Be very careful when purchasing apple products!! I was informed by a senior manager that the sales teams do not in fact know everything loaded on each product that you purchase or if it is software compatible with other Apple products as advertised. As in the case with my purchasing a brand new iPad that was not pencil compatible after I was told that all of them are. NFM refused offering any assistance even after pretty much admitting to false sales tactics, knowledge of product etc...

My low rating is the result of the lack of customer assistance in which I received. I looked over products in the floor care section for close to 45 minutes with not so much as an acknowledgment from any of the representatives on the floor (I counted total of 5 reps who walked right past me without asking if I needed help with anything.). It wasn t until I was headed to the register to checkout that a representative finally asked me if there was anything they could assist me with. I replied, No, I m fine now. and proceeded to checkout my items. NFM is one of my absolute favorite stores; it has been for my entire life. Today, I did not feel like a valued customer. Hopefully, that is not the case the next time I choose to visit.

I was very indecisive about which entertainment w/fireplace for my TV I wanted. I thought the sells guy would give up on me but he didn't. He remained calm, patient and very kind. He displayed excellent customer service. Can't wait to receive my order.

Everything was exceptional except one little thing. I asked for a bag for my paperwork so I would not loose it. I had several pieces and the cashier would not give me a bag.
I asked him if they counted his bags I just spent 3000 dollars. He said kinda. That to me was crazy. I had other shopping to do after that big purchase. I left the store so I didn't loose my paper. So I went elsewhere to get my other items. A microwave and grill

Fred (salesman) directed us to exactly what we wanted for a new mattress. We saved a lot of time being able to pay right where we bought the item instead of going to a cashier. The mart was very busy but Fred gave us prompt service!

I had awesome customer service from the salesperson helping me, and she helped arrange to get my items delivered in a timely manner that worked for me. She was a lifesaver for me at a time when I needed it.

During my last few visits at NFM and particularly my visit yesterday Nov. 11th. I noticed that the sales people did not approach me to ask if they could assist. I specifically went there to find a living room set. At first I thought they were busy with another customer but after I witnessed a salesman pass me only to approach a couple with a kind greeting asking how he could help them...was when I began to question myself why no sales employees were not assisting me. I also noticed a saleswoman standing around who glanced at me and went to another person to assist them. I couldn't help but wonder if this was bcuz of my race. It was clear to me I was being avoided.
I wanted this brought to your attention in hopes that your employees will be more alert to all customers who need assistance....regardless of their color.

What's to say? It's The Mart, same as it ever was. Best deals for decades. Familiar name brands, friendly and helpful sales associates. We found what we were looking for, ordered it, scheduled installation and were done in an hour. Plenty of time for a liesurely browse through the entire store afterwards.

They were not pushy, they gave their expert opinions without trying to sway us and truly listened to our needs. That is exactly the way that customer service should be. We are 100% satisfied with our experience today.

Came in right before closing. Sale person was great took us right to the tile we asked for. Let us match to our flooring and took us right to the register to check out. Looked up shipping and we declined told him you needed to hold it for us to come back we live 2 hours away. Great experience.

We went to NFM today looking for a recliner. My husband s family gave him a Gift Card for his birthday and suggested he get a new comfortable chair. The salesman s name is Sawyer. He was the finest young salesman I have ever met. He introduced himself and shook our hands. There were so many recliners there, it was hard to know which one to get. Sawyer gave us a breakdown of various qualities and prices in their chairs. We finally decided on the recliner we wanted even though it was above our anticipated allowance. Sawyer pointed out that the chair we had selected was of great quality. We got the protection policy which covered many things for 5 years. Sawyer figured out our bill and led us to the courtesy counter where we thanked him for his help. He gave us his business card and he told us he appreciated our business and to call him if we had any questions. Once again we shook hands and are happy customers.

The customer service was Excellent from Chris the sales representative, Aaron the manager and the cashier. Also, Chris had great listening and was able to assist me in exactly what I was looking for, Aaron assisted in another department to see if he could lower the rate. Unfortunately, it was at the lowest rate possible and the cashier was an Awesome guy with a welcoming face.

