowed it down to 2 possibilities, both manual reclining pieces. Lynn Katelman was the only salesperson to stop and speak with us. Today, Sunday 9/2, we returned to make our decision. Lynn was working with another couple, but after helping them, she immediately came to us and remembered us too! We didn t feel rushed to buy or to finalize the purchase. We felt like a valued customer! Give Lynn Katelman a raise, she is an excellent representative for Nebraska Furniture Mart!
