Went to compare prices to Cost-Co and found Nebraska Furniture Mart beats all. Happy with our purchase even though was worried about the set up. All was easy and the new TV and stand look great.
We went just to look and ended up bying to sells people were great and never pressure us left us lone to discuss
Matt Turner served as our appliance guide . He was very knowledgeable and didn t try to steer us up market, or to purchase stuff we didn t need.

Roberto Benitez was a wealth of knowledge on all the major appliances that we were looking at purchasing. Any concerns that we had he was able to clear them up or show us a style of appliance that would fit our needs. By him doing this we were able to find everything that we needed to start our new kitchen remodel. I would strongly recommend asking for him if your planning on purchasing any major appliance.
We purchase all our furniture here from grills to couches. After moving into our new house our couch was broken and we were in need of a new one so we went where we always go NFM! However this is time would be much harder then before long story short we bought a couch and got pushed back two months with no help from customer service what so ever in fact they were completely rude and changed our whole opinion on the place we love. So we drove back to Mrs. Bs at NFM and talked to manager Aaron Parn who was an absolute life saver! After having no furniture at all for two months he went above and beyond to get us a floor model to be delivered the following week! He completely restored our love and faith in this store and we will continue to only buy from NFM!! We are happy to drive an hour away for the best service possible!! Honestly Aaron is the best there is at that store!!

I went to NFM looking for new washer/dryer combination with no preference in mind, sought out a sales rep for assistance , I found Curt Park who was very helpful in guiding me to a GE washer/dryer pair which was on sale and with a promotional 10% off saved me another apx $105. I was very satisfied with Mr. Park s help with the sale and in arranging delivery. I have always been a satisfied customer of NFM for over 45 years and this sale was exactly why I keep coming back for more....
This store is the absolute worst. I really hope Omaha gets an IKEA to destroy NFM's Monopoly. I would never enter that store if I had an alternative.. They are incapable of meeting delivery times. We ordered a couch in the beginning of January to make sure we get it by the end of March. Now they are telling us it won't be here until May. When we asked for any kind of reimbursement they just say "it's the vendors fault, not ours" which is a really lame excuse. We have a contract with them not their vendors.. I call that breach of contract..
That on top of the fact that most employees can't answer any questions you ask them..

I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered at the beginning of August. After 6 re-schedules from Nebraska Furniture Mart, a lack of care on customer service part, and refusal to allow me to speak with a manager...I cancelled my order today! Buyers beware this company will tell you what you want to hear to get your order and will not care about you afterwards! Went to Best Buy and they can deliver the item this week and have it in stock at their store for pickup today!
Great customer service and product choices. We were able to find a living room set that we loved in a short amount of time and our sales person had us written up and on our way quickly.
We had a wonderful experience with salesperson, but it has been a nightmare trying to get our furniture delivered. We spent literally thousands of dollars at the store after we moved here and can't get our stuff delivered. We were supposed to have our remaining furniture delivered yesterday, but when I called after not getting a time, they said part of our order was still not in but they could do a "driveway drop" today for the rest of our stuff - just drop our stuff off in our driveway. I reluctantly agreed and they were supposed to deliver today b/n 9 and 11 today. After no call for actual delivery by 10:45, I called to find out they were running late - the let me know they were running late WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AND I HAD TO CALL THEM. My husband took off work to be here for the delivery and couldn't stay home the additional hour they said it would be at the LEAST, so now we will have to wait until 5/30 - and will not have the outdoor furniture we were expecting to have for the upcoming holiday weekend.
Also, we had a washer and dryer delivered a month ago and they scratched our floor. The delivery guy said someone would call me about it. But, of course, no one ever did.
Steve was great! He came right up and when I told him I was on a mission, he moved right in helped us compare prices, got us a little more discount and worked with us to figure out a delivery date as we were not solid when things might be ready. I left feeling I was treated like part of his family.
Good selection, and easy to order. I was surprised to see that my email confirmation wasn t quite accurate. The total due did not reflect the deduction for my reward card. Now I have to go check my credit card to see what you charged me. Otherwise, it would be five stars.
We recently bought new living room furniture and had a great experience!! As we were looking around we had so many people ask us if we were doing ok or needed any assistance! When we finally made our decisions, we had a couple good guys helping us! One of our helpers was Nick- very personable guy! Cade also helped us and was looking out for our best interests!! Will for sure go back for future purchases!

