I came here today and was looking at headphone for about 25 minutes and nobody came to ask me if I needed help. I actually needed it but resolved it myself and ended buying it. I know is holiday season and I didn't seek the help but sometimes the fact that a salesman is aware of you feels good sometimes.

We had a nice day of getting our shopping done. It was busy so there were less sales people than normal, but we appreciated the financing deal a manager was able to get us. It was nice to be able to buy everything we needed in one place.
Picked out our furniture 6/16/20, was never told it wasn't in stock. Supposed to be delivered on 6/23/20... didn't happen! Got a call the day before telling us that delivery is delayed until 7/22/20, not going to happen! Another delivery date, 7/28/20. Again, not going to happen. Another delivery date for 7/17/20(today), got a call (yesterday), Sorry, not going to be delivered until 7/22/20. Got another call today (7/17) . Now it will be delivered on 7/29/20. 6 different delivery dates! So disappointed!
Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased over $3000 worth of furniture during a promotion where you receive free pillows with the mattress. First, they ordered queen pillows when I asked for king. Then they ordered the king but I was charged full price for them. Them I contacted customer service over 10 times over the next 3 weeks. I was either disconnected, told I would be called back and then wasn't, and my email was never returned. Here I am, weeks later with no pillows to show for this nonsense, and had I not noticed the error, I probably would have been charged for pillows that never came also. Very frustrating experience.
Edited to add: I finally got ahold of someone who could help me. The rep was courteous and efficient.... And it was all fixed over Facebook messenger. Who would have thought Facebook would trump calls and emails!!
The product I ordered was very reasonably priced and was available for immediate pick up. I had to email customer service with an important question. It was outside normal business hours on a Friday and they replied very quickly. That was a huge relief as I need this issue resolved before the weekend was over. I am very satisfied with the order process.
Went looking for sofa table and dining room table and chairs. Found a sofa table. Sat on the couch while they looked to see if in stock, rang up order and paid for it. A lot better system than years ago when there. Drove to warehouse and it was loaded up within 5 minutes. Nice staff. Didn't follow us around but was there when we were ready to buy.
All three of the salesmen I worked with were very friendly and helpful! We are a victum of the floiding and it was pretty stressful picking out all the appliances and flooring. They made it very easy.
Larry was one of the most courteous, helpful and efficient sales reps I have ever met. He did an awesome job in a very timely manner. He deserves a big bonus.
Salesman was nice once one finally came over to help me. Sold me a tv and a DVD player, said I just pick up everything I need from the warehouse. So I didn't get to see the DVD player box in the store that says HDMI cord not included. So now I'm home setting up my equipment and he did not tell me I needed an HDMI cord to hook up the DVD player to the TV so I can't even use all of the electronics I just spent time shopping for.
I bought a $1400 treadmill and paid the $109 delivery charge with the understanding that it would get set up also. This is what happened with the refrigerator and sectional I bought. Nope. There is an extra charge for getting your treadmill set up. I was told I was paying the delivery charge for them to bring it to my home. I could have bought it on Amazon for the same price and paid nothing for delivery. I will not be duped again by NFM. BTW, $109 seems a little excessive for delivery.
On April 29th 2019 me and my wife spent over 2,000 dollars on a California king mattress here. We pick it up and drove home 2 plus hours. upon getting home we layed the matress on our bed frame only to find out it was the wrong size, a king. We called the store the next day. They set up a delivery in the middle of may 2019 to get us the right one this time. Well a day before they came they called stateing they had the wrong mattress a queen this time. They reschedule our delivery AGAIN for today June 5th. Today they get to our house only to deliver us the wrong mattress again another queen. They have wasted anuff of my time and my wifes time. I'm asking for a full refund and never shoping here again, very bad experience. Was going to get all new living room set from here this summer but it's not worth the headaches. I'll take my money elsewhere
Wow, it is humungous. We normally visit the one in Kansas City but were in town with friends. The only difference was it was much more spread out. A lot of walking. They have very friendly sales people. And a large selection for every price point.
Good overall experience with plenty of help inside with Associate Deb to suggest which desk would work for me. The pickup was fast and the associate that helped me was friendly as well.
Shopping experience was easy. I do heavy price comparisons when I buy items over $100, and NFM blew its competitors out of the water on the items I purchased. The fantastic prices, along with incredibly generous financing, would lead me to recommend NFM to everyone.
We just bought 2 rooms of carpet at Mrs B's behind the NFM In Omaha. Mario helped us pick out quality carpet at awesome prices. Customer service was great and loading was fast and efficient!
Could have been more enthusiastic about helping me. Lots of sslespeople not really in a hurtu to approach me. You got to look like your happy to help even if you atr not.

