Horrible experience. My wife and I visited the store back in June. We placed an in store order for a sofa. The representative there checked everything and said that they don't have it in store. I want to mention that we didn't request any modification and the order was as it is.
So, the representative told us to order it and it will be delivered on or before August 16!

This week I received a call saying it will be delayed more and will be delivered on September 13.

They charged my card back in June and kept me waiting. I went to their customer support today and they said they can't do anything. He offered to refund my mone but what about the time I lost?

We came to furniture Mart specifically to look for Elena in the Design Center. She had helped us before and did not disappoint. She could tell pretty much exactly what we were looking for she helped us with colors we have our furniture ordered and are very pleased.

They have ruined our Xmas. We have been loyal customers for well over 15 years. I had a credit acct with them that we were paying down the balance on to use as kind of a Xmas savings. Went to use the available credit and due to a drop in our credit score they took the credit line. I called and explained, begged and pleaded with them. All I was told is that they were sorry and I can reapply in 4 months. How does that help with my kids Xmas? I have paid this account on time, and off several times over 4 years. Never been late. Automatically withdrawn from checking for payment. More than the minimum. I should ve paid the minimum and just saved the extra I ve been putting toward paying it down. I thought shopping locally was the best way to go. Apparently they don t care what they have done to our Xmas. I m afraid they have lost loyal customers and future ones when I tell my kids why we can t do Xmas this year.

Every time I shop at NFM I'm greeted with a smile. And the sales person is very helpful and knowledgeable. No matter what department I've shopped in. It's always been a pleasant experience from sales person to the warehouse loader.

Let me start by saying that I love the mart and have for years. Probably spent 20k in the last couple of years alone. We had been eying a smart fridge for about a year. We finally decided it was time to purchase this fridge. Mind you a 3700 dollar fridge. Beings as we are rebuilding our credit, we utilize their second tier financing, smart sales and lease. Great program if you have the will to do their 90 day option. Which we have every single 3 month cycles for almost 4 years!!! First problem is when you use smart sales and lease you are definitely treated as a bother and stepchild rather than a mart customer. Both entities can t figure out which one you need to speak with even though you are purchasing from the mart and smart sales is just the finance company. I am not cool with that, but hey, we don t qualify for a mart card and appreciate it nonetheless. But where we are really having a hard time is when our fridge was delivered on Mother s Day for momma!!!!, it sprung a leak and ruined our brand new homes walls and floors! Water damage and mold. It has now been a few weeks and all the company s equipment that was started fixing the damage has been pulled from our home and we are now left with a completely warped subfloor through our main area and a whole 20 foot section of wall missing with a tarp over it. It has been documented that the leak was most definitely coming from the fridge yet they send a creep of an adjuster to my home to try and trick my wife into saying something to somehow make this our fault. Shame on the mart, smart sales and leasing, and ford storage and moving company for ruining our brand new home, Mother s Day, and our faith in the furniture mart. Ps we haven t been able to use or enjoy this Mother s Day gift for weeks now. Happy Mother s Day Mariah budlong(account holder and recipient of the gift). Ps. We would love a call from a manager of the mart. Not smart sales and not ford storage!!

I recently purchase the Cyber Power PC C Series gaming system with dual monitors and wow, I am impressed. The price was very affordable and it is a powerful system for all the simple items I will be using it for. Marty from Nebraska Furniture Mart assisted me with my purchase over the phone and was able to ship from Texas due to out of stock in Omaha. I also love the keyboard, light touch allows me to type quickly. Thanks Cyber Power and Nebraska Furniture Mart:) Now I just need to check find a game to play against my husband:)

Purchase Dining table set, corner lights, 2 sofas and area rub with bottom padding. Upon purchase of area rug salse person told me that new Rug will be arrive after 1 week, gave me wrong info. I called every 2 week and I got diffeeent answers. At last conversation they said that Rug is not arriving till September after 5 months. I throw my all old sofa and lighting for new stuff. Still order is not delivered. Very bad experience. In past I made purchase for my entire new house.

I love when staff actually assist customers and instead of guessing. They helped me get everything I needed and offered sound advice.

Black Friday, what a crowd! Found a sales person in the electronics department. Told him what I was looking for, and he took me right to the product I was looking for. I was able to pay right on the spot and did not have to get in the lines at the checkout counters. Sales person excellent to work with, and had a good knowledge of the products.

I have been waiting since April of this year for a fridge that I bought in line with help from someone in your customer service department. It has been delayed over and over again to where I finally went into the store and was helped in just 10 minutes by Jordan in the store. He pulled up my account and saw that there was a fridge on a truck to be unloaded and set me up for a new order to be delivered in the next couple of days. Not a month from now like I was told by the last person to call me to let me know I was being delayed again for the sixth time? I will send anyone who asks me about NFM to go see Jordan.

Lived the great selection but was pretty dissappointed by the lack of inventory. After seeing all these great sales being advertised they didn't have anything in stock. Want an iPhone X? Sorry. Try again next month maybe. Want that Q6 series Samsung TV? Yep, you got it. Try again next month. I ended up ordering from them online so I could at least get the TV by the first week of next month but I'm extremely nervous about it being broken on arrival. For as huge as the NFM building is, I'm convinced it's just a gigantic showroom. If you want anything you'll end up having to order it. If I wanted to do that I'd just buy from Amazon.

So as everyone knows the interstates are shut down and everywhere is flooded yet Nebraska Furniture Mart still sends their employees out on the routes and the closed off roads. A truck gets stuck out 2 hours away surrounded by water and Stranded because it wasn't safe to go in the first place now the roads are blocked off and they can't come home they've been sitting there for eight hours I called the mark to see what they're going to do about their stranded employees that they sent out when they knew it was a safety hazard and their answer was "sorry we can't comment on that, anything else we can help you with"..... no matter what the weather is like and how risky it is for the drivers Nebraska Furniture Mart and Ford storage does not care about their employees.... just the money they are making from their deliveries, it is sad very sad... now somebody I know is stranded for who-knows-how-long in between towns so there is nothing for them to eat...no own gas stations... and they are stuck in their truck until the water goes away in a couple days??? Not really sure how Nebraska Furniture Mart thinks it's okay to do that to their employees.....

I know that these are crazy times, but I received 1 email about the shipment being pushed back the first time and ZERO communication about the shipment being pushed back a second time! She didnt overwhelm us, she simply sold us on her experience and knowledge of the products. She was very courteous and respectful of our needs. Definitely very happy w/ how we were treated. I have been in retail for 40 years most of that time in management. This person is a rare find and NFM should feel privileged to have her working there because of her attitude and deliver of great service it translated to us spending more than we planned and felt great about it!