Had a really good sales associate when buying the couch. I then went over to the electronics where I was going to buy a TV. We went to one sales associate and he helped us but then was nowhere to be found later. So another one got the sale. Overall good experience at NFM!!

We had more than enough people checking in with us as we looked around before making our decision. We asked Eldon to help us and we made our purchase. It was very easy to do. It was hot in the store is my only complaint.

Not too happy with Nebraska Furniture Mart. I went in and bought a king sized bed and bedroom furniture. The service staff was friendly and processed the order quickly. Everything went downhill from there. We have huge issues with the delivery. They gave a time range for arrival, called less then an hour before the cutoff to say they would be late. I needed to have someone else meet them due to getting called in to work for a patient. They were unwilling to wait an extra 5 minutes for that person to get there despite it being their fault and their cause for the dilemma. This was a huge inconvenience.

Then when they did arrive the bed was delivered without a frame. They failed to tell me that frames were not included. They did say a NFM rep would contact me to arrange for one which after 5 days did not happen. So I went and bought one myself. I live alone and found myself now having to set all of this up myself. When the headboard was delivered they said they could not help with installation but the bed delivery person stated they would.

Nebraska makes it really difficult to make online payments. I went to pay off the balance owed, ($1800.00). The system is not set up to take debit card payments only check payments which I do not have so now I have to go in to the store to pay this which is really really inconvenient. All in all I will never use NFM again.

Sales staff was good, and had access to info about the furniture. Customer care was a bit iffy. Not sure how to handle the 10% discount program, no call back on my pending order, etc. Gentleman that finished the deal with me saved the day, very helpful man, and we got it "done".

I was in this Sunday which was December 16th and bought a washing machine because I need a new one. The guy who helped me purchase it I told him that I do not get off work until 3:30. He said no problem we can schedule the delivery after 3:30. I get a phone call today telling me they're going to deliver my washing machine between 1 and 3. There is no one home between 1 and 3. I live alone maybe you guys need to change your delivery policy for people that live alone. People that actually have jobs which is very rare in this day and age. I am not satisfied at all with your customer service.

I have purchased many items here in the past and I have loved the items before. The quality has gone down drastically lately. My Mom had a coffee table and end tables delivered that were bashed and beyond repair in December. I had purchased a brand new baby room set delivered with only one of the 4 main items I will be keeping. The night stand had used burp cloths and blankets inside as well as scuffed drawers, one dresser the drawer came out but would not go back in and another dresser a drawer will only open barely half way. When I called to inquire about how were used items inside the furniture that was sold and priced a brand new and they claimed it was brand new and it came from the manufacture that way. After a lot of communication later they finally admitted it was a returned item. They were not straight forward with me, If I did not find used items in the drawer I do not believe they would admit it was a used item at all. The costumer service were nice but not very sincere in the least which makes me think they deal with this all the time. All the items were purchased in the main building as brand new and not Mrs. B's. My advise to people is to watch what you buy, and know that even though you pay for brand new items you most likely will be getting a returned item and to watch for any sign in slightest for damages.

Everyone was very helpful! Dani in the TV department is very knowledgeable and explains different brands and perks of each TV helping to find you the best deal! Customer service was very patient and helped answer all of our questions! The personal in the loading/pick up area were very helpful and made sure our purchase was safe and secure for the travels home! Would highly recommend Nebraska Furniture!

Letha was AMAZING!!! I had been to NFM 3 different times and left confused. I had been approached by several different sales associates each time I had gone in, but always declined their help as I wasn't sure what I was even wanting. My fourth trip in, I ran into Letha. She walked me through some options and I ended up special ordering my couch and loveseat, which I was nervous was going to be super expensive. It all ended up great and I can't wait to get them in.

Purchased several items, TV stand with electronic fireplace insert came with wrong parts, could not be installed. Replacement items had to be ordered,1 week delay. Floor lamp came missing some of the hardware needed for assembly. On the plus side, delivery crew was extremely helpful and efficient in their efforts to set up and install items. For the prices, I would expect better quality.

David Gonzalez did a great job of explaining the options for lawn mowers. He listened to what we needed as opposed to selling us more than we need. He showed us the features of several mowers/brands and gave great advice. I would not hesitate to refer friends to him as well as NFM! Great job, as always!