We had a great experience went in looked for the computer we wanted, checked out right there and walked out. Didn t have to go to the pick-up docks. It was a smooth sailing.

Looked at NFM on website found items we liked. We then went there and found what we had looked at on website, sale people were very helpful and we are pleased with are purchase. We live 2 hours away and we are waiting for delivery in October which is what we set up. More to follow then.
We were shopping for a stove and dishwasher. The salesman helping us at first kept looking around, i took it as he would rather be helping someone else. We had a budget amount he knew about. My husband wanted the 5th burner and I wanted a storage drawer. We found a couple stoves we both liked. And decide on one but the salesman did not go over any features we just chose one as he stood there although he did tell us he had just bought the same one. Really? The dishwasher I wanted 3 level washing, he took us to the 3 that would match best with stove (that is fine), he told us that stainless is less noisy & about bottle jets & the drop rack. I have no idea any other features. Maybe it doesn't. Again he had just bought that model too. hmmm. We were in & out in less then an hour. Spent $1400. What upset my husband the most though is that we can deliver, set up and haul away. Then came the oh well the drivers that go where you live will take them in & haul the others out but they can't hook anything up. Really? If there is a difference because of where you live, find that out before selling the item as if it could be done. My husband told me later he wanted to leave at that point, I suggested cancelling the order and he decided against that. Oh & don't get me started about delivery. I can't wait. Last time was a nightmare. The drivers decided to call the store instead of me at work and complain no one was home, when they didn't call the 1/2 hr before arriving. I was at work 10 min away. It was one of the hottest days of the year and they were sitting in their truck for over 1/2 hour waiting. Nothing to drink. They almost left. Had service to call the store but not to call me? That is weird. We both have to work the day of delivery again both of us 10 min away. Let's see what happens this time.

Emily W, and Kobe are the best sales people there! I recieved nothing but the best level of customer service from them! Emily at Mrs. Bs helped me with my fireplace. When the delivery staff accidentally chipped my mirrored fireplace on the top (I got ot on clearance because it was chipped on the bottom) she went hella above and beyond and got me a brand new one for the same price and delivered it to me the same. Day. Hands down the best gal there! Kobe got me a sweeeet deal on my washer and dryer--that I also got on clearance. My dryer made a funky grinding noise, and no questions asked they called and set up a time to get my dryer now and bring me a new one free of charge and within 48 hours.
Delivery movers are polite, and quick! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for furniture!!

We purchase most of our home furnishings and electronics from NFM. We have had great experiences for the past 9 years. Staff is typically very helpful and knowledgeable, great selection, and even better prices.

