At the store everyone was very helpful.
I have 2 complaints, first we bought chairs that were apparently final sale which we were never informed of even though we specifically asked about returning them if we didn't like them and had the lady check availability of multiple options to try. She did this and never said anything about them being a final sale product.
The other thing is that when we picked up our stuff, they brought out the orders of 3 people that came after us before they brought ours. We waited about a half hour in the cold and rain while they loaded everyone elses. It's best to help people in the order they come.

Good selection, helpful salesperson, conveniently scheduled delivery. Especially appreciated not having to go to cashier for paperwork.

Today I needed to purchase a new laptop. I had a fairly good idea what I wanted but needed some assistance. Antonio C was very patient and walked us through all our options based on how we intended to use the device. He made sure we were comfortable with our decision. The cashier was equally helpful in checking to make sure we were getting what we expected and had everything we needed.

I had a hard time finding a sales person even after paging them twice to the area where I wanted to make a purchase, but other than that everything went smoothly. The warehouse guys rock! You should pay them more. :-)

Nebraska Furniture Mart, sales and warehouse people make my experience great. I felt weather I had a lot of money, or just a little I would find what I was looking for.

Overall my experience was nice, easy and uneventful. I purchased my new appliance online and set up for free delivery. I was contacted via e-mail and the day before I was given a call with more specific details on the delivery process and given a short block of time where the delivery was to take place. (None of that "Between 8am and 5pm" garbage). And they delivered just about 30min after the end time. Which, anyone that's moved furniture knows, is acceptable because nothing ever goes as planned. Lol

We love NFM as it is our go to anytime we need furniture or electronics. The sales staff are friendly and very helpful. Checking out and even picking up is usually always a smooth process as well.

I was only there with my sister who did order 2 leather sofas & a fabric round coffee table / ottoman - i would love a rocking chair but live in lincoln ( what is cost of delivery ) my grandson & his wife recently bought a sectional sofa

I really enjoyed how my wife and I could shop like we normally do without getting over whelmed and bothered by the helpers and service people. When I had a question I could ask them and get informed. They helped me with measurements while in the store. They were very patient with our thought processes. There was no pushy salesman yet they very informative helpers.

Jackie was absolutely incredible! She was knowledgeable about the cameras and helped me pick out the perfect one for my specific needs. She was personable and I enjoyed talking to her. She brightened up my day! Whenever I return to Nebraska Furniture Mart I will always want her to help me!

I purchased a Treager Timberline 1300 for my husband for Father's Day. It was set to be delivered on June 15th. Now I am being told it will not arrive until July 8th. It was purchased well in advance to make sure it would arrive on time. Nebraska Furniture Mart Is telling me there is nothing they can do and it is the manufacturer's fault. I called Traeger and they tell me they have plenty in stock and it would not be on their end. Thank you to Nebraska Furniture Mart, my kids hot to show their dad a measly picture of what he will eventually be getting, if it ever arrives.

Checking out or paying for my items was a little more cumbersome than needed I think. The sales people should have the ability to change my address, so I don't have to traverse the length of the store twice trying to find a casher to take my money. Please look at the ability for sales people to change customers addresses to avoid this in future. Thank you.

Would have been better if the sales reps actually showed interest in assisting the customers. Went for a television and several reps looked right at us and then just turned away while others were just conversing and not paying any interest to customers needing assistance.Leaves a lot to be said about NFM now a days. Uppity attitudes are not needed.

Sales staff was wonderful! No pressure sales at all. My wife and I needed a new bed and our salesmen listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect bed for us!

We decided to pickup same day and the loading team were quick and went above and beyond! They loaded the bed and also tied it down. My wife and will be doing the rest of our furniture shopping at Nebraska furniture mart!

I have been paying in full since 2009 and are in good standings since 2009. And i walked in to buy something and you did a credit check or updated my credit info. How dare you lower my limit. You have been paid everytime. With no problem. Very embarrassing.

Ordered box spring on Xmas Eve; picked it up - they loaded it for me. Everything fine so far... got product home, unwrapped it - large tear in box spring with material coming out.

Contacted customer care to hopefully deliver a new one; we will see how they reply.

Update: Customer Care replied right away; offered to replace new one. Decided to just tape it with duct tape and ride it out. Should be fine. They came anyway and replaced the torn one; just a few days after I bought it.

Salesperson was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and very helpful! Sales receipt number was 62963057 and her name was Dani.

I was able to place my order on the NFM website and pick it up within one hour. The wait at the dock was minimal.

Martin was probably the best salesman we have had in a long time! He took the time to explain the different mattresses we could buy. He was patient and listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect mattress.

I was helped right away at n.f.m. and bought what I came in for, but I also went to mrs.b.'s , found what I wanted, but no one helped me so I left. Disappointed.

Today's visit was kind of disappointing. I was looking at a laptop, sales lady was helping another customer, when they finished sales lady just ignored me, I had to say excuse me young lady to get help. This won't keep me from coming back. This has never happened to me before I know she saw me because she walked right past me. Now I'm not looking to get her into trouble but maybe just talk to her. I'm sorry I don't know her name.

This was one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. Even though I could have spent several hours taking in NFM I was in a hurry and with the help of Frank, a very knowledgeable NFM associate, I was in and out in 10 minutes. I'm sure my son will do back flips over his new PS4.

Logan was great!! He knew we were just looking at mattresses and not buying till this weekend, but he still gave us his full attention and showed us what we wanted. Great customer service.

I used to work here for almost a year. I really liked working here and shopping here. Nebraska Furniture Mart is like no other retail store. They have intelligent sales people who know the latest products. They price match competitors including Amazon and offer affordable and really good extended warranty. Every paycheck I would buy something whether it was a bluetooth speaker, vacuum, toaster or new video game. I highly recommend working with Daisy Diaz or Charlita Edmondson. They are very friendly and will helo you find what you're really looking for in portable audio/video games. For computers I personally recommend Nathan Gray or Melisa Lira. Large Appliance I recommend Karla Serrano. What's not to like at NFM.

Was told the items would be in home installed. They only put together one of items. Was lied in the store and on the phone multiple times. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Good luck to all

I highly recommend NFM to everyone. NFM s customer service is amazing! I wanted to return a treadmill today and exchange it for another one due to my own health issues (and we didn t care for the treadmill console either) and wanted a different treadmill (incline trainer) to better suit my health needs. They were more than happy to exchange the treadmill. They didn t try charging me and arm and a leg to pick up the old treadmill and bring the new one in. They were completely positive and friendly through the entire experience. This is our 5th big household purchase from NFM and I will continue to go back to them in the future. Thank you, NFM!

Adding items to the cart and checking out was simple enough. The only concern I had was that when I hit the commit button and finalized the order, nothing appeared to happen. no immediate acknowledgement. Ten minutes later I got an email confirming it and my credit card was charged as expected but there was an awkward period between pulling the trigger and hearing the bang so to speak. :-)