Purchased many many things from Nebraska Furniture Mart over past two decades. Everything has held up, everything that we've purchased we've loved! Great customer service, great cashiers, great selection, and a fantastic business! I gave four stars instead of five because I believe that they are too overpriced.
This was my first time ever being in the store. I just moved here from ogallala Nebraska. The other end of the state. The young man that help me buy my first lap top was great. I am 60 going back to school. Last time I was in college was in 2001 when graduation from my BSN nursing program. I did ask for any discount or dr. Discount. I did get 10$ off my 746$ purchase. Which I really think I could've received more. Since I heard people say about the store of you ask for discharge. But 10$ is 10$. I believe the young man's name was Brandon. Wife works there also. Bought a Nintendo Switch today and the experience was a good one. Ray, the gentleman who took care of me answered all of my questions and even covered a bunch of stuff that I wouldn t have thought to ask. My favorite store for electronics hands down.

Sales people standing around talking and we were ignored looking at washers. Manager walking by noticed and grabbed a salesperson. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and we did make a purchase . Use to be when you started looking at an appliance or furniture a salesperson like clockwork, immediately showed up to help you. I guess times have changed, more important to play on phones and talk versus helping customers.

Jarod, our sales person, was excellent. Kind, informed, and respectful of our decision. Delivery gentlemen were not friendly or respectful. They did not engage in any discussion and acted like home owners were not even there. Acted like it was an inconvenience for them to be doing their job.
I was in to order carpet and worked with Rick Adams. He was very helpful and helped me find just what I was looking for. I also worked with Bob Birkey to pick out a mattress and bedroom set and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience!!
We were not happy, we found a picture we wanted on Tuesday 1-15 and 2 sales people said we could return it in 30 days if it did not meet our needs. We returned the next day to purchase the picture (90 mile trip one way) and again ferified the return policy with the sales person. She indicated we could return in 30 days.
So we went and paid for the picture but looking at the sales receipt I noted the term FINAL SALE". I questioned it and wasreferred to customer service who verified that this purchase was not eligible for the return policy so we cancelled the purchase.

Speaking to someone who is knowledgeable about Apple products is important to us. Robert Moore made our decision making easy. The checkout process was super fast, no long lines. Robert processed the transaction from where we were standing, by the product display. The Mart is a great place to shop and their selection of staff makes this customer satisfied!
My sales person, Jennifer Trasterling was great. She was honest about the quality of the sofas I was interested in. We asked for time to think about it and when we made up our mind we had her pag3d. Even though she was on her way out, she came back into the show room to complete our purchase and answer more questions .

Kristy saved the evening for me. I didn't know where I was going in there to get to cus service to fill out papers and when I got there it was 15 minutes til close and there was a line. She came over from the checkout area and asked if she could help me, I let her know what I needed and she said come on over and I will help you not a problem. She had that warm welcoming attitude, not the it's almost closing time and I'm going to ignore you attitude. I purchased a dishwasher. It was not in stock. I was suppose to be in on jan 6th. Went to pick it up and found out it would be in on the 26th. They missed the delivery date by 3 weeks. Doing dishes by hand is no fun.

The sales lady we had was very rude and told us what a terrible couch it was quality wise. Then we had to wait to receive the couch. They didn t offer any compensation for paying out right, picking it up, and having to wait to get it. The only reason we still purchased it was because we couldn t find it anywhere else. We defiantly will not go back to Nebraska Furniture Mart for ANY future purchases.
Went to the Mart to purchase ink for a printer. My husband decided while we were there to check into updating his phone. He purchased an iPhone 7 Plus. Collin O Brien was the best! If you need a phone, look up Collin. Best customer service we ve ever received at the Mart!

We were browsing in the store yesterday when we saw a rug we liked for our dinette. We made a few notes & came home to check on the measurements. Today, we went back to the store and made the purchase. It was quick & easy. The sales person, Julius Aquino, was very helpful, was able to answer our questions and was very personable.
Excellent service! Scott Boswell was there to assist me almost immediately. He advised me on the merits of my purchase and completed the transaction right there at the merchandise display. I didn't have to get in line at the cashier. I was impressed by his efficiency.

Every sales person was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable! The system in which items are added to an order seems very antiquated and there were several issues with the hand-held devices each sales person carries with them. They were able to remedy it, but it took a while to do so. Other than that, it was a very positive experience. As newly established Huskers, I m sure we ll be back!
