The website is very easy to navigate. I love that I can order an item on my phone and pick it up at the warehouse the same day. Since the warehouse is a finely tuned machine, I only had to wait a few minutes before they brought out my item.

Josh was very knowledgeable about the different brands, patient, very professional, and extremely helpful. He made our visit easier than we expected. I love going to NFM to look. That said, the sales staff are WAY over the top. We had one lady literally tail us throughout continuously asking what we came to find. We finally had to tell her that we already responded to her questions and we were just LOOKING. They work on commission and you can tell. It s like a used car lot for furniture and electronics. In the TV section, one guy actually discouraged me from shopping on their website because he wouldn t make commission. He then proceeded to tell me that delivery on a $2,700 TV would cost $90. Really?! I don t think so. Don t get me wrong, some of the staff are very polite if you tell them you are looking. But most are not, and you can tell they get a cut. Now to the meat and potatoes of my latest trip. I bought a clearance tv for my kids. DO NOT ever do that. We drove three hours home only to have it not function. Customer service did help me, but it would be nice if they tested the clearance items to make sure they were okay. The box had been opened so I m 99% sure that it was returned at something point and then put back on the floor. All in all, I will probably go back. But I have to mentally prepare myself for the sales torture.

Daniel Estrada assisted me in every way possible. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He informed me about 6 different appliances including: washer, dryer, fridge, micro, stove, & dishwasher. We worked within my budget and was able to answer product questions with ease. He made the whole process so easy! He understood and listened to me. I am very satisfied with my 6 new appliances! Nfm got my address of delivery mixed up with the different billing address, which set the time table back almost a week for it to get here.
But, as soon as the movers got here, they were helpful, respectful, kind, professional, and did their job very well. They made sure everything was good, and then they left. It was a great experience.

While I was not able to take advantage of the free installation due to my distance from the store, I did receive a price discount which helped a little. Curt also went the extra mile to get my dishwasher delivered quickly.

I came into NFM right after work today to check on purchasing new iPhones for my Verizon acct. I was immediately greeted by smiling friendly face her name was Audrie. The impeccable customer service will have me coming back time and time again. I came to the mart because of a horrible experience at the Verizon store the night before. I was going to change providers based on the terrible customer service I received at the Verizon store. Not only did Audrie make me feel comfortable she did not push anything on me rather was an informative clear and pleasant sales person to deal with. Line of communication, customer service and satisfaction is definitely broken. Spending hours trying to reach my sales person and customer service has been exhausting not to mention frustrating. Customer service stopped once our sale was finalized. Have been waiting for information regarding delivery of fridge that was purchased almost a month ago. I understand with COVID-19 policies are different and employee safety is key but customer service and satisfaction should never change. This should still be a company's #1 priority, virus or no virus.

They always postpone shipping date and some times push it for a month or two. If you are in need for some thing soon please avoid going to NFM. No guarantee to receive your furniture on time. They pushed my dining table from early July to end of July then one day before shipping they called and said it will be pushed to minimum mid September. How inconvenient!!

I ordered a laptop for my son in Early August and it was supposed to arrive Aug. 18th but it didn't arrive. I did not receive any communication indicating that it would be late, so I called and was told the new date would be the 27th and she assured me if it would be late again they would contact me. It is now September 4th and I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of my order. I called again and 30 min later found out they are "estimating" it will be another week, but they really don't know. I have been assured once againt that they will notify me if it is not going to arrive on that date, but I'm not holding my breath.

I will never purchase another item from NFM. I understand the situation were in today with Covid-19 happening in the World changes things a bit. But maybe as a company you should also adapt & change yourself. I waited for over 2 months for a exercise bike I had ordered. The delivery date was changed numerous times. No big deal, that's life. So recently I ordered a kitchen table set and get a phone call the day before the scheduled delivery. We don't have it yet, we don't know when it will be in. Once again, no big deal, I returned to NFM picked out a new table set they did have in stock on hand, delivered on time, problem solved. Now for the trifecta. I ordered a very nice washer & dryer set. Received the dryer as scheduled but unfortunately received a phone call a few days before the washers scheduled delivery informing me they do not have it yet and don't know when they will for a possible rescheduled delivery date. To me this is Very Poor Business for I wasn't even offered a different set of equal or lesser value that they actually had in stock on hand. Not even another washer since I had the dryer already. Yes I'm just 1 customer out of a sea of millions but non the less I hope nobody goes through NFM inability to satisfy there customers needs!

Absolutely the worst shopping experience. Spent 7000$ on multiple products 5 months ago that were supposed to be delivered within 1.5 months. Only one item was delivered on time. Other orders were 4 times delayed. On delivery day the crew demanded to remove front door without the actual need for it due to measurements, crew left leaving my front gate fence broken and wide open without any attempt to deliver furniture, then customer service person Lori called and had attitude and hung up on me, never called back, after an hour Being on hold the delivery was rescheduled. I so regret I spent so much money with them. Will never ever ever purchase from NFM. Spend your money somewhere else.

I hate waiting on the phone, take 45 minutes just to get a hold of someone, the customer service representatives are always helpful and friendly. The communication needs improvement with customer service and delivery drivers.

Getting someone to even help us set up the purchase took more than 20 minutes, cashier 5 minutes, than the pick up at loading dock 1 was a mess. Cars were not pulling forward, no one was able to get out after being loaded with employees and customers walking in front and behind vehicles with no warnings. Just wasn't impressed with this part of the process at the dock. I was several vehicles that actually looked unsecured for carrying the large bedding, tv screens they purchased with a risk of it getting damaged. Other that it was good.

Had a delivery set up said the fridge would not fit even with the doors off the fridge. Was measured when the guys went outside and had plenty of room. Caught the delivery drivers before they left and asked them to come put it in and they would not do do without filling out a damage form to cover them for any damages if they were to happen while taking the fridge in. I said I would sign and they told me I needed to choose a new fridge and setup a new delivery and left. The fridge had 2 inches of room in the doorway. Lazy drivers not wanting to do the job.

I really like shopping here because of the vast selection of products. It is always so busy on the weekends, so you really have to be aggressive with getting someone to help you, if you need it. I like shopping here during the weekdays the best. Sometimes the prices are high and sometimes they are reasonable.

I was looking to purchase a Digital SLR and a Laptop for my wife. We looked at two different cameras before a sales associate approach us, he asked us which camera we were interested in and he looked to see if they were in stock Neither of them were. The sales associate didn't make any suggestions og offer to sell us the display, so I went to look at laptops. I was greeted right away and I told the sales associate what I need it for and was shown two suggestions. I made up my mind and made the sale. The associate seemed knowledgeable and he was plesant to work with. I then went back to the camera department and asked the associate if he could check to see if the cameras in stock in Kansas City. He looked them up and informed me that they were out of stock there as well.

D. E. was our sales person. He wasn't pushy at all. He listened to our concerns for our situation. And then he recommended a couple of refrigerators. He also showed us a couple that was a little bit higher and lower than what we were thinking of. Just to give us an idea of the sizes and price range in capabilities of each unit.

Everything was quick and efficient. My only negative comment is I drive a semi truck and there is no signs for semi trucks or any other large vehicles to maneuver through out there lot.
