I have purchased a lap top, bed and now 2 phones from NFM. The customer service is outstanding! The only reason for four stars instead of 5 was because the first time I came in with the intent to purchase a lap top, no one helped me nor asked if I needed help so I left. This was before I ever had a NFM card. I had purchased a phone a couple of years prior so I did end up coming back with the intent to once again purchase a lap top and I was helped quickly. That first awesome service with the phone purchase is why I came back twice for the lap top purchase. I found what I wanted, became a card member and walked out with my lap top that day. The customer service was MUCH better this time around. The sales rep that helped me purchase my bed was by far THE best customer service I have EVER received! Both reps who helped me make my cell phone purchases were wonderful, honest and extremely knowledgeable both times. Once again, I am amazed by the outstanding service I have received here!

Absolutely the worst professionalism and customer ...

Absolutely the worst professionalism and customer service I have experienced. We picked out flooring for our kitchen and a few days later someone came to measure. As promised, our sales rep. (John) called and gave us the estimate and even stated he was surprised when the estimate came back that the job could even be done. Nevertheless, we set up a date and time and the day prior to the installation we painstakingly moved all our appliances from the kitchen in preparation. The next day the installers showed up and took one look at our floor and said, we cannot do this type of installation. Then promptly left.

We called John and expressed our disgust with the process, and how inconvenient this was for us to have our kitchen out of commission with a family and young children. He said he understood and my husband called back to speak with a manager. She gave us a refund for our deposit but simply said, sorry, that s tough and we refunded your money . That s it.

Nebraska Furniture Mart sent an untrained and unqualified person to measure and give an estimate and then within 5 mins of the installer showing up he determines the job cannot be done. This is poor professionalism from a company who prides themselves in customer service and expertise in flooring. They did not care how much this inconvenienced us and our family. Nebraska Furniture Mart did not mind one bit to leave us hanging with no flooring and did not even offer to at least help move heavy appliances back for their error.

We will never shop here again and have encouraged our friends and family to buy local from companies who care about families and put their customers first.

Kristen Stickman was very effective as a sales rep and made our shopping for a mattress much easier than I had expected. She showed us a variety of products, but we decided on the first one she showed us. We ve never been so happy with an NFM purchase.

The checkout clerk would not listen when I told her I would put my purchases in the cart. She insisted she do it. Wished me well with my hand. Won t shop anywhere else if NFM has what I want.

Well.. went to the depths. The gentleman over in phones took me to computers and helped me there..then went to closeouts and the gentleman looked up all the info on the returned item . Gave reason why..gave bought date, returned date and guaranteed I could return if it didnt work properly..all I could ask for

We were helped by Crystal for our new dining room table, the process was quick and easy. She was very kind and helpful, the only thing keeping this eeview from 5 stars is the fact that we couldn't find anyone to help us for a few minutes ( which may have been due to it being a busy Saturday afternoon) and that the table we purchased was out of stock for another 2 weeks.

I love NFM but request for review a bit premature my purchases aren t in yet nor received by me yet.
The ordering online was pretty simple.
Not much else to say til I receive my purchases.

Update it is 05/05/20 no microwave or freezer that had been listed as in stock when I ordered back in March.
NFM has been responsive and e-mailed me a few times. I understand during these times of covid-19
E-mail today saying microwave should be in 5-12-20 and apology for delays. All good patience is my new virtue.

I am the kind of person that likes to have a guy . I buy all my cars from the same guy. I have a banker I always use. The same accountant, lawyer.... I have a guy for everything. The person you go to that you know is going to shoot you straight and set you up with what you need. I never thought I would ever have an electronics clearance area guy but I do. Ryan Pfeifer is great to work with! He always remembers who I am and is always super helpful. I am always sure to stop by NFM when I am in Omaha and always appreciate the help I get!

After living in Nebraska for one year, I decided to venture into NFM to shop for a camera, after exhausting every other possibility. Going to NFM seemed rather a daunting task for an old, retired lady such as myself.
I was greeted at the door by a very polite security guard. He directed me to the camera department where I met a surprisingly knowledgeable, and polite young man who helped me. He had a great deal of patience.On my way out , I saw the air pods my daughter has been wanting. Again, I was helped by a charming young man, who was very helpful. I can t believe it took me an entire year to get in there!

Normally I have nothing but great experiences here, but I think maybe its just the pool table department. I ordered the table 2 months before my set delivery date. A week before delivery they forgot to order my felt and was also going to charge me again for it, but we got that straightened out and they had to change the delivery date. Salesman also told me that balls and a few pool sticks were included, which I found out they weren't. Also ordered a pool cue wall holder. So day of delivery I found out that the wall holder was scheduled to be delivered to my old address and I was going to have a table delivered without a felt and obviously I didn't really know what I bought anymore.I called back and canceled my order.

Worst customer service I've experienced when purchasing an appliance! Saleslady explained the delivery and installation, but the delivery crew refused to take the doors off the new refrigerator so it could go through our dining room to protect our wood floors. He left our front door open for >20 minutes with 95 degree heat while he called the store to argue with them. We eventually told him to get it in however he needed to, but he just left and refused to deliver. Meanwhile we had already emptied all the food out of the old fridge and now sitting with a mess everywhere and no working fridge in the kitchen! We cancelled the purchase and requested our money back. Never going to NFM again!!

Great experience! We have shopped NFM for years. During our most recent trip for a new bed our Salesman, David was knowledgeable, helpful and did not push or upsell. He simply presented options and I happily spent more than I planned but walked away feeling great about my purchase.

We found the one we wanted and waited by it to ask questions about fabric and customization options and no one came to help us. We left and bought it online and they lost a commission. The online process, however, was easy to use and very user friendly.

Had a great experience, qualified for more than I thought I would, overall 10 out of 10. The only drawback i had was i couldn't have a dedicated sales person to assist me because they dont cross departments, the guy that sold me my recliner couldn't walk down and grab the mattress I wanted too. This make the experience feel a bit disjointed.

But His eyes for a 3 yr old priceless totally. You don't know the Happiness of that. Anything Cars, trucks & etc. David Loves and the endless hours of play time of hot wheels and etc. . I ordered a washer 3.5 weeks ago and was expecting delivery in 2 days. They called to tell me it wasn t available. The local store was to call me but didn t. Now they are closed for 2 days. I called the main store in NE and was able to order the next model available over the phone with an extremely helpful sales lady. It will be here in 2 days! Thank goodness because I can t go to the laundromat any more!

How you look will determine how fast, if any, service you will receive,,, keepin it . Been going for years and that hasn't changed. Doesn't stop us from going though lol we just choose who WE want to get commission off our sales...Just went November 2019, walked right passed 4 male employees, staring at tvs, while leaning on tvs, just chattin away about the news, not one greeted us, but they all saw us walk right in front of them. Ended up with an employee who has a hard time speaking and understanding English, but we would much rather struggle with an employee who is willing to work hard for a sale than not... Thank you sir!
The store is huge, nice and there is security.

We had excellent help from Bob in the Office Department today. He assisted us in finding an outlet in which to plug in a lamp we considered buying. He showed us all the features of the lamp and when we decided to purchase it he completed the purchase process and gave us very good instructions to the warehouse and how we were to pick up the lamp. It was a good experience and we liked how our customer service person instructed us without our having to ask a bunch of questions.

The store was clean and well organized and had a large selection of living room furniture. The process of buying furniture was careless out sitting on the furniture we selected.