I was not asked 1 time if someone could help me. When I did make a decision I had to walk up to a group of 5 employees talking to ask if they could write up a ticket. Went to warehouse 1 there was 1 truck they were bringing boxes out to & 1 car. The car left 15 min later there were several cars and trucks all being loaded and my one small box no place 5 min laters everybody helping all cars & trucks that had arrived. I left after asking if my lamps were anywhere close. They could not tell me how much longer it would be
Good experience. Multiple sales people made contact early on but respected request to let us mattress shop and test at our own speed. When ready with questions and to order, someone was immediately handy.
Went to the area of the store where I was looking at devices. Someone greeted me and asked if they could assist me within a few minutes. I let them know what I was looking for and they let me know I needed to go to a different department to look up the item I wanted. They walked me over to the area and connected me with the associates in that department. They all happened to be helping other customers but assured me they would assist in a few minutes. I waited about ten minutes in the area while they helped other customers. Another associate asked if they could help me. I let them know I was waiting for someone in that dept. They checked in with the associates for me and did some research for the device I wanted, making sure it was in stock and that I was not waiting around for no reason. They did have it in stock and assured me they were almost complete with the other customers. A few minutes went by and an associate in the dept I needed came and got me and assisted me with my purchase and answered all of my questions I had about payment and the device. Even though I had to wait a little bit, I did not feel like I was being forgot about or looked over. I was extremely pleased with the kindness and customer service that was offered.
I bought a baby crib and mattress for our granddaughter when she stays at our house. Our salesman was very helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase.

For a huge store, I get the best service I ve ever experienced. In the store, online chat, over the phone, delivery, all of it. I never waited long for anything and got all my questions answered and accommodated without a blink of an eye. I never got transferred to someone else, and was completely satisfied with my purchase!
Erik was very knowledgeable of drones and helped us make the right decision! They always have a great selection of electronics. I would love them to offer more modern furniture.

We were checking out workout equipment. Salespersons Andrew Hoffman came right up to see if we needed help. Told him we were interested in two workout machines and he started explaining the differences of the two units. We decided on one and he wrote it up and explained the different maintenance programs. We checked on delivery date and opted for a set up also and a mat. Very quick and informative service help.
We were in need of a new washer and called several places without any help. They were too expensive. So we xecixex to visit NE FURNITURE and found what we wanted at a great price.
Nate Grey in electronics was incredible. An extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and funny guy. He knew everything there was to know about PC's highly recommend him to anyone needing help at NFM in electronics.

Purchased a new mattress from Letty. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. I d have given Nebraska Furniture Mart a 5 star rating except that the delivery guys wouldn t take the old mattress and box springs as agreed to at time of purchase. After a phone call back to NE Frn Mart and some arm twisting, they agreed to pick it up tomorrow. Hopefully that will happen.
We purchased our kitchen table and chairs and set up for delivery to Central Nebraska. Upon delivery they dropped off 5 boxes of chairs and 1 very large box for the table. I asked if the entire table was in the box including the leafs. They said yep and left We noticed a gash in the table box and lifted the tear and saw a gash in the table. We called NFM and they credited our card $200. Fast forward 32 days, we moved the table and chair boxes to our new home and began unboxing and assembling. After opening up the table box we found that there was only the slab and leafs but no legs. We immediately called NFM. They told us that they would not send us our legs that they had on video the 2 (TWO) boxes for the table and 5 boxes of chairs being loaded into the delivery truck and nothing being returned. I informed them that the delivery guys told me that had several drops that day. They refused to resend me the legs and furthermore charged me an additional $200 for another set of legs. Now we have been living in our new home and eating off of our old card table. Very very disappointed that we bought a table with no legs from NFM.
Update:
Thank you NFM for refunding me the money back for the legs that I had to buy twice. We still had to drive to Omaha as they would not deliver them. The refund is appreciated.
Tonight, we worked with Andrea Herrero to purchase our first macbook pro. She was an excellent computer sales person. She answered all of our questions, was patient, and did not overwhelm us. She helped us understand the difference between mackbook air and macbook pro. Excellent and friendly service. We also really appreciated Peyton in the mobile department who interpreted for us to help with communication. We are very pleased. Highly recommend going to NFM for your computer needs. We went to the apple store a month ago and were super overwhelmed. Thank you for all you do at NFM!
Had not shopped at NFM in a while and was impressed with the store. I stopped in to compare washers and dryers and was attended to quickly. I opted in to the extended warranty on the washer and opened a new line of credit with NFM. Was in and out of the store in 30 minutes wich is just my style. I only wish I had purchased my TV from NFM, great experience.
