Love the 30months 0% financing , wish they did longer around the holiday! Can t beat it though

I had found this three drawer and each time passed it by. After the fourth visit to see it, I brought it home. It fits with our eclectic home styling. Even the cats love it! They like lying on it to survey their world. Love it!!!

NFM has anything and everything you could want. Love the Mart and as always great customer service and knowledge.

They had so many events you couldn't even get down the main aisles. Many workers were doing everything but helping customers. I had one simple question, but I finally looked it up online before I bought the item.

I will never ever buy anything from this store and they r lied to customers because I paid 2 months ago for my sofa and mirror I haven t received yet I know the pandemic going on but they should on time and on date

Curt P. answered all my questions today when I went to purchase a new refrigerator. I always seem to have a good experience whenever I deal with NFM and I m happy to give them my business.

We were there looking for a new washer and dryer. We were there about a half hour before a sales person even acknowledged us, and there was a guy leaning on a machine yawning so he obviously wasn't too busy. We were finally approached by a manager who sent Britton to help us. Britton was amazing and he made a sale when we were about ready to leave. We've never had a bad experience there before this, but it only takes one bad experience. Thanks to Britton for taking the time to help us.

The sales lady was nice but her manager was very rude

Easy website to use, nice sale prices, almost always have items in stock.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a salesperson to help us. We finally got Eric in appliances to assist us. He did a great job. Everything was great except the wait!

Purchased a mattress with assistance from Letty. She s awesome. Satisfied with the process and her helpful knowledge.

Called the store today to inquire if they provide assembly too . The salesman was very helpful letting me know they have an option of in house delivery, set up in my daughter's new apartment and box removal too! This service is so helpful as we are in CT and our daughter is ,newly relocated to Dallas.

Easy to find what I wanted. Many options to choose from.

Sales person was non committal
He showed me the on button on computer however when I set the computer up it was not the power button and I had to search for it. This was my second computer in a month because the first one I bought wouldn t connect to my EHR even though everyone else in the office had no problems. No one told me you had only 15 days to return, that should be in big bold letters somewhere. But the most frustrating and disappointing issue was the indifference of the staff there. NFM not like it use to be!

Love the demo on the massage chairs and and i sea of TV on sale that I absolutely love!!! Just came in for ink. Now I'm talking about cancelling o massage membership and remolding

Dan was helpful and got us on our way with the right plan and explained everything fully. 10/10

We had a good experience purchasing a new television and wall bracket. We also picked out carpet for a basement bedroom. Knowledgeable salespeople for both items.

What a great experience today. Wasn t sure on which Dyson to get but the salesman steered me toward the cheaper model as well as telling me all the warranty features Dyson already had in place. Love honest people.

Eric the manager is a cocky jerk!!!! He will not work with you if u are saying u are paying in cash!!! We have done a lot of business at this place and have always been satisfied until we met Eric!!! He needs to be fired!! He has no customer service satisfaction whatsoever!! Nothing but cocky and thinks of himself!! My sister had to get up and walk away from him so she wouldn t go off on him!!! I had CASH!!! When I have come with cash in the past they have given me great deals!!! Not this jerk!!!! He needs a new job ASAP!! I even overheard people as I was walking by them day how rude he was to them!!!! U really want that for a manager at your store?!?!? I will take my business elsewhere next time trust and believe!!!!!

Antonio Cruz did a phenomenal job answering all my questions, being flexible and patient with some changes I made with my order and deleting a shipment delivery charge off my total amount. He has great customer service!

The store clerks were helpful and friendly. I got what I came for with no hassle and was on my way in minutes.

If you didnt pitch a tent and campout... you were out of luck for any black Friday deals...wrong!

We are so glad we stopped to check this place out when we moved here! We ended up getting a couch, love seat, kitchen table, and bed.

Fair prices and knowledgeable sales personnel. With a Mart charge account you can pay over time with zero interest on most purchases.

Pick up and payment of our purchase were great. We must have had a new sales person though, she had issues logging onto the computer and didn t even print us a ticket but instead wrote what we wanted on a card and sent us up to pay.

Never again! After just 5 days this recliner is failing the same way the previous one did. Cheap reclining mechanism that is easily bent by the simple reclining action. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

We were looking for a dishwasher and had specific requirements in mind, including a price range. Nick was able to direct us to just the model that fit our needs. The whole process was smooth and quick.

I found everything I needed, at price points that gave me several selections. Sales people were good. Check out process was incredibly slow. But overall a good experience.

NFM had absolutely everything you need! We spent 2 hours there looking for the perfect couch for our new home. We found it and there were multiple people who walked around asking us if we needed help. NFM staff is always very friendly. I can spend all day in there if I wanted to

All of the associates were assisting other customers so a manager paged for someone to come over. Michael rushed over and was such a great help. He got us taken care of right away without any issues!

The first sales person we encountered did not seem to listen to us. We asked about 2 specific items and she kept pointing us towards different more expensive items. The second sale person was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. Ultimately, the purchase was quick and easy.

Love the new website... it was easy to find and get accurate information...there was some issue with the site running slow which caused me to order the items twice but was resolved by a customer service rep. 4 stars for the service and website.

Haven't been as happy with the quality or selection offered at the lower price points. If you are willing to spend they have some good items, just have to be selective. They do have a wide selection of name brand furniture, electronics, appliances and just about anything for your home or patio.

Nebraska Furniture Mart made two deliveries to my house this week the one was decent. The other I bought a brand new refrigerator. They didn't hook up the waterline because there wasn't a shut off valve upstairs right by the fridge which is obscene in itself. I had to do it. They didn't bother plugging the refrigerator in. Made me do it all. Didn't unwrap or take off any of the wrapping or anything else. Lo and behold 20 minutes after they're gone the refrigerator does not work. It wont even power up at all.They won't come back for 3 Days to replace it.
